Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Great service, friendly staff, and really great coffee.

Lovely food and really relaxed vibe, perfect place to study or for catch ups! Recommend to everybody!

Delicious vegetarian breakfast, generous tea and coffee, great atmosphere and brilliant, friendly and attentive service. The manager Jack, is awesome, a real credit to the business, what a lovely man. I will be back!

Lovely cafe, the young woman there was really hospitable and went out of her way to make our evening special, the ambiance of the cafe also helped cap our visit to Brighton. Would definitely visit again.

Only 2 pancakes, 1 piece of bacon and a sausage I didn’t ask for for £13?? Disappointing

We came in today and ordered 2 Chai Lattes and we asked them to be made with oat milk. The gentleman taking our order was chatting to his colleague as we were ordering and not paying much attention to us and due to this did not pay attention when we asked for oat milk and did not offer us a receipt. We received our drinks and got half way through and realised they were cows milk as my friend started to feel unwell. We managed to get a refund but did not receive much of an apology from the staff.

Absolutely delicious pancakes with real maple syrup. Egg cooked perfectly and sausage and bacon lovely. Great presentation! Friendly service and lovely atmosphere !

Friendly staff and convenient place for the station but the toast was so hard it was inedible and the coffee a bit flavour free.

Me and my friends enjoyed the best breakfasts we've had in a long time. Staff couldn't have been nicer, especially as we were a large group, all ordering sporadically & generally tired/unorganised. Bloody Mary was delicious, coffee was rich & just what I needed but the beans were the star of the show. I won't explain them, but strongly advise you to try them for yourselves. Thank you to all at Cafe Coho.

I always liked this place until today. I saw (what I assume is owner) help workman park van opposite and almost deliberately park it as close to a homeless persons' tent as possible. He even joked "hope no-one was in it" as they walked in. For a place that claims to support the homeless community that didn't feel supportive. It felt horrible! Properly uncomfortable to watch, old school, horrible!

This really is a lovely cafe. Food is delicious, staff are welcoming and friendly. The cafe is nicely laid out and has a good atmosphere. Dog friendly too. Recommend.

Nice place but, tourists, beware of the bill. Seemingly nothing, you are charged with things that you did not consume. A good way to tip generously. Ask for the bill!

Popped in to kill some time before my train and have a bite to eat. The welcome was friendly and plenty of tables available at around 10am. I ordered the sausage sandwich and a fresh orange juice. The juice was excellent 5/5 although the brioche bun was over toasted and too crunchy 4/5 - sausages seemed good quality though.

The atmosphere is cozy, the staff, especially Como, are welcoming, and the food is delicious. I recently tried the yogurt pancake, and it was out of this world!

It's very nice, it's very good but damn, it's expensive! We paid 36 pounds for an orange juice, a moccha, a hamburger without sides and a sweet potato dish. Everything was excellent but the price is really hard to digest at this point. Everything is quite expensive in Brighton in general, but there are still slightly less expensive options if you look around.

Popped in here a couple of weeks ago for breakfast. It was buzzing with people and the staff were sensational & friendly. I had smoked salmon with eggs and hollandaise, it was probably the best I've ever eaten. It was so good, I popped back about 2 hours later for coffee and cake. You'll be seeing me again, thank you so much 😊

Had a takeaway cappuccino and croissant, both of reasonable quality. Issue I had was the pricing strategy in here seems very odd. The cappuccino (two shots of coffee) was £3.80 which is pretty standard. Yet one extra shot of coffee was £2.50?! Not sure how you can get to that price.. The server did offer to give less milk to make the coffee taste more strong, but it was actually the extra caffeine I was after that morning!

This is a nice cafe located very close to Brighton railway station. I found the member of staff to be friendly, the ambience nice and the coffee well made. The premises feel a little cramped but the overall experience is good. I would happily visit here again.

The opening hours on google are misleading Came today at 5.30pm and it was closed even though google (and their website!) says closing at 6pm

I didn’t have food so cannot comment on that, but the coffee was delicious and it was a lovely atmosphere in the cafe. Busy but calm. Will definitely be back.

Short interaction. They didn't have what I want but, instead of pushing what they had, gave me two great recommendations. When I want an espresso, I will be back here as it smelt amazing and they knew what they were talking about.

Have visited this branch a few times and the coffee is always delightful. Treated myself to an almond croissant today and it did not disappoint! Another benefit is free wifi and ample space to use a laptop. Charging less (if anything) for alternative milks would be a step in the right direction though.

Outstanding little spot near the station. Fast food turnaround, great quality and friendly staff. A touch cramped but don’t let that put you off.

Very nice place, great food and prompt service. We were staying Next door at Ibis hotel and enjoyed breakfast here every morning.

Got a £3 flat white on the weekend that was so hot it burned my tongue. Either the espresso machine needs to be recalibrated or the milk was oversteamed, but not expected from a coffeeshop like this.

Looking for a place to work and I found out this amazing cafe. Coho has many seats available, another quieter room in the back and plugs charger. Food was delicious. If you are an avocado lover, I definitely recommend the avocado toast.

Popped in for a coffee after arriving in Brighton by train from Hertfordshire. What a gem! Lovely atmosphere, friendly service and really tasty coffee. Will certainly visit again 😃

Nice cafe with great cakes very close to Brighton station. I had a long black with oat milk - rather weak coffee, but my cake was lovely.

We ordered an oat latte and a normal latte as well as sausage roll. It was lovely!

Lovely cafe - open on Sunday mornings! Great choice of breakfast options. Harissa Benedict eggs and Arabian eggs were a nice twist to classical egg dishes. Very good coffee!

Visited on 6 June before my train ride at 0826. They open at 0730 on this Tuesday. Refreshing and good quality food.

Friendly service with vegetarian food options and very tasty, too! Wellness drink was delicious, though drinkers of black coffee underwhelmed (go short!).

Good coffee. Light blend of beans with balanced extraction although milk texture on flat white could have been more silky. Food (Avo/Salmon). was excellent and the reason why I will be going back.

Charging and polite staff food lovely but approximately half the size of what it was a week ago. I know costs have increased but that is simply profiteering. Was offered a refund but I was hungry and didn’t want the food to go to waste. I used to enjoy my Saturday morning brunch here but this is the east time I’ll be visiting Coho

Been trying to pop into this well known coffee shop since 2018….. amazing coffee and food was delicious … shame I missed the Owner J… never mind !!

Came in for a brunch at short notice - overall the food and coffee were lovely and delicious , do be aware this place gets v busy at peak times. Seating disappears quickly ! Pancakes were scrumptious - (streaky bacon could be crispier but that’s just a personal preference)

Loving the early morning quiet and perch stools next to the coffee counter that makes a good spot for one person turn up times, a good place for coffee and stuff at all times of day. Like it near the Station and next to the hotels too with the buses and trains nearby as well. Have only had coffee here so far but look forward to having something for food as well.

I just had a takeaway latte from here. It was good coffee. The cafe itself wasn't too busy. There looked like there was quite a good range of food on offer so perhaps next time I'm in the area I will have time to indulge 🌻

We had both avo breads and enjoyed it even though I thought the salmon wasn’t chilled properly. Flatwhite was average

Got a bacon bap that came with literally only one rasher of bacon. Absolute rip off for £6.50 lol. Will never be coming back here. It was tasty though.

Nice hidden away place near to the train station with a good range of tea and coffee options available, also food and other drink options here. Like the seating and close to buses and other transport connections that are here.

Large menu with great vegetarian options. Quick service. Returned the next day for breakfast as it was so good!

Two consecutive breakfasts in Coho on a Saturday & Sunday morning, and everything you’d want in a small breakfast joint. Good salmon and smashed avo, great coffee and even tried the vegan sausage on the Sunday morning and was pretty flipping actually after a late night.

I was being harassed by the staff today for asking double shot of espresso and just a bit of milk. The staff got very rude and said that I should have ordered a macchiato instead. They started charging me extra 20p for some .3ml of milk. I have never been treated like this as a customer in my life. The manager of that CAFE was hostile and not very understanding she then got very rude to me and kicked me out. This manager needs to know how to talk to customers politely and be understanding. I feel like I was discriminated in this cafe and I would like to speak to someone who can solve this issue.

a cosy place for a hot drink and a snack. soy milk is free to substitute for hot drinks, but it's 50p extra for coconut, oat etc. the vegan chocolate with fruit & nut tiffin was nice, though a few more vegan snack options would have been great.

Very nice coffe, amazing breakfast and cakes you will be just drooling over! Place been pretty busy and I'm not suprised as everything is on point. Been here couple years ago and I'm so happy that after all these horrible pandemic years it is still there! Great job, love it there!

I waited for a seat to become available for about 5 minutes until these girls left a table and allowed me and my boyfriend to have it however with COVID we waited patiently for a staff member to come and clean the table. Granted it was busy so I was willing to wait however this young female staff member had to pass me and walk round me to give this gentleman his takeaway coffee. This couple turns up who are clearly 50 and middle class and I watched her walk around me and the whole time I had my eyes on her as she didn’t acknowledge me once. Then as she sat them down I said thanks for nothing as she continued to ignore me I’ve never been so furious with a service in my life. Not worth the nice coffee

If you like your food and drink served with extreme rudeness and coldness come here. Had the misfortune of coming here for breakfast on a trip and due to the fanstastically rude uninterested lady working here my order was wrong and I ended up paying more than 15pounds on what should have been far less. When I tried to redress the fact she misheard me she seemed wholey disinterested and more focusing on her loud rubbish music she was blasting into the shop. I would suggest visitors go down the road and visit one of the other many coffee shops!
