Had breakfast in this nice place. The staff was very kind. Everything OK. Prices a little high.

I've used Uber Eats a number of times to order breakfast from here. Always delicious! The oat latte is so tasty that I don't have to add my usual sugar. I love the avocado, poached eggs, and toast dish.

I'm bought a beautiful Tiramisu and delicious croissant, god quality and the service great.

Probably the best coffee I had in Edinburgh!

Absolutely terrible, ordered the full Scottish breakfast. The bacon was incinerated. The toast was very cheap white bread. Despite the fact, this café has artisan bread and, there was no choice of how I wanted the eggs, everything was terrible, and for the breakfast and a coffee it was around £18 as there was a 10% service charge nonnegotiable, really really bad quality ingredients, cheap and nasty, many places very near this café, cheaper and much much better quality

Had the full Scottish breakfast, mostly good but very disappointed with the sausages. Felt like the cheapest link sausages you can get, more bread than meat. Shame as it looked like a good sausage in the review photo from 2y ago.

A neighborhood favorite cafe and grocery in Little Italy, Edinburgh. Open for breakfast and lunch. One morning I had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on croissant. A couple of mornings later I had poached eggs on toast with salmon and avocado. Both very reasonably priced and very tasty.

Food was absolutely bangin, the staff were mega sound, service was quick. Everything you could want from a cafe packed into one cosy spot

Delicious linguine with pistachio pesto pancetta and proper cappuccino. Can taste the quality incidents and pasta was al dante. Friendly people. Quick service. Would be back again soon.

You know them small hidden gems in a busy town? This is one of them. As Italian I do not drink coffee ☕ outside unless is quality. No need for other details. Great place for a pit stop or regular breakfast/lunch. Bravi ragazzi :)

Absolutely wonderful. On a windy day I came here seeking refuge. The soup was so delicious, the staff charming and atmosfere very cosy. Veggie, vegan and GF friendly. My new favourite place. 💖

Received a call from this number and the guy on the phone said he wanted to upgrade my contract and I was confused, because what contract do I have with a cafe? Unfortunately for him, he didn't know that my phone was literally showing me that I was talking to someone off of Cafe Bellina's phone number and not someone with a great deal from my network provider. Either a staff member is doing something dodgy behind you guys' backs or they are all in on this scam.

Generally, I recommend it, very nice service, lady with dark hair. I ordered pancakes, a large portion, delicious sauce, cappuccino coffee a bit too strong.

The staff and look of the place was lovely, and the drinks were nice. The meal was a little subpar, not quite heated enough, but a good portion for a decent price.

Pequeña cafetería con un ambiente agradable. Su personal es muy atento. Los desayunos están buenísimos, hay mucha variedad. Precio normal al de la ciudad ya que los desayunos no incluyen el café pero aún así el café es más económico que en otros sitios.

So it’s very nice and the orange juice good but the milkshake I think better, the smoothie banana and strawberry was good but with too Mach with milk. The smoke salmon and egg croissant was very good. They very nice and give as water and we don’t ask but this so nice

Stopped by for a breakfast on a very rainy day and was greeted by a very friendly staff. Ordered scrambled eggs, ham&cheese toast and pistachio croissant. All very tasty, especially liked the scrambled eggs. Croissant was very fresh and yummy. Would definitely recommend to anyone who likes a good quality food, friendly atmosphere and an opportunity to practice their Italian :-)

Great, small jewel of a place! Good food, good portions; priced economically. Service and quality unexpectedly fine in this comfortable casual place. Black pudding? Excellent. Haggis excellent. BEST ESPRESSO DRINKS IN EDINBURGH - smooth Italian crafted espresso drinks. Even the decaf! Often decaf espresso is bitter, because the barista isn’t classically trained. Not here! Silky smooth espresso drinks. Very nice neighborhood place yet with world class food and service ethic.

J'ai bien aimé la fraîcheur des produits. La soupe de légumes était excellente et j'ai pu ajouter un peu d'huile d'olives que l'on m'a apporté à ma demande. Bref c'est bon et à un prix raisonnable.

Went here for the first time today, didn't know what to expect, just thought we would try it. Well we are glad we did, I had the Roma pannini (breaded chicken with mozerela and pesto) the other half had the one with tomato instead of chicken. Both were excellent not heavy at all which they can be if overdone, but these were perfect. I had the usual coffee, a flat white, which you could get large if you wanted, the other half an Americano. Good strong coffee how it should be. Then to top it off, discovered they sold Fonzies, a kind of cross between twiglets and cheese puffs and are delicous and hard to get in the UK. If nothing else, they get 10/10 just for selling these, but then I'm biased where Fonzies are concerned. Even without these we would go back.

You cannot keep living your life without trying their Italian hot chocolate. So delicious and will boost your energy and vibe. They also sell genuine Italian groceries at a fair price. I will return for sure!!

Lovely cafe directly opposite the Youth Hostel. Freshly cooked full breakfast and delicious coffee. Staff seem very happy to be at work and have a lovely level of interaction with patrons. This will become a regular breakfast option

Staff were lovely and friendly, made it a great experience and gave positive vibes. Food was decent for its price, but full Scottish a bit more expensive for what you get compared to other places around. Drinks were good though, and a nice little cafe.

Coffee is amazing, I got a latte with hazelnut syrup. The chicken panini with pesto was also delicious. Will definitely be back to try the pasta sometime.

Visited Edinburg for. Family vacation from the States and stumbled on this quaint cafe. The wait staff is delightful and attentive. The breakfast was so yummy that we went back several times during our trip.

We went about 3 pm, you can sit in our outside. Service and produce were very satisfactory, thank you, we will be back

Delicious vegetarian and vegan fry-ups!

My wife and I stumbled across this little cafe in Edinburgh at the weekend when looking for somewhere to get a cooked breakfast. I wasn't sure what to expect as an Italian cafe wouldn't be our usual port of call for a cooked breakfast, but I needn't have feared as the full Scottish cooked breakfast turned out to be gorgeous - they obviously used very good quality produce in the breakfast, and it was very clean tasting with no undue greasiness. As well as the good quality food, the cafe had a lovely ambiance and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A very pleasant find and we'd definitely go back if we are staying in that area of Edinburgh again.

Food served fast, in style with a smile. One of the best chill places on Leith walk not to mention the coffee, it's so good! (KIMBO) some.of the staff names I can't pronounce but absolutely hands down the loveliest folk! 🙌🏼❤️ This was recommended to me by my 11yo nephew.

The options we tried for breakfast (scrambled eggs and pancakes) were well made and tasty and the treatment given by the staff at all times was kind.

Food was incredible! Also the staff is really warming and friendly, being really caring with me and my family. Myself, I had a breakfast deal with soup, mocha and soup, everything was soooo perfect! Also recommend the nutella croissant, one of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely coming back!

Fantastic find,as regular visitors to Edinburgh and often staying near by we visited the Cafe Bellina on several occasions, each time we were warmly greeted ,the food was superb reasonably priced and with great service ,a great find and must visit ,will definitely return.

A new favourite cafe in Edinburgh! Such kind and friendly staff and the best coffee outside Italy! The panini are delish (especially the porchetta!) and the large cannoli are also so so tasty. The staff are very kind and helpful and smiling and the cafe itself is so cosy. Definitely love coming here, a wee taste of Italy in the middle of Edinburgh!

I can't eat fried egg's, silly I k ow but there it is. I ordered the cooked breakfast and was charged a supplement for asking for scrambled eggs, this dispite them offering scrambled eggs on another dish. Shocking rip off, not amused to say the least.

Such a cute place, with lovely staff who were very friendly and happy. Had a delicious breakfast bap, with tea, and they gave me a free biscuit for Valentines Day too!

A genuinely delicious and lovely place. The friendly service makes the atmosphere comfortable and relaxing. The food and coffee is absolutely delicious, I always leave with a very happy lil stomach and most likely a coffee to go also since the coffee is one of the best I've tried in Edinburgh 😅 I definitely recommend the veggie panni and the flat white, also any of the cannoli's since they're the perfect little treat.
