Caffe Nero in Belfast

Visitamos esta tienda hace unos días y tuvimos una experiencia innecesariamente incómoda. Pedimos dos cafés para llevar y el personal detrás de la barra se dio miradas cuando se dieron la vuelta. Había otros clientes en la tienda, así que no estoy seguro de por qué pedir cafés para llevar necesitaba esa reacción! El barista en la caja también tuvo un poco de actitud desde el momento en que nos acercamos, por lo que en general todo el encuentro nos hizo sentir incómodos. Pedimos a Nero regularmente y siempre hemos tenido una buena experiencia, pero no creo que volvamos a elegir esta tienda en particular después de que nos hicieran sentir así!

El servicio era muy bueno y los pasteles encantadores también. Vino después de unas horas de turismo y necesita un descanso y una bebida.

Staff are so polite and helpful, only started going here and was very happy, coffee is luvly, shortbread is nice

É um bom lugar para dar uma paradinha e apreciar um gostoso café com algum acompanhamento. O local é espaçoso e agradável e o atendimento muito bom.

Cafe Nero está cerca de donde vive nuestro hijo, así que nos encontramos allí regularmente para tomar café y bollos y ponernos al día. Siempre ocupado pero servicio rápido y amable.

Excellent venue, however staff abrupt and not pleasant. However excellent variety of fresh food to choose from. Tea served in China teapot which is always good.

Hadn't been in this local coffee shop since the last time and swore I'd never be back! Unfortunately I went this morning and the tall guy with grey hair was just a wee bit 'short' with the guy in front of me. Why do folk talk to customers like they are somehow asking them for a favour. We paid for over priced coffee and at least give the customers a wee bit of a smile ... I'm sure tourists are underwhelmed by the service in this place. Nope ...more staff training required.

Stopped by for coffee and a sandwich, service was incredibly friendly and coffee was great. Nice place for a quick bite.

Stopped here for a coffee and very good coffee it was. Staff are friendly and efficient. Good place to meet up with friends.

This was the first cafe I visited in Belfast and it was wonderful. Had an early tour so I stopped in as soon as they opened. Great first impression of baked goods in Belfast!

I have been using this coffee shop at least twice a week for six years. I went in last month with a full 9 stamped card. I tried to tell the girl that it was full but as the stamps were not on the icons ...she stamped it a tenth time. I then told her it was a full card and could I get my free drink. She looked at the guy washing the dishes and they had a full discussion (with a line of customers listening). 'It's company policy to give a free drink for full card ... oh - just give it to her'. I said 'it was a full card' ..he said (rolling his eyes) 'just give it to her'. I was not listened to or respected for my many purchases. I do not need a free one ... but this was disrespectful and basically saying I was lying. Absolutely ridiculous and very embarrassing. I will not be back ... and there was a hair on the pastry ... brilliant service.

I often go there in the morning right before my work. All of the staff is extremely nice and polite serving really good quality coffee. One of the baristas actually remembered my regular order which made me feel really good :)

Fabulous coffee shop, offering a variety of sweet and savoury eats. The coffee is divine, the service is great and I visited this particular Neros a few times whilst in Belfast.

Been here numerous times staff are always friendly. Coffee is always good. Choice of food is limited but also good.

Easy to while away an hour here in very comfortable surroundings. Coffee and tea very good and an eclectic array of used books available on the shelves. Was a dry day, but great place for a rainy one.

Tried chai latter for the first time. It was awful, was hot water, milk with lots of cinnamon except the actual chai (tea).

I stopped at the Caffè Nero beside the City Hall. Always do piping hot and delicious hot chocolate. Lovely pastries also.

Stopped in here a couple times during our coach tour of Belfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good and coffee drinks are fantastic! Very convenient location - close to shopping, Belfast City Hall, and the small streets of Belfast.

Popped in here during the week on our way to Belfast Zoo, had a hot chocolate and a coffee with a bun. Guy who served us was very friendly, respectful and a good conversationalist - good humour too which was a bonus, spoke to us...

everything is perfect, great taste of coffee, desserts are always related delicious, the staff smiling a divan music, this is my favorite coffee in the town.

Sam, Eliza, Arthur and ALL the staff make this the Best Nero's EVER. Always talking to customers to make it a great coffee experience, even on a wet miserable day as you head to the office. Great coffee, day after day, clean cafe, fabulous atmosphere....

I often call in here for a quick break and find the staff very pleasant and friendly. I enjoy the coffee and the shop is nice and bright and clean. There is a good range of sandwiches and paninis.

I visit weekly , it is by far the best café nero in Belfast and that's down to the super friendly and welcoming staff ,the amazing service and the relaxing and positive atmosphere. It is also very family friendly and is very comfortable with nice...

I travel all over the UK with work, so been in a lot of Caffe Nero branches, its my favourite choice of coffee shops Belfast is full of Caffe Nero branches, probably about ten within 10 mins walk of each other, so the Irish must...

Stopped at this Caffé Nero while in Belfast, the service is fabulous and fantastic, The drinks are beautiful and the staff very helpful, helped me carry the drinks to the table, Will Return again.
