Quick stop found us at the door of Cafe Betws-Y-Coed. Clean and spacious with a variety of choice exceeding our requirements, but having made our choice we got more than we expected. A special day made even better by the friendly staff.

£28.00 for poor service and food. Party of two live local to be served below luke warm food. Rust on the salt bottles, cold cafe/restaurant. Staff that don’t give hoot. Woeful service and food won’t go back. This was on a Thursday at 1pm it was not even busy. Theirs non reason for it whatsoever. Save your money, we’re not all tourist remember that.

Considering this place in the centre of a town surrounded by outstanding places to eat their offering was poor and that's being generous. A stale, several days old, Scone, a mass produced bland tasteless sausage roll masquerading as home baked, a pot of 2 for one and 2 soft drinks came to a staggering £19. This is one place to avoid in Betwys Coed. The cutlery was dirty and tge toilets had no paper. Not nice.

I called in today (Wednesday) to use their toilet facilities which were cleaned to an average standard and to buy a takeaway tea which cost £2.45. The guy behind the counter was helpful and polite.

4 out of 6 self serve machines broken. Terrible queue! Not up to standard. Someone should take orders manually. Expect better.

You must go here as it is a little out of the way, yet really nice food with nice attentive, helpful staff. Go along Station Road to get to it, or cross the bridge from the railway station.

I am gluten-free but arrived after the jacket potatoes had all been sold… Little chef Mo was a hero and cooked some chips which are gluten-free in a separate pan for me especially! The rest of the family had Panini‘s, a pizza and ham, egg and chips and all loved it. If you’ve been here sometime ago, then you’ll be glad to hear that it’s had a revamp and it looks really clean and tidy now and very smart well worth a visit.

The food is actually quite nice but heavily overpriced for what you get £5 for like 7 Popcorn Chicken is scandalous however you want to paint it and just comes across as a middle finger from the Staff for complaining, not to mention it is also completely let down by rude and lazy Staff that instead of turning up 1hr before Open Hours to fire up the Ovens and start prepping Orders like every other eatery in the UK the Staff rock up exactly at Open Hours leading to Customers having to walk up and see what the delay on their Order is, upon doing this I was met with a snotty attitude by a clearly overweight Staff member who piped on about how the 5pm Open Time means that's when the Staff arrives yet when I pointed out to him that it was a 5pm Delivery Time on the App he huffs this whopper of a huff and shrugs his shoulders and says "You will just have to wait". All in all I quite enjoy a Pizza Box Pizza but the sweaty overweight male Staff member with grey hair that was working this particular Site needs sacking the guy lacks basic hygiene and manners and they put him in charge of peoples Food Orders 🤮. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
