A great place on Marlborough High Street to meet friends for a catch up. Always a buzz downstairs or you can work quietly upstairs

I don't like having to make two reviews in the space of two months but seriously, the service here is absolutely appalling; having one person of staff on it's just obviously useless in the morning rush between 8 and 9 - absolutely hopeless! But it's not just that, it's the way that you are completely ignored, there's no eye contact , and that's just a very slovenly attitude to serving anybody, and it really has now gone beyond the pale. I don't really think caffe neros cares at all!

Generally great staff, and good coffee. Needs a serious refurb. Shabby! Spend some money Nero, this is one of your busiest stores.

Dismal staff performance yesterday, late opening, later than the scruffy window note suggests, no conversation - unsociable to the point of rudeness. So sad the last manager and his trusty female lieutenant left.

Depressing state of a cafe, holes in the wall, scuffs on the wall, furniture very worn and no ambient music. Average cake.

Staff were miserable and SLOW. Go to Costa instead ! My goodness, these people need a different career. Food was nice though.

A traditional style Indian restaurant – i.e. no frills and candelabras, which is usually a good sign that the food is going to be good and I was not disappointed. I do not know why this restaurant is not busier than it is. There are a number of places to eat in Cricklade, however the food and service here outshines them all. The staff were very attentive and our order was taken promptly with food arriving in a timely manner. I could not fault any of the dishes we had and will definitely return sooner rather than later.

Very authentic Thai food, and a lovely friendly Thai waitress. We've passed through BOA several times on a boat and this was the best place we found to eat. It doesn't look like much from the outside (a pub car park), but that's more than made up for with the great food.

We booked a table for the opening party, the pub opened earlier in the week with new staff and owners.
