Caffe Nero in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Excelente café hecho por el personal amable y feliz. Me hizo sentir muy bienvenido y realmente disfrutamos del tiempo allí. La tienda estaba muy limpia y aunque un poco ocupado sigue siendo una visita muy agradable, espero mi próximo viaje a Hull

Zhaleh ha sido extremadamente irrespetuoso y juicioso conmigo mismo y con mi pareja, solo hemos estado en un puñado de veces y cada vez arruinados por Zhaleh. Me han hecho sentir incómodo y muy juzgado. También he escuchado a Zhaleh comentar repugnantemente sobre otros miembros del personal, su comportamiento es repugnante.

Came here for coffe and cake,had to sit outside because it was not very clean the full place wants a refurbi...ment. Will not be returning

Caffè Nero is the only chain coffee shop,I usually like, so we were looking forward to our visit to this branch, situated just outside a large shopping centre in central Hull. Initial impressions were good - lovely staff and some nice looking desserts to have with our drinks. My partner went to get a table whilst I ordered. Coffee was nice, as were the desserts - Caramel cheesecake and Lemon meringue cheesecake. Rather small portions but that’s the norm these days! Labelling on the items could have been better, as we were looking for an egg free/ vegan option and it was so badly labelled we couldn’t decipher it. No problem though as the female member of staff was very helpful. What wasn’t impressive was the state of the cafe - dirty flooring, tables not wiped down and really grimy upholstery on many of the seats. As the weather was doubtful we found the least dodgy seating we could, but the overall impression was one of neglect - we won’t be returning. A shame, as the staff were doing their best to cope with a lot of customers, and looked like they needed more help, especially with it being the school holidays so quite busy. There are a lot better / cleaner places to spend £15 on a couple of coffees and desserts in Hull, so surprised others haven’t seemed to notice this.

This is an excellent branch of Caffe Nero It is clean well stocked - staff replenish stock during the day so always plenty to choose from Staff are helpful and attentive It is easy to move around with a wheel chair or mobility device and plenty of seating both inside and out Staff keep the tables clean Food and drink is excellent well worth a visit

Went in a couple of weeks ago just before work, there was a commotion in the queue with one of the bar staff and a customer. I was a couple people away and overheard the lovely barista trying to explain about an dairy allergy and a certain milk, from over hearing and what the people in the line behind me was saying is that the customer was in the wrong and both of the staff handled it very well. She served me a few minutes later with a big smile, I hope she got a pat on the back for that. My coffee I ordered was amazing (and certainly needed, it was too early for me) There was a few empty cups left on table and some finger marks on the glass doors, but other than that it was great and definitely better than it's other competitors nearby in the town. I'll be back soon.

Hull just outside St stephens centre.Twice in 3 weeks by the same female I have been given rude remarks. I asked for my coffee to be extra hot because it is usually tepid. She said don't come to me if you burn yourself as it will be your fault. Yesterday the same person said you must have an asbestos mouth. As I asked her to feel the coolness of the cup she blanked me and walked away. So today i have reported her to head office. I don't expect snide comments when I order a drink. Totally not on!

Worst cup of coffee that I’ve ever had in. Caffè Nero. It’s normally my go-to chain. I’ll think twice about coming into this outlet again.

Sales shopping so everywhere was busy. Great coffee and eventually got a table. Felt a bit rushed as so many people came in. Will go back when less busy.

One of the best coffee shops in the city, staff always helpful, coffee always great. If you like a coffee or tea for that matter it’s a must try

We popped here on our way back to St Stephens. Not the first time we have been here, and we do like the coffee here. Due to the weather (raining), there were no tables inside, however, as many of the outside tables are under cover, we enjoyed our coffee there. Good coffee, nice staff and prime location.
