Ordered food on Uber eats, didn't get the right order and when tried to phone the number stated on Google for this business. I was told by the person that they are not working today and will provide me with another number. Waited 10 mins and tried calling again the same no. No reply! Really disappointed. I only choose this place after reading reviews on goole.

Fantastic customer service and great food

Fries were excellent, chicken was above average.

I ordered previously and was nice and fresh. Today the chicken is dry and cold. the no leg piece and was given back and pieces. my kids didn't eat. the pizza tasted funny. Really disappointed with my order today. ☹

Would not recommend them at all! the guy took the whole chicken out from the freezer, defrosted it in a microwave and than grilled it.... Disgusting!!

The driver went to another shop to pick up food for another client which was 20 minutes the other way from my home. I watched him do so on the tracker

Service was a bit slow but the food was very fresh . Another customer was having a tantrum about how slow it was but honestly wasn’t that bad of a wait especially given how fresh the food was - probably the freshest batch of chicken and chips I’ve had . The worker was very appreciative that I gave him time and didn’t rush him . When a better spot outside of the sunlight opened up , he came and moved all the stuff for me . My only criticisms would be the burger is slightly smaller than usual chicken burgers and £2 for four wings is a bit on the pricy side . The rest of the portions and prices were fine given the circumstances . It’s nice to finally have a decent chicken and chip shop on part of the road that desperately needed one . It’s also refreshing to see the old cafe became a chicken and chip shop instead of those stupid middle class coffee shops . If you’re near the titanic kebab do yourself a favour and do a five minute walk to come here instead - much fresher and better food at a lower price

The wings and chicken were extra salty. 2nd time when I buy from here expecting nice taste and both times I was left disappointed. I’ve learned my lesson now.

All the reviews on here are from the old establishment that was a cafe, this is now a chicken shop and the food quality is garbage, would highly not recommend, go down the street to any other chicken shop and you'll be happier

Food delivered in great time. Was given wrong kids meal and a drink is missing.

I sent a note telling the restaurant that I could not eat breast meat so they sent me 4 breasts. Not exactly my kind of service. Never again.

lahmacun £5.50 - arrived lukewarm. The bread seem to fall apart in the hand. Rated 4/10 Chips were cold soggy and poor quality. Rated 3.5/10 Grilled chicken was hot, not particularly flavoursome but was reasonably tender. Disappointed by the lack of peri flavouring. Rated 5/10 No sauces were provided. Would i order again... highly unlikely. Other places are better.

Polite and friendly waitress. Quick service for good coffee and really good value all day breakfast. Very clean cafe and conveniently placed for a meal between visits to the William Morris Gallery and Vestry House Museum.

They display a 5-star food/hygiene rating, which is years old. The food/hygiene rating is only at 2-stars at the moment!

A good cafe. Very consistent quality food at reasonable prices. On weekdays can park in Farnan avenue for half hour free of charge and on the weekends can park in the town hall FOC.

Got a delivery. Paid £32 and the quality was very bad. I had to throw everything away. Simply disgusting. Absolutely to avoid.

The food was awful! Dirty fish, definitely not fresh. Expensive, noodles tasted of fried oil, hope to don't get food poisoning. I also asked for a refund and they avoid my call. Absolutely to avoid!
