Cafe Nero in Hillingdon

Scam offers are made. When it came to the selection, you could choose from different chiabatta rolls and these together with a coffee (regular) cost 7 pounds. Then we chose a sandwich and when I paid I noticed that a lot more was displayed. Then it suddenly said that my chosen variety was not possible with the offer. If a complaint was made, they apologized but neither took down the sign nor did they get part of the money back or any other compensation. But here you are at the airport and have hardly any competition, so satisfied customers obviously don't seem to be important. I will no longer go to a Nero chain store!

Asked for an Iced Americano and this lad misheard making an iced mocha. Instead of saying he insisted that I said mocha. Mate mocha and americano are two different things.

Really nice Cafe Nero, but reception is very dicy. Also, if you're looking for a bit of plane-spotting, this is not the cafe to be in, you'll see mainly cars, not planes 👎🏾

The worst service after a 2 week vacation. 5 staff stood behind the counter chatting and wiping surfaces that were already clean, while they ignored customers waiting to order. Total waste of labour and new management need if they want to make money.

Less busy in this cafe than other places in terminal 2! Good coffee and food, just like other Caffe Neros. The staff have forgotten to give me stamps many times.

It was very busy here, to be expected in the arrival terminal. Stopped off for a coffee and muffin, which was pleasant after my journey.

Caramel latte was nice. Frappé crème wasn't good..was very bitter. The ploughman sandwich was really bad..was expecting much better given the price. Service was okay but extremely slow. By the time my frappe was made and I was asked to pay, the latte had become cold.

The barista skipped me and called the person behind me to take his order, rude and disrespectful , but the others were nice

He was the first person I met when I arrived in England. The inside of the store is very spacious and reminiscent of a stately and historic library, and it gave us ample rest after arriving at the airport after a long flight from New Zealand. thank you very much.

That has nothing to do with Italian coffee. The sandwiches are also rather special, I have no idea in which country they can call it Morzarella. Doesn't matter. Off we go.

Sandwiches were decidedly mid, the service was lame, the atmosphere was fine; it was a bit busy but you can't fault them for that. Marshmallow machine was broken or something so I wasn't allowed Marshmallows. And then I was given a hot chocolate with no whipped cream after asking for whipped cream and Marshmallows.

Service is very poor , No professional behaviour towards customers.They made us to pay 2 times by saying their system is not working even after money deducted 2 times from account.

Staff was friendly, cosy atmosphere, however, the drink I got tasted pretty watered down even after selecting the stronger option. Probably wouldn't buy the same drink again. (Frappe Mocha)

I bought a cup of latte in this cafe and chose a seat. The waiter took away the cup after I finished the latte. However, a woman who claimed to be the manager asked me not to stay here even though I explained that I had already purchased coffee here. When I left, I saw many other people resting in the cafe without coffee cups from this cafe. I don't know if I was treated this way because I am an Asian.

Located inside Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 and is on the right hand side as you leave the arrival hall. We have been here a few times. It’s quite cosy and spacious. Clean and tidy. Great selection of prepared food eg sandwiches, rolls and wraps. A great place for a quick bite especially while waiting for your pick up to arrive. We had coffee and some baked goods. Coffee was fine. Suitable for all age groups. Service was quick and easy. Public toilets are just next door.

They were selling bad egg sandwiches, that i got food poisoning from it. Bought it on the 1st of Jan (expiry date on the sandwich package was 2nd of Jan). The first bite tasted bad, then i saw the expiry date, i thought it was still edible. Only later on that day that i found out it was rotten...

Staff are very rude and all standing around chatting instead of serving people.

A very good cafe located just outside of the Treaty Centre. Offering a large selection of delicious sandwiches, toasties, wraps, and baps. They have an extensive selection of coffee and tea as well as cold drinks. Cakes, muffins and biscuits to tantalise the sweet tooth.

Overpriced and terrible, unfriendly service, parts of the sitting areas were filthy, spilt drinks on sofas, crumbs and rubbish spotted around, clearly not well managed at all, come on Nero, one expects a bit more than this.

Nice little cafe next to the exit. Good place to meet and to have a chat. Coffee and other beverages are served. Espresso and cappuccino are good as well. If you are lucky, you can buy a nice little cookie and a sandwich. Cold drinks also available. Reasonable prices but don’t forget you are at an international airport. So expect a surcharge. Lines are usually short. So your drinks are ready in time. Good place to refresh and hang out.

Good range of food and drinks. In a convenient location too. Female staff member friendly. Young guy was pushy and unfriendly. Tried to move me on even before I had finished my order.

What a mess! They are not able to properly indicate queuing area. People skipping queues, no manager to make an order, staff behind the counter attends 5 customers at the same time etc. and selling coffee supposed to be simple …

Awful place, the staff were rude, the coffee was awful and I was charged twice.. I realised later that day and when I went back with proof the staff denied it..

This place is very slow. Lots of staff behind and nearly all of them have Trainee baristas on their t shirt. For a very busy airport coffee shop, service needs to be much better.

These people know nothing of attention or service they talk between each other , ignore customers completely,dropping things on the flor and pretend it's nothing, the administrator was flirting with the tall slim girl all the time while I was there. embarrassing....

Is honestly disgusting how the Manager with glasses just give all free things to the people that spoke his leguage

Just got 2 teas and 2 sausage baps. Had to watch the guy behind the counter wipe his nose constantly and touch people's cups/lids 🤢! The baps were awful and the tea was just warm milk. Talking in their own language as well I find extremely rude as the customers don't know what they are saying. Do better! Would not recommend at all. Waste of £14!

Lovely cafe Nero in the airport it has lots of seating and right next to the arrivals area if you are waiting. It serves the usual coffee and snacks with a selection of sandwiches which can be warmed. If you are waiting for arrivals this is an ideal place to wait and have a coffee or a great meeting place.

Remarkably good coffee shop, perfect for waiting for traveling companions.

A wonderful comfy space with plush couches, open light, and soft classical music. Perfect to regather after after a long haul flight. Very kind and friendly staff!

Expensive but it's the only option at night so it's to be expected. Could use more plug sockets to charge phones.

Should be zero stars. Stood at the till card in hand waiting to order a pistachio latte. Staff stood around yapping to each other totally ignoring my existence, they followed this up, by serving the person in the queue behind me…. Not sure if this was because I’m long haired wearing a leather jacket and jeans but I was the only person there of that description and nobody else got ignored….. Will not be using this coffee shop again and will be throwing a complaint to the main office.

There's not much to say - it's a high volume airport cafe that churns out coffee to ghf masses. If you're hanging out for a coffee, then this place will serve the purpose.

For an airport coffee lounge. It was quite impressive. The coffee was one of the best we've had. This is coming a batista who has worked in the industry. The ambiance was nice with vintage furniture.

I love Cafe Nero and this outlet is outstanding - had a trainee barista this morning who was very polite and efficient. Lovely almond croissant too.

I love a Caffé Nero haul where always possible and one of the most awesome coffee joints I've visited. Cute, quaint and homey laid back joint with a great vibe and very welcoming cosy seats with a great drinks menu. Font forget your Nero rewards stamps! I love how Caffé Nero is a low fuss and down to earth coffee joint and never charges extra for non dairy milk options!

Coffe was good only one of the staff was rude she didn’t even say sorry or excuse me,it says please queue both sides and when it was my turn she said I am not serving you! You’re not on my line what’s different ?

Pretty nice place to spend some time before your flight waiting at terminal 2 Heathrow airport London. They have plenty of options in coffee to choose from. Service is good and the staff is courteous. A cafe that should be on your wish list.

Generally it was an average service that appears stereotypical because there was a difference in the service I received from another staff member this week which was exceptional. He was polite, patient, tolerant, courteous and friendly. I would like to be served by such a one every time I happen to go there, it actually made me relaxed and for some reason I decided to try the fruit cake which was nice 😋

Sat down here to hopefully enjoy at least one item that would be vegan. Wishful thinking. There is not ONE single vegan item within the fridge section other than fruit. Then the Asian man behind the counter told me that I can buy something to drink as if that was meant to be a substitute for eating something. He told me that I couldn't even sit in the cafe unless I purchased something. Not my fault if I WANT to eat in your cafe but you have nothing for a vegan to eat. Absolute joke. Take a step into 2023.

Was working in T3 went to get something to eat, I was in a long queue, personally I think there should be a separate que for Heathrow staff as we don't get a long break, the chai latte was watery, disappointing as I didn't have time to take it back !! Spent £+10.50 for 3 items.

Ordered a hot drink and asked to fill a flask with hot water for our baby's formula and they wanted to charge us for hot water.. are you serious! We patronized your establishment all through our holiday in London. This would have been a five star review otherwise. Please train your staff to be more courteous to your patrons.

Lovely fresh tasty expensive coffee.

Been twice here. Usually the first place I go to after landing in London! Had a nice cuppa coffee! The place is spacious enough to accommodate airline passengers with their big bags and wait. They could have some more items on their menu like sandwiches etc, They mostly have muffins, shortbread, cookies and biscuits. Coffee ☕ is excellent! The tables weren't clean though. Recommended!

Avoid at all cost! Sunday 13th November, 6:45 am. One of the employees wearing a face mask had clear symptoms of something that could easily be COVID-19, flu or similar… didn’t stop coughing, sneezing, and talking about his colleagues about how poorly he was feeling… He took no precautions on handling my coffee and food (which I ended jetting to the trash). No gloves or any care whatsoever, when he handed me the coffee his hand was fully covering the drinking hole… I was in a hurry to catch my train but I should have stayed and complaint, and get my money back!

This place is busy, busy, busy, but Caffè Nero is definitely one of the top places for a caffeine fix in England, staff was very friendly too.

After more than 6 hours in economy class arriving from Toronto at 6:30a.m. Nero is paradise. Superb cafe latte and cappuccino from a super-diligent and attentive junior barista. Both thumbs up!

We had a cappuccino, which we liked. We were a little overwhelmed to choose one between the different types of milk, we were not aware that there are so many different varieties. But worked out well in the end.

Friday afternoon I tried the Nero coffee at Heathrow T2 and I do Love Neros, and my first visit to this one. A really nice place, big inside and open with a great design with comfortable seating and a few tables at the front,very clean with fresh filtered water to help yourself with coffee. Has all the usual things that Nero would have and you would expect such as sandwiches cakes pastries the lot. This one is big and specious it’s super comfortable whilst you wait for a relative to arrive in the arrivals just sit back and relax. On this occasion the coffee was fine not too bitter and hot. Perfect.

Ham & cheese sandwich with pepper?? Really? Old and unbaked scones. Such a disappointment.

Usually I have good experience with Nero..but this morning at T2 Nero was not the greatest customer experience...

This place is normally known for good service. Shame about the current staff in this branch who only seem to care about each other and their conversation. Non stop talking to each other and ignoring customers. Worst worst worst cafe Nero branch. I asked for ice and they were mocking me in their own language, luckily my friend understood. Fire these people.

Visited the place around 8 pm. Very dirty with unfinished food on the tables and tissues on the floor. Also the floor was dirty. Staff lacked basic customer service skills and didn't smile. Also very slow to serve.
