Food was great, piping hot even when I walked to the car. Service was slow and the staff were not approachable on the 26/09/2024 at 8pm. Had to wait for at least 15 minutes just for 2 wraps and fries. Was barely busy, 4 numbers on the screen.

Food was good and hot but I think they need to improve their customer service as they seem very rude and not polite at all. Was a very long wait but I guess the food was good but won’t be going there again. I’m happy I ordered from a kiosk and not a staff member as when I went to collect my food she was very rude even when I asked for salt.

I was out today with my boyfriend and we decided to get a kfc for lunch and when we got our food half of our stuff weren't there and we told them about it and they laughed in our face and didn't even apologise and I ordered 2 fillets was only given one

Ordered and it took an hour and fifteen minutes for my order to be prepared.

poor management, ordered a 4 piece meal and when I received it I got 2 wing breast pieces which was smaller than normal wings, so I asked them to change 1 piece over, the staff agreed and said come back 5 mins, I came back after 5 mins and the manager said due to health and safety they couldn't, even though their staff said it's ok, very poor store with poor management and poor staff

Perfect way to start the day, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and good choice of drink and food. The staff alway make you feel welcome and always do what they can to please.

Absolutely appalled with the team that works here. Horrible attitude every time we visit, bad and negative energy everytime we are spoken to by the team members. Asked for a case to go around my take away cup as the drink was too hot. Instead I got told in front of everyone “well no one else complains” with really bad energy and then was told “don’t speak with people like that”. Honestly TK Maxx what type of cafe do you have here?!???

Really tasty and healthy food Also the food offers are really nice and you can save a lot of money

Food usual KFC standard. A shame to order on a screen but that's what happening now. Not good for us oldies but coped. There was till open but occupied by a large dilly dallying family

I ordered a chicken burger meal and went for large and a sundea at a cost of £13+ What I received for my cash was pitiful. The mash was OK but super hot. Chips OK but portion small. Chicken burger was smaller than the palm of my hand! Don't go by the images on the menus!!! Soulless servicing staff.

Food is as normal as a KFC should be wait times are quite long but they do have a lot of people to serve especially half term time and weekends. I don’t really like the food court but when it’s kept clean and tidy it’s okay to sit and have a quick bite to eat.

My hot wings weren’t big enough they were like chip size.⁉️Everything else was fine though apart from that.

Lovely new KFC and a great addition to the service area here. Staff were friendly and food was great.

Food is fine. Bit longer waiting when busy. Not enough seating and quite messy as well.

Staff member stood with arms folded and refused to serve me on the till and kept sending me to order screen ! Which I refused and used the restaurant...

I'm not a fan of using the touch screens to order my meal. My order came quickly. The tables were not very clean .Could only see one staff member sweeping up could of done with others wiping down tables etc.

I don’t like kfc they took long to bring my order out and a guy complained abt his chips and the manager bombastically side eyed the person that complained about their food and didn’t go to plan dookie place

Staff member to busy chatting to his mates to take my money (I was paying cash) didn't say please or thank you, just dumped my change in my hand. Only 1 vegan option on menu. KFC chips are not vegan friendly

You get what you pay for, you have to find a table in a free for all seating area

Good food, good choice for Muslims. Not sure if the processing falls under the halal food category.

What can I say 🤷. Its KFC and your gunna get chicken and chips. It's very tasty 😋

The portion sizes got smaller and the quality as well. @KFC should look into it and if you are not selling any sugary drinks that means you are missing an oppurtunity, Take extra for that but please do restart or else it won't be good.

It's noisy, some of the staff really can't be bothered, ordered Chinese and the male staff was rather rude, it is clean , I really don't like it, nothing healthy to eat, a salad bar would be better.

This food court offers choice for all the family no matter how fussy you are. It mostly has fast food places but you can also find healthy choices there

The best kfc I have been to. Food so fresh... Chicken beautifully hot and succulent tastes so fresh. Chips lovely and hot and actually crispy. Service can't fault it. So so help and understanding. Been and used many kfc in the past. But this is the best no question. Thank you for two good experiences.

Service was very slow, no receipt printed, staff seem to not care called number gave food done!

Very Slow And Busy Due To The Nature Of It's Location. It's Based In The Food Court On Level 3 Of The Lakeside Shopping Centre. Food Is Not The Best And Staff Are Not Very Reluctant To Help. The Seating Area Is A Free For All For Users Of Both The Food Outlets And Lakeside Customers Making Finding A Seat Very Difficult If Not Impossible. Full Of Teenagers Shouting And Running About.

Need to ask for salt and no wet hygiene tissues was given.

Yummy! Very yummy food, quick ish service but of course depends how much you order. Plenty of space in the afternoon on a weekday. Good customer service 🙂

It was a busy Saturday however had 1 person distributing / calling ticket numbers for the food and they was backed up tremendously the whole drinks counter was full

Quick service, Staff Is friendly would prefer ordering over the kiosk then at the tills.

The food took forever and I had a chicken sandwich it was burnt but the cue was so long I couldn't be arsed to return it .Well that's a place we won't be going to again

Cash only, miserable staff, dry food. Don't bother. Try the German Donner kebab I stead!
