Caffe Incontro in Bradford

A deservedly popular cafe. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The main menu doesn't seem to change but there is a blackboard of specials on the wall behind the counter. It is not a bacon sandwich and cup of coffee cafe but the menu though as I have said doesn't seem to change. A choice of chiabbata or sandwiches cheese on toast etc. All presented very nicely.

Went for lunch today, staff are so lovely and the food is excellent. My elderly mum could only eat half her prawn sandwich but she said it was so delicious she wanted to take it home. I asked the young man on the counter and he said no problem he would wrap it up for her. He brought it to us and said he had put a pack of crisps in for her too. Great service and we will come again very soon.

We absolutely love this cafe. Friendly staff, always busy and delicious food. The jacket potatoes are delicious and I also love the mozzarella melt. My husband always has the egg mayo sandwich. All come with salad and crisps. You can’t beat it!

This is a nice independent coffee shop that has a clientele that is mostly middle age I would say. The prices are keen and represent good value compared to the national chains.

Twice I've ordered. Sandwiches coffee and cake. However. I was Twice given. Toddlers Sandwiches. But charged full price. I'm a chef. I also still work with food. Maybe you can explain.

Had cheese on toast and shared an apple and almond slice with a friend, also coffee. Thoroughly enjoyed it all, the cake was amazing.

It doesn't have to be expensive to be just right. Needed somewhere quick and tasty and this hit the spot. Sensibly priced, good portions and excellent staff. Even helped us with directions as it was our first time in Keighley.

This is the best coffee shop/cafe that the unspeakably dreadful Arndale Centre in the unspeakable dump of a town of Keighley can offer, which is to say that it's not very good - but they are friendly and do try, bless them.

Lovely place that I only just discovered on a trip out to Keighley. Very clean and tidy. Very friendly staff and the best breakfast tea I have had in a long time. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely visit here again if I am back in Keighley.

Edit of previous bad review. Under new ownership, this was our first visit, I had baked potato, which was really nice, properly baked in an oven, not microwaved good proportions, my partner had cheese on toast, Hmm, only one slice, the coffee was good though, so well improved, but the menu boards are as before, mainly bland food choices sadly, but early days they may get their own ideas going once they settle in.

Lovely cafe to visit whilst in Keighley. Always busy, staff very cheerful and happy, tables always cleaned very quickly and the food is delivered quickly too. Always go here as it's so good

Great caffe. Seems very popular. When we where there there was a fair size queue which never let up. Staff well organised. Ordered toasted cheese sandwich came in good time with a nice salad dressing. Not a bad price. All in all worth a visit

Paid 6.80 for soup & ciabatta and a can of pop to take away. Disappointmened to receive only 3/4 of a cup of soup and half of a very small ciabatta. It was something that I really fancied as the day was cold and I wanted something hearty to warm me up. Unfortunately I won't return again as the portion size did not marry up the to amount I paid. And no I'm not greedy, just very disappointed with the price I paid for the very small portion size I recieved.

A gem! Discovered today, and hope to return. Bright and welcoming. Friendly, very helpful staff. Delicious homemade food, and great coffees, plus Yorkshire Tea. Genuinely helpful service, from complimentary water in nice glasses to a side dish of pickle with my toast. Spotlessly clean and tidy- as soon as a table was vacated it was cleared and disinfected, including the seats. Lots of the customers were regulars, and it's easy to see why! Thank you very much.

This place has it all! The food is absolutely delicious, everything is made fresh. I’ve been several times, ordered sandwiches, toasties, jacket potatoes, all delicious and filling. Value for money is all rolled up in not just the food, but the coffee which is just ridiculously moreish, the cleanliness which frankly blows other cafe’s out of the water, the variety of cakes and dietary options available, the choices for children and the welcoming, friendly & cheery staff. Two of them, Estelle & Michael have such a rapport not just with their customers, but with each other, and the family style service they deliver is second to none. A laugh and a smile on your face is never far away with these two. The place is light, cool, calm, and just a joy to be in whenever my wife, the kids and I visit. We have recommended several of our friends to this little hidden gem, and I urge anybody reading this to do the same.

Visited here this morning for breakfast and coffee. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Coffees were good and a reasonable price, and toasted tea cake and crumpets good. The cafe is very clean, spacious and bright.

Called in for lunch with my daughter. Tuna and sweetcorn sandwich and a jacket potato which were very nice. A big shout out for the hot chocolate which is delicious with or without cream! Very good value, would recommend.

Trip from Hebden Bridge to Skipton. 30 minutes wait, and needed my morning kaffein shock. Our knowlegable guide said know just the place. We walkes pased a koffe shop Costa...... He said just keep walking. When we got to incontro, I understood why. Very welcomming place, with really good espresso and tasty cakes. Good selection of Tea, served as should.

I often have lunch in this cafe on Friday lunchtimes and I love it. The staff here simply can’t do enough to help and a friendly, pleasant and very efficient. I typically have mozzarella melt which is mozzarella and tomato on a ciabatta. Simply delicious! The jacket potatoes are also amazing- just as you would hope! The atmosphere is great and there are plenty of newspapers and magazines to read if you happen to be eating/drinking alone. A well kept secret!

Came in with my grandson for lunch. He opted for a chocolate spread sandwich and a strawberry milkshake, I chose a cappuccino and a chicken and bacon toasted sandwich, followed with cakes. The staff were pleasant and efficient, the food was good and the coffee was the best I've had in ages (sorry, Costa, you're ok, just not in the same league). In fact I bought a bag of their beans. Even the music was good. Next time I go to Keighley I'll definitely go back.

They serve a delicious coffee here, and their cheese on toast is like heaven. Great pasties, sandwiches and cakes. And you can relax as they don't rush you.

I have been coming here for a couple of years. The staff are really helpful and efficient. They remember you and really bring that personal touch. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
