Cafe Sizzler in North Lanarkshire

No matter what this place is called or even if its under new management for the sixth time in 3 years , The food is rotten and always cold always missing sauces or drinks and when you are lucky and they get your order right it's burnt to a crisp and cold sometimes you even get a free hair on your pizza , the customer service is an absolute joke there is plenty other places around who offer better food and higher hygiene standards and they even get your order right and make things right when they get it wrong avoid this place at all costs .

now called red pepper 3 in 1. Best donner meat here but sauces need improvement. But all in decent sizes for money. New Menudo also coming soon. So hope the do some better deals soon

Ordered chicken pizza tonight. Pizza was delivered in 40min, cold, tasteless, garlic sauce was watery and tomato base was ketchup or concentrate. Delivery guy face expression when passing me my order was like he did me the biggest favour in the world.

Got a chicken madras and it was disgusting chicken was grey absolutely rotten

Orders one curry, one naan and one portion of mixed pakora (not a hard order) at 17.46, called an hour later as it still hadn't turned up. (Normally take about 45 - 50 mins) Was told would be another 20mins, A further hour and 5 mins later (2 hours and 5 mins from when order was initially placed) turned up at the door, delivery guy swinging bag with what I can only describe as looks like a dog dinner and I told him I wasn't accepting that and told him to leave as I don't want what he had brought. Not a good service tonight, and very disappointed. It's one thing to be busy it's another to tell me 20mins and is still another 65mins.

Chickem pakora lovely pizza was burnt and inedible shop was contantly engaged when i tried to call. Contacted through social media advised to call shop explained i couldnt get through no offer of replacement poor show wont be ordering again

Korma was the best ive had in ages for sure.! Downfall no juice or sauce as stated but otherwise good value for money 👌🏼

Lovely chaps at front, good experience, value, and the very appealing deals make it a worthy stop. Pizzas and naan kebabs to rival many of the top Indians in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Very much recommended!

every order, no sauce or drinks.. do u think im a camel and can survive dry? i pay for it, i should be sent it... last order i think ever. shame coz some of the foods not as bad as it was a while back.. off to request a refund from just eat... binning this dry cold nasty "munchie box" and ordering from the place across the road... at least i know it will be hot even if its wrong....

Stunning service and delicious food!

We have experienced horrible customer service and being denied money back.We payed the clueless delivery women £17:30 and waited for our change and she quickly left the garden and went in her car tried to stop her and get her attention but she had already left.We went in side We where fuming as our pizza was burnt We where going to phone after and get our money back walked done to the shop once we eat our burnt pizza and refused our money back
