Literally the worst experience i’ve ever had… came in with some friends as it was joint wafflemeister and kebab shop, incredibly dirty and the room was full of smoke as workers were smoking shisha (around children). the man turned a tv on and it started blasting loud music and playing travel adverts. all of a sudden, a worker whips out his phone and starts TAKING PHOTOS OF US. did not ask us, and we are literally MINORS!!! we were all clearly uncomfortable, covering our faces and laughing nervously but he just kept taking photos of us, coming very close and not being subtle at all. we left quickly, and my friend came back to ask the man to delete the photos, which he agreed to do with STRONG RELUCTANCE. he didn’t even show my friend that he was deleting them, so, who knows, he might still have unwanted pictures of minors in school uniform on his phone. avoid this place at all costs.

I came here as my friend accidentally came here as she had training near by. She ordered chicken burger and since then we found our best place to get some chicken in a bun. Wanted to take picture but I forgot in a moment I got my burger.

Over priced. Probably one of the worst breakfasts I’ve eaten. £15.70 !! Very cold in this place. I thought it was quite, no other customers. Will not return

Ok not the cheapest but then to be expected inside a theme park! Portion sizes were good and service was fab! Server even mentioned blue light card which we had but wasn’t aware we could use for a discount! Ketchup was provided free (not many places do this)

Food is great. However had a weird experience with the staff. They overcharged me, when I realised I asked them to explain how much the drink I bought was and it was evident I was overcharged. When I asked for the correct amount of money back they got really weird and annoyed about it and gave me my refund back in 5ps and 20ps (which is really annoying). I then asked if i could get a card refund as I paid w card and they were just rlly rude about it. If you can’t do card refunds why don’t you have pound coins to give an adequate refund. It felt super weird and shady

Rude service, tracking tools don’t work, took 1 hour to get a pizza, lies about pizzas being delivered to hit targets instead of taking accountability for slow delivery

Absolutely awful! We’d been better off eating the napkins. Takes quality of theme park food to a new low, without even considering about the horrendous price.

Made a mistake online, was resistant to call as had horrible experience with female staff a couple month prior, but I called within 1 minute to rectify- a male member of staff swore when I explained my error and said I’d literally ordered 1 minute ago (I pressed confirm online, registered my mistake, I wanted bbq base instead in tomato- then immediately called) and he corrected me when he said he couldn’t redo my order because I “ordered 3 minutes ago, not 1” but said he would do the best he couldn’t if I left a good review. So here I am leaving a ‘truthful’ review. They made a good pizza and rectified the mistake I made. It’s a very nice pizza to be fair. Just hate that customer service is like this now.
