Cafe Bravo in Coventry

Un lugar muy agradable. La comida ha sido buena cada vez que vamos. A menudo recibimos una pizza y una ensalada y compartimos. El personal es eficiente y amable. Precios un poco altos, pero no tan mal. Pero es dinero en efectivo. Y cierra alrededor de las 5 pm

En la esquina de este mercado interior Gorton en Manchester hay un pequeño café sin pretensiones que ha creado un revuelo... Sirve comida casera fresca de restauración a precios de cafetería. El joven chef es muy talentoso y su comida era deliciosa. Teníamos pescado y patatas fritas dobles cocidas con salsa de salsa tártara casera y guisantes mushy en el lado. El servicio fue amable y es de carácter alto nivel. Recomendaría encarecidamente esta joya oculta.

Mi marido y yo tuvimos un almuerzo ligero muy sabroso aquí. La base de pizza estaba hecha a mano, y la cobertura estaba dividida por la mitad y la mitad. Había pollo, pepperoni, hongos y chiles jalapeños. El personal era muy alegre y servicial. Definitivamente volveremos aquí.

Go there all the time. (I literally live next door to it). Love this place ngl, always there for work and stuff - and chatting to people and stuff.

Me being me I tend to start with all good intentions But always revert back to my norm with a big breakfast. The team at Cafe Bravo do not diss appoint . This venue is not my normal place, I was in the area and it was opening up. I was early and welcomed with a smile . My food was hot and my swaps were happily made. My plate was lovely to look at and even better to eat. The coffee is excellent . I had to go back for another it was that good I sat alone in my own little world content and happy. The space is decorated to ensure there is always something to look at which I like as I am alone . Well done team

This is an absolutely gorgeous cafe, which was such a find on an early Saturday morning when others were closed. We were greeted with warm friendly smiles, made us feel right at home. Our coffees were delicious and the breakfast came out fast and hot. The chefs love their work you could taste it, even though they were busy they didn’t miss a beat. Fabulous just gloriously spectacular. I recommend x 10.

Food was really good as was the service, the decor is very good, my only negative is that the menu on the website does not portray the reality, e.g Lasagne al forno on the website priced at £8, the actual price is £12 plus. Two mains, two glasses of wine, two flat whites £38, is reasonable, but they do need to update the menu on the website to show the reality. Having said all that, I would go back again.

The food is really tasty and the staff are kind and genuinely interested in their customers. Cash only but there is an ATM at the post office just by the cafe.

I had an hour to kill while I was waiting for my phone to be repaired so I went into Cafe Bravo for two cups of coffee. The coffee and service were excellent and I would definitely go there again next time I am in Earlsdon.

I don't like giving poor reviews, but honesty is the best course. I went for breakfast here, the cafe being in direct competition with other local places for this sort of meal; it trails them all by some margin, in my honest opinion. I asked for tea and food to be brought together...the tea came instantly so it was going cold by the time the food arrived. £2 for a tea bag in hot water is pretty poor when the competition provide a tea pot, which also means refills. £2 is really not on. The food was fair but congealed eggs undermine any decent breakfast and a solitary rasher of bacon makes the competition look far more generous. I was asked if the food was all OK, after I had finished, which is pretty pointless. I said it was OK, which it was and no better. Then you try to pay and I was shown a small sign at the counter telling customers it was cash or bank transfer only. Really, bank transfer? I was told that there was a cash machine just up the street, whatever was more convenient for me. Really?

There all the time! There's good food and coffee, lovely staff. Cake selection isnt massive but made up by the enormous menu! Cash and bank transfer only but there's a cashpoint about 10 seconds away at the post office.

I'm not the biggest fan of the food offering here and i would really like some homemade cakes available but the Coffee is soooo good. It is by far the best coffee I can get in coventry or actually I've gotten anywhere.

Great to eat, inside or outside. Busy, lively atmosphere with diverse clientele. Large menu and very reasonable. Great for just coffee or a meal

We had been recommended to visit Cafe Bravo, on arrival we noted that it would not be possible to socially distance due to many tables being tight together,we asked about registering our details and were told to use the app,we pointed out that we dont have smart phones but we were not told how to record our details. Plastic menus were given to us and we noted that menus returned were not cleaned nor were the ones given to us. We noted that newspapers were in the rack,these turned out to be a week old,we did not touch themdThe two breakfasts were luke warm with cheap sausage,soggy hashbrown and tinned tomato[no choice offered] Also the smallest piece of blackpuddind we have ever seen Extremely poor value ans based on reviews,unexpected Irrespective of the food we would not return due to the apparent lack of Covid Compliance.

Most cafes and restaurants have got the covid precautions sorted but not here. The tables inside seem to be laid out in the same way as in the pre-covid days.....ie pushed together. When we say down the tables around us where unoccupied but soon filled...

We came to have drinks and desserts after a funeral and the table service was excellent, a lovely cake of the day and small range of desserts. We loved the whole menu and will return for lunch as the selections were fabulous. A quaint layout...

The food is ok, I have eaten here couple of times and there is a good selection for lunch. The coffee can be improved, but it is ok in general. I don't think I will go back any soon due to the lack of safety...

Although quite indescript and overlooked in between an Asian takeaway and another cafe this little gem is worth having a bite to eat truthfully our rating is between good and the possibility to becoming very good. The reasons being there is no gluten free alternative...

Great little find on a street heavily populated with coffee shops! Unique in its decour and has a great menu with lots of well priced options!!! Love the vibe of the place and the staff were lovely! Food was also very good! I’ll be returning

The kind of cafe you spend ages trying to find where you live - really honest simple food at low prices, friendly service and great coffee. The pizzas in particular are spectacular for the price. Really thin crispy base and delicious.

The most frustrating thing about this establishment is that it does take credit cards ie you have to pay in cash which means it is out of touch with the modern consumer. The food is tasty and good value. The decor is aiming I think...

Four of us called in for hot drinks on a visit to Earlsdon High Street. The drinks Were fine but the dark decor made the place gloomy and depressing. Strangely, they didn’t accept cards for payment. Luckily, Mum in Law, who is 89, had some cash in her purse.

A useful place in Earlsdon, with a menu including omelettes. Good service; average food; tasty coffee.

Good to sit outside and enjoy freshly prepared lunch. Excellent pizza! Good salad. Well prepared and presented omelette. Friendly staff. A regular lunch stop for my elderly Mum and her companions as well as workers and young people - a warm welcome for all ages which is commendable.

Visited for lunch and sat outside in the sun. Lovely location. The service was very good. We ordered lunch and drinks and it arrived promptly, was presented very nicely and was delicious. They serve homemade fresh food. Would definitely recommend. Will be our regular coffee shop from now on.

Visited most of the Earlsdon Coffee shops over the last two weeks, Cafe Bravo is now my number 1.... ordered a latte and then opted for an omelette, both were excellent, service, environment were also very good.... I’ll be back :-)

Visited Cafe Bravo twice recently as we leave close by - the first time for breakfast and the second time for lunch. The breakfast choice was good and excellent value - less than £4 for a light breakfast which included bacon, sausage, eggs and toast (although I swapped the sausage for beans). The second time we went for lunch and had an omelette and soup, both really tasty. This was also good value. We are yet to try the pasta or sandwiches but I'm sure we'll be back very soon - a great addition to the high street!

Came on Sunday after the gym. Although not on the menu I had poached egg on toast, freshly cooked with minimum wait. My husband had the full breakfast, very reasonably priced and served hot and freshly cooked. Clearly a small family business well deserving of local support. Coffee is really good too
