Caffe Lavena Newmains in North Lanarkshire

Regular morning visits with a young man who has additional support needs. The staff are very friendly and know his order and get it for him quickly so he is not waiting around. Early bird breakfast is great value for money and the menu is extensive with all good quality food. Halal food prepared and I also visit with a young Asian woman. Ideal as there are few sit in cafes to meet her needs.

At first the prices seem a bit much but when u look at how much food you get for the price, its great. The food is fantastic and the staff are very nice. I highly recommend it.

Best Indian restaurant by far, food amazing , very friendly and cheerful and helpful staff, fantastic menu and even better Christmas menu. Can’t wait to see what Christmas menu is this year. Would defo recommend either sit in or takeaway, defo wnt be disappointed.

Ordered through the just eat app, food was ready quicker than stated and was amazing as always, really nice and friendly owners and staff, would recommend popping in for take out or sitting in.

Food is excellent here,, sat in for lunch, had takeaway lunch and ordered Buffet food and had it delivered when having people over to our house. We have never been disappointed- food has always been fresh and tasty. Cafe is clean, staff are friendly and it is not expensive, highly recommend

Have had food from here many times all delicious, delivered to my work for lunch when we are treating ourselves. They have brilliant smoothies and their bagettes are brill

The menu for lunch is great the panninis and sandwiches are great and quiet cheap too I'm also sure the do deliveries during the day which is good kids love the menu also

was an hour late but when I phoned the woman couldn't have been nicer about it, food was still pipin hot and fresh so I can't really complain, nachos were a delight

Enjoyed my panini also got chips cheese and curry. No idea what kind of curry it was full portion was like much between the chips and cheese.

Tool well over an hour. Got charged for 2 milkshakes and only got 1 delivered

Food that did come took over 2 and a half hours to arrive, I was told 3 times that it was "just leaving" (half hour intervals between each call, i called after 1hour 30 mins, then after 2 hours then after 2 hours 30 minutes) What did arrive was dry and cold, items that were missing did not arrive at all even after the restaurant promised to deliver them asap. Very disappointed in the service I received today.

Ordered at 12:38 took an hour and a half to get from newmains to law- I could have walked there and back quicker. Food was ice cold tastes horrible. Waste of money.

Great food as always but it came 25 minutes late! We ordered to our school, deliberately ordering 10 minutes before our lunch time started (due to the fact that previous orders from here have been late several times but never to this extent!), and by the time the food arrived we had to rush to eat it before lunch ended!

Was supposed to get free piece of chocolate fudge cake with order when over £20 but it never came and one of the lids from my drinks was knocked of and had spilt over the carrier case which meant when we put it down it went everywhere

First time from here. Delivery took just over an hour. No roll with my breakfast and the tea turned out to be a cup with hot water and a teabag in it 😬, no milk or sugar. Chips and toastie were decent.

Used to love it & past twice the food has been rubbish, went right down hill.

Bacon roll was lovely and warm and thoroughly enjoyable! My panini and chips were roasting hot but the panini was really soft and all squashed but tasted great. Will order again x

Where normally this is the best place and I have never had a problem. I have also gave reviews for how good the service has been this time it took 2 hours for out delivery to get to us so not great.

Our food took 2 hours to arrive and i only stay Local. Their was a deal saying we would receive a piece of chocolate cake if we spend over a certain amount but we did not get this either. The food wasn't that great either, we are very dissapointed and will not be ordering from yous again.

There breakfast aren't very good don't do haggis or black pudding and there sausage and bacon taste funny cheap food being used here

Should specify curry sauce is not Chinese / chippy curry sauce other than that fabulous!

Usually really good, order from here most of the time but the bacon was extremely burnt and so was the sausage. Not the usual from here.

The overall quality of this order was abysmal , and that's putting it lightly. First of all the order took well over an hour and a half, by which time I could have made myself a fully cooked meal and watched an entire film! When the order finally arrived I couldn't have been more disappointed. The 'chips & curry' were by far the worst I have ever tasted. The curry was solidified and the chips tasted like pieces of reheated cardboard. I would highly recommend that you choose not to order from here as you would be much better off making your own food!

Absolutely ridiculous waiting time. We have waited 2 hours on 2 things getting delivered. Got told half an hour ago that the order was just leaving. I am not a driver but I know it does not take half an hour to get from Newmains to Carluke. Can't comment on the food as it has still not arrive. Do not order from here if you are looking for something quick. Shocking service!!!!!!!!!
