All food was delivered cold, phoned restaurant said we had to go through just eat for refund

Over a hour late food was freezing

Food arrived an hour late and was cold. I’d order again but wouldn’t recommend getting it delivered.

Great little Indian take away, wouldn't use anywhere else

avoid, waited so far 1.5 hrs for a home delivery of around £60 worth of food. They won't even answer the phone to me. Don't know if the food is coming or not. Shambles

Not up to usual standard. Late, meat luke warm, Lamb texture not right, grainy and very little. Rice warm was nice, sauce seemed watered down..We order frequently from Cafe India but found it disappointing tonight.

It took two hours for delivery when it said on the app 30-40 minutes. I had to phone theee time last to check up on it. The food eventually arrived but wasn’t worth the wait . Don’t use . I won’t ever again . No refund for wait time

The chicken had a perfume like taste on some of the bites and the food was cold and looked like it had been smacked together within 5 seconds it was the blandest pizza that I’ve ever had that it had me questioning whether it was chicken tikka or not which I am still trying to figure out

The food taste nice at first but I noticed green spots on chicken and it was pink in the middle of them (undercooked). I think I wad given a chicken korma as well instead of a butter masala.

Very poor food. Tandoori meat was bitter & very salty. Curry sauce had a lot of oil in it and was a bit bland. Chips were very greasy and Donner meat dried out and gritty. Won't be back.

I keep calling you guys, and you don't anwser. My food was cold. Thats not how you treat your clients.

Cafe India has great food good quality food which I haven’t had experienced for a long time from other takeouts. Highly recommend this place for their food and their great service and great manners as well always puts a smile on my face. Great place and great food !!!

We had two lovely meals. We found them very fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed them.

Return home from Australia every year and always order from Frank at cafe India. Food is lovely especially my favourite chicken vindaloo. Highly recommended from my friend Tony and has never disappointed.

Waited over 1hr 40 minutes. No answer on the phone. Gave up and had to order from elsewhere. Incredibly poor service..... and they still have my money! Not to be trusted for delivery.

Been coming here now for a few months. I can say it beats all other takeaways in the Southside by a mile, Easily! The food is exceptional and the price is great too. The staff are completely on point and seem to love what they do. When the food is made with passion the customer will always be happy. Big thanks to Frankie and the lads for making the experience 10/10 every time.

Food as great as usual but the problem was the chips where re-cooked & it arrived cold first time I wasn't completely happy with the service. Hopefully this will jot happen again.

Lovely food , but the bbq chicken kebab was on a different level 😋

Mixed kebab was nice all food was hot on arrival I like the fact you can pick more then 1 sauce for kebabs made it easier to order.. did forget 1 kebab but came back quickly and added a extra to .. polite staff on the phone as always and delivery driver thankyou

I know it's an estimated delivery time but I've had previous deliveries ordered early or on time, food slso had to be reheated.........not The best tbh.

Sadly the pakora seemed reheated, as did the nan. Kebab meat ok. Half the usual size of hot chilli sauce. Won't be ordering again from here.

Although the order arrived inside the delivery time given once ordered it was later than it stated on the original estimate. The main issue was the food was cold. Both chicken kebabs were cold. The chips lukewarm and the same for the chicken pakora. I would not use them again due to cold food.

Missing item from delivery. Phoned Cafe India who were very apologetic and promised to send soon, items delivered within 10 minutes. The food was brilliant but the customer service was absolutely amazing. Definitely ordering again and thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Not enough donner sauce , thought I had order a nan bread instead I got pitta bread .

I only ever get food from Cafe India once in a while, I am never faulted, food was impeccable, tasted amazing and was still'hot' after coming all the way from Clarkston to Rutherglen, well done guys! :-) 10/10 every time!

One of the best takeaways you'll find. Everyone that works there is friendly and chatty. The food is amazing and great value. It's always been fresh ingredients and freshly made orders. Can't fault the place. Regularly go and will regularly continue! They are also happy to make up requested items within reason 👍

Worst takeaway from Cafe India to date. Chicken wasn’t tikka as ordered and was over cooked and tasted old. Pakora was dripping in oil. Curry had leaked all over the bag. And no chips with the order. Will go elsewhere In future £22 for 1 curry rice and pakora minus the chips I paid for. Not worth the money

Food arrived on time and both curries were nice but the poppadoms were stale and the nan was cold like both had been sitting out for a while. Quite disappointed.

Excellent curries and tasty naan bread, very good value for money too and always prompt and friendly service.

Second time ordering and have to admit that my second order was a complete let down after having a fantastic order previously. Kebab meat had milky sour taste to it and the veg wasn't as fresh as it could have been.

Am really disappointed with this matter we had to wait over an hour the food came cold and missing items We had called the restaurant 7times and kept on saying it will be there in a few minutes an 1hour and a half layer came cold and soggy with missing items I am really disappointed with this matter it has put me off buying from just eat and ordering from Cafe India again

Food was delicious and arrived hot. only issue is arrived a bit late, at 8pm.

Sauce was too hot but that was my fault. I asked for hot should have said medium. Meal was lovely

Food is amazing, and set meal for two which includes poppadoms nakora, 2 mains, rice and naan for £18 is a fantastic deal.

Not happy. Clearly the shop never made our order until we had to call and ask where it was then forgot part of the order

Food was cold and not what I asked for . Claimed it was chicken tikka but was nothing like chicken tikka was plain chicken that had been pan fried tasted horrible . won’t be ordering there again .

I ordered a vegetable South Indian curry as I am vegetarian and received a chicken South Indian which I was unable to eat.

Food tastes nice any time I order from here . I ordered lamb buruyani the only thing I would say is there should be a little more sauce but that's just My opinion
