Best coffee in Hastings. Very good Italian pizza.

What a fabulous restaurant! Roberto is a wonderful host. Food and wine were absolutely delicious, we had seafood spaghetti, ravioli, meatballs and veal, all freshly cooked and couldn’t fault any of the meals. There was music and even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy, the atmosphere was great. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be going back next time we’re in Hastings!

I am a very local resident to this restaurant. I decided to order a takeaway from here after being greeted so well from the main waiter each morning as I passed his restaurant on the way to work. He would be opening up for takeaway service as I was on my daily walk to work. I decided to try the Carbonara and Garlic pizza bread. My goodness - it was absolutely delicious! The portion sizes were so big and the packaging for takeaway ensured the food remained at a restaurant quality. I was welcomed as if I were family. I could not ask for better service. I am so excited to go back and try the other dishes. They are adding some outdoor seating for next week! Next try will be the Penne meatballs.

We stopped here for a coffee to go (and sneaky morning pastry)! The coffee was excellent and such good value but what shone through was the charming Italian waiter who served us at the door. I look forward to eating here when normality resumes as I don’t think they have an outdoor eating area?

We received excellent service at this restaurant after we popped in spontaneously on a Saturday night. The seafood starter and pizzas we had were very tasty and could tell they were cooked freshly.

I must say, Carlotta is an amazing host. She made us feel so welcomed, we had to visit the restaurant twice in a day! I have nothing but great words to say about the service. There is also a chef from Sardinia(I didn’t catch his name!). That served me one of the most exquisite carbonara’s I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I am really so pleased and would recommend to anyone. Money well spent!

Went looking for an Italian for our 2nd night in Hastings and came across this one. With a name like this I didn’t take it as a serious restaurant. How wrong was I..? The food was 1st class, the meatballs were freshly made for my husband and the Salmon tagliatelle was amazing!! Wouldn’t be an Italian for me if I didn’t have Tirimasu, and that didn’t disappoint either.! They also open early for breakfast. So we went back and had cappuccino and croissants. Would definitely recommend !!

The staff and owner where all very accommodating towards our table of 8, they took us in last minute and still the service was second to none. Overall a great place to eat. Would definitely return next time we are in the area.

Bank Holiday Weekend - asked if we could just get drinks for a family group of 6. No problem, coffees were lovely and hot. Very friendly service and lovely atmosphere inside. Loved it so much we went back 2 hours later for meals ranging from ciabattas, calzone and pizza to pasta. No complaints from anyone, food was delicious. Will definitely visit again when next in Hastings.

I visited with my family (all from Italy) and we all agreed that the food is authentic Italian food. The flavour of the food is easily the best in the whole town and the service was very good. I do recommend this restaurant if you are fan of true Italian cuisine.

Outstanding! Superb polite service. Relaxed atmosphere. Hubby said Lasagne was very nice,too notch, home made. I had.fiah and chips, delicious, the flaky white fish was done in breadcrumbs very moist and fresh with skinny fries which were lovely. Garlic,cheese bread was delicious and homemade . Tall real coffee lattés at 1.80 each. The meal itself for us two came to less than £12, what an absolute bargain and with smiling service. No room for dessert totally full up. We Recommended this place. Will go again.
