Caffe Nero in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

The barista was so incredibly kind to all customers and showed exactly what great customer service was , definitely my go to coffee shop

Whilst ordering a toasty & 2 coffees the barista ate choc drops straight into her mouth with fingers & licked her finger - then proceeded to go straight to take the toasty out of the bag & toast it 🤢 no hand washing & if this is happening in front of customers in a long busy line of people watching then I hate to think what else goes on. It’s basic hygiene, well not at the Truro Caffè Nero. Just avoid people. I’ve emailed through the app & direct email on multiple occasions but no one has bothered to reply. Shows that they really don’t care.

The milkshake was really nice and tasty.My boyfriend's was really nice and tasty. His dad's drink was really nice and tasty.

I drink here everyday, great atmosphere, great staff and great coffee. What's not to like?! Make sure you collect your stamps to get your free coffee!

Had a lovely lunch stop here today, such a relaxed and cosy feel with yummy food. The staff were so friendly and even thanked us when we left which you don’t see very often, so that was a nice touch :) Always a reliable place to go in Truro for a coffee or some lunch.

What a great Caffè Nero this is - spotlessly clean with a warm friendly ambiance. The staff are absolutely lovely and could not have made us feel more welcome.

I find it hard to find the right words to describe this so-called eaterie Lets just say that we will not be returning!

Our favourite place to drink tea and coffee, probably in the whole of Cornwall. Friendly staff, the manager Collette always remembers our names and our choice of drinks, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Always clean, great music in the background, cannot recommend highly enough.

When we are in Truro we like to use this cafe for a coffee. It has a nice comfortable atmosphere and the staff are always friendly and seem to remember you even if you haven't been in for a while. The pastries are good too.

We called in for mid morning drinks and were delighted with both the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the beverages. We found the background music which was classical was too loud thus making it less relaxing. It may have been different on other days but we do not know this.
