Food is lovely from fresh baked goods to full English breakfast. Staff are friendly and prices are reasonable.

I was there only for a few minutes just for a hot drink take away and the service was totally outstanding you can feel the amazing vibe. The lady who was serving was super friendly

Food was incredible you can’t beat the price of the food for the taste especially it being right next to Hayes and harlington station. It’s easily accessible by the station allowing for a quick start to the day or a cool off following work. Staff are lovely and contribute to an excellent tranquil environment.

As a local, i really enjoy visiting Cafe Vaknat, it's such a lovely place. Staff are great and after recently trying the cheesecake i love it more! the cheesecake was so tasty and paired with a Latte it's even better! thanks! :-)

Had the Korean chilli bites + mutton rolls . Both slapped , rolls were a lot bigger than expected too.

Preannka is the best very friendly and will suggest food for you to try which are tasty I tried the Mexican chicken sandwich bit spicy but nice and a mango smoothie the best I will recommend to others to try here see you next time thanks

Really amazing service. Brought my family visiting from the US here straight off the plane to try a British breakfast. Niranjan was absolutely lovely and kind, even let them use his phone charger when their phones died. Everyone that worked there was so kind and the food was good. Great hole in the wall right next to the Hayes station, highly recommend.

Really great cafe and staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommemd and love the desserts baked in house and great coffee. Great for breakfast and lunch and good veggie options.

Anytime I come here they don’t disappoint with their cheesecakes. I have had every single one and every single one has its own special taste to it. I am happy spending my money and time here and I hope others try it out. Their frappe is also immaculate and a great drink to wash down the cheesecakes

Nice cafe, good service. Good selection of coffee aswell. Only downside is the flat white. Made in a latte cup, so the ratio of espresso to milk isn’t correct and more diluted. Tastes more like a latte. The coffee is good but need to know the difference between a latte and flat white! Otherwise really enjoyed it

Great place to have coffee and food I had both very delicious and good customer service

Me and my wife are already fan of the sandwiches, breakfast options and fresh coffee that are available here, not to forget the fresh croissants as well. They have recently started Idly Sambar, and they are delicious. Comes with good proportion of hot Sambar, its a must try!!

A hidden gem in Hayes Town. This is a classy cafe, with a pleasant decour, relaxing background music, a good range of breakfasts, sushi and sandwiches, excellent Cappucino and friendly professional staff.

I would never think about leaving a comment about a cafe, but needs must. I Wanted to try something other than costa and came across this hidden gem. Greeted and served by NJ. Super friendly and great service. I asked about potential different flavours frappes as i used to be a regular at starbucks, where i would get a white chocolate Frappe. Although, not on the menu, he had offered to make it for me and its tasted fantastic. It was really nice to see how he went out of his way to try and fulfil my cravings and great job at it too. Will defo be back and will say pay a visit and always ask about possible flavouring suggestions as seems that they are flexible at meeting the customers request at a more than reasonable price i must add.

This morning I had vegan breakfast it was very good quality freshly cooked food, worth of money. They do discount for the local and regular people. Staff is very respectful and friendly. The breakfast was Delicious and huge portions. Properly packed,Hot and Fresh. The pina colada Frappè was the best frappè i have ever had. Appropriate sweetness. Cannot wait to try the rest of their menu.

Everything was perfect, the cookies and the frappe were sweet yet not overly sweet. The cheese and onion baguette was also really nice.

Don’t be fooled by the non descript exterior, this really is a little gem with great cappuccino, homemade cookies along with pre-made sandwiches and sushi. Welcoming decor and very friendly staff. Great spot get out of the rain!

The service is absolutely brilliant. Staff very courteous and friendly. Very clean and spacious. Coffee is quality and taste is very good. They do numerous limited time offers such as half price on all hot drinks and free frappe samples which is a good attraction. Free lotus biscuit which I think is a good touch. Overall highly recommended if your out and about in Hayes

A fabulous new café in Hayes serving freshly made products. Their signature frappe is something I've never tried elsewhere and is certainly something I will be coming back for. Everything is just amazing. You want a sandwich, they’ve got it. You want sushi, they’ve got it. The variety is fantastic. And don’t forget to get the chai latte, it’s something I’ve never quite tasted before, definitely worth every penny.
