Went for brunch this morning and the staff were super friendly very professional. Impeccable service and attention to detail. We ordered a breakfast thali and shakshuka with a mojito and an iced latte. Everything we ordered was exceptional. The portion sizes were generous. We asked for the dessert menu after as we wanted a sweet treat however decided against it as we were so full. One of the staff members asked us if wanted dessert and when we said no he gave us one on the house for the two of us go share. I had visited previously another's day last year and didn't have the best experience however they really pulled out all the stops today and I will definitely go back. 🙂

First time of visit asked for one burger without salad but came with salad another item was supposed to be for another table and charge for water unlike pearls who don’t then the cheek to ask to leave a review and say hope next time it’s better

Real constructive feedback. Excellent service time and staff are always smiling. But, this cafe needs some work. Excellent service doesn’t just mean keep approaching customers and asking are they okay. Or when you’re not ready to order stand a fair bit away and just watch. It is quite annoying and serves the latter of what you want. Adopt a less is more approach. Take it from me, let the customers eat and chat to themselves if they need something they will ask. Staff dressed smart but need to act classy. I’d keep getting disturbed in conversation. Otherwise the food was okay. And thanks for having us.

Me and my partner came for a meal here and it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The food was just overloaded with pepper and spice, it was nearly inedible. My partner hated the chicken melt course, he didn't enjoy it at all. The Desserts were just average, however the drinks were nice. But the food was not unfortunately. When the waiter came back to us, we had asked for the dessert menu. Couple minutes later she returns with the bill, which was quit rude, seemed like there was a hurry for us to leave. Since we were spending around 60 pound all together, it was rude. Then when we had finished, the waitress started cleaning the table, while we was still sat down. A very rude experience!, we will not be returning.

Visited prior to an important company meeting booking. Thank god I did. The food was not to a good standard. I had salmon which was overcooked and dry. Payment was also a big issue. No card payments, cash only. If we had been told before ordering I wouldn’t have been as bothered, but had to walk to a cash point to sort this out. I wouldn’t recommend for a business event or meeting. Taken our booking elsewhere, as risking a poor experience for our clients is not an option.

We had breakfast couple of weeks ago the sausages were just raw chicken and the rest of the breakfast was drowned in oil and the pancakes were horrible. The waitress didn’t understand English and the most shocking factor was NO CARD MACHINE I had to transfer the money to their account never had that in any restaurant before.

I come all the way from London for this, this is my third time here and the food is amazing but the customer service is the BEST in Bradford. Raja looks after us each and every time! Aisha was the besttt and so lovely and also Siraj was amazing despite it being so busy

I recently had the pleasure of dining at j adore , and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious, earning a solid 10/10. Each dish was bursting with flavor, and the presentation was impeccable. Delicious food and great service I’ve dined at cafe jadore multiple times but unfortunately I have been let down recently by the bathrooms and the prayer area. 3 of the toilets were dirty and the remaining ones weren’t flushed. Please ensure bathrooms are kept clean and please allocate an area for prayers as the room which is allocated for prayers has a lot of damp in it and isn’t appropriate for salaah.

The breakfast sausages were a bit spicy. My husband has been a few times and always comments on the customer service of all staff. Defo recommend a visit when you in Bradford!

I went a few months ago, and it was a lovely experience, we order 4 mocktails, but 1 had a fly in the ice, but they were happy to take it back and give us a new one, after every 5/10 minutes, they would come and check and see if we would need any help, with anything, or if the food was cold, they would happy to take it back, but our's was not. We order the "desi style fish & chips" for 2 people to share, it came with an amazing sauce of mint sauce and was out standing, chips were in a bucket which looked asthethic, nice, and were soft and hot, fish was golden crispy, that looked amazing!! We also order an cookie dough, to share for 3 people and it was delicious, piping hot, and amazing, community, atmosphere is amazing, but parking is a struggle if u come at a busy time!! Would love to vist again xx

Had a full English breakfast, great food, amazing service staff were fab, welcoming and helpful, Sikander went over an beyond with ensuring our meal was great, overall 5 stars excellent, and recommended.

We came as a group of 30 for my nieces bridal shower.. From the minute we walked in till the end the staff especially Haniya have been amazing…Food was 10/10! Nice and warm! Tasted delicious! Service was great! We have had a great time! Thanks all!!!! Will definitely book again!

Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Delicious food, amazing coffee and the best San Sebastian cheesecake ive had (on par with the original Viyana Kahvesi). The staff are so lovely and attentive- Kasim and Safa were exceptional with my toddler. He had a really nice time thanks to them. Well done to Sikander and all the team, keep up the fantastic work.

We went as a group of over 20, I liaised with manager Raja who organized everything perfectly. The food was 10/10, the ambience was amazing, the restaurant was clean and relaxed, the staff were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be returning. Would highly recommend to anyone in Bradford and beyond.

I went here for the first time today, staff were so lovely and the decor is very pretty. I originally ordered Lasagna but unfortunately it was slightly under expectations however, the rest of the food we ordered was mouth watering. Especially the dynamite shrimps. I wasn't going to return the Lasagna but as soon as I mentioned it to the staff they sorted it out without making me feel uncomfortable. I felt so bad sending the food back but they were so kind and unjudgemental about it. They got me a fresh new meal and checked up on us enough times. They were apologetic but they didn't need to be, sometimes these things happen. I can't wait to visit again as my experience was spot on, kindness wins me over always. Thanks team J'adore xx

I have been to Jadore many times and visited today for my daughter’s 14th birthday. The staff was lovely as always and they can never do enough and always provide great customer service. They made my daughter’s day very special and did everything on time just as requested.

Loved the food here, was weary at first that it may be another 'aesthetic cafe' with average food. However the food was gorgeous and the decor was a plus. I got the full english breakfast which had a pancake included within the price. As well as this I was given a pancake after I had eaten the food which was perfect. With my food I tried the red velvet latte and this was beautiful. Usually not a fan of anything red velvet but I would go again just for that. 10/10 from me, would definitely try other things on the menu 😋

This place is absolutely amazing! Cant lie i bought too much food and we had to get half of it packed but it was worth every penny, amazing food and the service and staff were all really polite and friendly and top notch customer service literally cannot fault them one bit! Visited with my grandson & daughter. We were looked after professionally. Didn’t wait for a table. Beautiful calm, clean, mood lifting interior. The ambience was very amicable. We ordered cakes & tea. The young lady that served us was very well spoken & courteous. She took care of our every need. The cakes were delicious. My grandson was certainly lost for words. A happy clientelle makes all the diffrence. Will definitely visit again 10/10

We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our boys. The staff were so friendly and attentive, food was delicious, then they surprised with a celebration cake, so thoughtful. 🫶 They have created a lovely atmosphere with beautiful decor. Loved our visit today. Would absolutely revisit.

(I'd recommend booking but you dont have to!) What a fantastic place. Took a chance on J'adore as I'd never been before. I liked the look of the menu and the reviews were good- rightfully so! I had the dynamite prawns, my mum had spicey chicken pancakes [picture] and my Grandmother had the lamb shank. It was perfect! We also had a raspberry peach drink and red velvet iced latte [pictured] and they were to die for! The service immediately was so lovely. There was a woman with long beautiful hair (I wish I'd gotten their names but I am shy) and a really kind faced shorter man. They immediately asked us how many people and asked us to be seated on a comfy sofa until the table was ready- it was busy and we didn't book but they still accommodated. The decor was beautiful, with themes of pinks and peacocks. I believe it is Desi owned (not 100% sure) but thats also super cool too! Pictured- Chicken pancakes Red velvet latte Peach and raspberry mocktail All in all, I'd give it a 9.9/10! I will be coming back again some time with my Mother ❤️

Amazing service and atmosphere. We ordered lamb ribs, dynamite chicken and prawn and birria tacos. For drinks a Strawberry colada too. The decor is beautiful and clean. The seating was very spacious and they had parking too. The food was okay I enjoyed the dynamite chicken and prawns. Birria tacos weren’t bad but had too much fillings and lacked in some flavours like lime and coriander. The strawberry colada was really nice. Prices are fair. Overall it was a good experience and next time will try brunch or different food for maybe a better review. Food is halal

Do not be fooled by their performative achievement such as "Restaurant of the Year." The only reason they've achieved such recognition is due to their extremely pushy staff who pester customers to vote. In fact, a staff member stood over me while I opened Instagram to show I was going to vote. Today, I ordered an English breakfast that included chicken sausages. Unfortunately, the sausages were raw. When we explained this to the staff, they insisted that their chicken is fresh and not processed, which supposedly means it will still be pink even when fully cooked. This explanation is flawed; chicken is never pink when fully cooked. The second batch of sausages they sent out was also raw inside but burnt on the outside as shown in the photo. It seems they put the sausages on a high grill flame without properly cooking the insides. I had to explain to the staff that chicken is never pink when cooked and that we would not be eating the meal to avoid food poisoning. At the end of the meal, the staff brought out a complimentary dessert, seemingly trying to buy us off with free food. It seems this restaurant does not understand the basic principles of cooking and instead tries to gaslight customers into believing their food is fine. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

Having moved backed to Bradford from Manchester I was desperate to find a good brunch place ! Jadore ticked all the boxes . The wagyu pastrami Benedict is unreal !

Went to jadore for 1st time 21.07.24 Masala fish was very nice,had a side of lentils which wasn't available but manager had it especially made, salmon was also cooked to perfection.overall the food was of high quality and presentation.the service was amazing,best in bradford,polite,friendly and assertive,they can't do enough. My sister got a rose mess that was amazing,bit of meringue in strawberry ice cream and fresh strawberries was nothing iv had before,my dessert was a dissapointment,raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake,it jus felt stale and it was more of a moose,I wouldn't try that again! But over all this place will be somewhere I will b visiting regularly

Been here twice now when visiting from afar, the service and food has always been second to none. Always friendly faces and the food always exceeds expectations. The French toast has to be one of the best I’ve ever had.
