This place is a very life safer for whoever need a quick snack in centre London. Their fresh panini are good and cheap. I paid a brie, chichen and rucola £4 whereas a pepperoni and mozzarella just £3. You can't get the same even at Tesco.

Visiting a local art feature and looking for lunch the exterior of the cafe was immediately appalling. Luckily a table was available immediately and the scrambled egg and smoked salmon breakfast platter looked, and when mine arrived, tasted good. It wasn't immediately clear if this was waitress service or counter order and the staff were very busy however all went well. Other diners' meals were all well presented and there was a pleasant atmosphere. Prices reasonable

Stumbled across by accident and had to try the feijoida. The ingredients were all excellent but the finished product did not quite live up. Nevertheless on e of the best feijoida I have had in the UK. Service and atmosphere good, Will go back.

I have lunched at the Cafe Rio twice recently. My Spaghetti Bolognese and Meatballs with Pasta were both delicious and prices were modest. no Alcohol was available but I contented myself with Chilled Water. Staff were pleasant and cheerful.

Excellent service. Pasta are just like home cooked food. Perfect spot for a quick lunch or snack. Good value. Panninis have fantastic fillings.

This is my favourite lunch stop when I'm in the Piccadilly area. There's nothing pretentious about the place; service is good and quick; the panninis are great and prices very reasonable for this area. Obviously a favourite of actors from nearby theatres too...

Visited cafe rio on a Saturday afternoon and loved it. Very nice staff, food was excellent. I had the full English breakfast and my partner had one of the pastas which they loved. I would definitely return !!!

This was my third visit and the new menu is absolutely stunning I started with warm Artisan bread with whipped butter which was delicious followed by Confied duck press with Cornichons as a starter, the main I chose was catch of the week which was River Trout served on pureed parsnip it was perfectly cooked and just melted in my mouth, although I could barely move I couldn't resist the Paris Brest caramelised pistachio mousseline dessert which was divine The service is always top class and I am always made to feel special it was a lovely lunch experience my friend and I were given a lovely guided tour of the beautiful building where the port was produced Thank you for another great meal I will definitely be returning
