This is situated in the town centre of Aberdeen at 73-77 Union street. This is a busy Cafe Nero with downstairs and upstair seating too.The drinks were hot and good. The Staff were friendly and toilets were ok.Overall good. The seating was cosy and relaxed atmosphere upstairs. The seating area downstairs was very very busy though.

Starbucks hot chocolate is rubbish. Costa is good. But Cafe Nero always has the best! The clean-up crew seems almost non-existent in Aberdeen branch, so it's often difficult to find a clean table. But other than that...Hot Chocolate...try it! (Hot Chocolate at halloween and Christmas are especially to-die-for)

Typical bog standard coffee chain place. Had to laugh on our last visit, I asked how many shots of coffee came in my medium coffee, was told 2, said I would only like one but my partner would take the other shot in his cup of coffee, I got charged the normal amount for my cup of coffee & my partner got added ‘an extra shot’ amount to his cup...???

Been a few times and always happy to go back. Sit back and watch the world go by on Union Street while having good coffee and rather tasty toasties!

Have been here a few times and always happy with coffee and service. A little bit disappointing on most recent visit on a Sunday as there wasn’t the usual choice toastier and panini available. Still a decent place to chill though...

Popped in for coffees, panini and toasties. All were very nice, relaxed atmosphere. Nice looking out the window and watching the world go by. A lot of people seem to like it to take their laptops and chill for a while. Somehow I like this better than the other big coffee chains.

This particular cafe nero is outstanding. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The coffee is by far the best out of all other coffee chains. The seating areas are 9/10 always clean and tidy. The music is always in good taste. It’s well lit and a nice place. whether you’re having a solo coffee or with friends I recommend it. Free WiFi is also a bonus.

Stayed 3 nights in Aberdeen and had my 3 breakfasts at Caffè Nero. Coffee and croissant is fine for me so it was ideal. Good location in Union Street handy for my hotel and for buses.

The location was good if you like to watch the street life from a comfortable seat. The service was fast but the cappuccino was only average.

Very spacious cafe, well stocked snack options. Staff very aware of waiting customers and get through the queue pretty smartly with a smile. Love the seating area on the first floor. My new coffee shop of choice in Aberdeen, in fact wherever I travel now.

The location is great in the heart of the city on Union Street amongst all the shops. This a typical chain coffee shop so lacking in character you find in a independent. They have a wide variety of drinks than can be made with soy milk etc to cater for different needs.

Not much to say really lovely coffee, just a little pricey. But a great place to people watch especially at the window seats.

Not much to write here: Caffè Nero delivered to expectation! - a very solid espresso macchiato (with the barista thoughtfully asking wether I wanted single or double) - a raspberry cheesecake that gets my full recommendation!

Ordered 2 toasted sandwiches & 2 coffees. In any other coffee shop, the sandwiches would have been taken and put in to toast first...not here. Here they made the coffees first, and took our money, before they took the sandwiches for toasting. We then had a few minutes wait at our table for the sandwich. I had chosen the breakfast pannini which was supposed to contain egg, bacon, sausage & tomato. It certainly contained lots of egg, limited sausage, a sliver of bacon, and 2 slices of tomato ... all in one half. The other half only had egg in it. The other sandwich had chorizo and therefor was a bit more tasty, but still very dry. Thankfully the coffees were good. There was ample seating, and despite it being a wet day, the floor was dry and slip free. The tables were clear (though they could have been given a wpe down). There appeared to be more seating upstairs too. The location is ideal for shoppers looking for a quick pit stop.

We went for breakfast … then came back for lunch! We had a haggis and hash brown bagel (don’t judge until you’ve tried it - insane!) and pancakes with bacon and syrup - words can not describe the tast

Great set up considering the current restrictions. Had the Beef Roast, been before and it really is the best in Aberdeen. Highly recommemd the pigs in blankets and mac amd cheese on the side. Hopegull

Do not waste your money. Staff are extremely rude. We went in and was told to take a seat, another large table walked in and got served before us. Waited over 20 mins for drinks so actually had to ask
