Good Food, Not too long to make and Polite staff.

brilliant café with amazing staff and excellent food at great price. broccoli and stilton soup is the best. Bacon brie and cranberry panini is amazing with quality ingrediencies.

Me and my mum came here for the first time today and we were extremely happy with this little cafe. The food, the prices and the workers were all amazing. I specifically asked for my bacon to be crispier and it was cooked to perfection! Food is very yummy and we will definitely be coming back here.

I don't go in there as much as I should. Breakfast is always good quality and affordable, the service is top notch. Highly reccomend it.

First things first - this is a cafe in an industrial unit on an industrial estate so you wouldn't come here for views or ambiance. Parking can be a bit tricky as the car park adjacent is for hospital staff only. That said it is clean, the food is fine & the prices are sensible. If you are after a full English or a bacon roll or jacket potatoes this represents very good value for money.

Ive only managed to visit once. Great cafe, Great breakfast, Great Staff, Great prices. My only problem is I can never park nearby, car park slots always full up and the council used the last of their yellow paint, painting yellow lines everywhere!

Chose Cafe 3 following reviews on TA whilst in the area. Busy, busy little place out of town used by the locals. Really friendly guys running the place. Happy to chat in between orders, gave us good tips on local attractions and good pubs. Breakfast was excellent. Wish that you were two hundred miles to the north guys. Well done keep it up 👍

A proper "workers" cafe. Fry ups, all day breakfast, all at a reasonable price. This is not smashed avocado and free-range poached eggs. This sausage, egg and Beans.

The Best Breakfast and lunch in the New Forest by far. Very reasonably priced and great atmosphere. The food is consistently great and the staff are friendly and welcoming. If you haven’t tried cafe 3 you are missing out . Give it a go you won’t be disappointed.

If you are looking for a proper cooked breakfast in the New Forest then this is the place to go. Please be aware, if you dont know, this place is on an an industrial estate. However the price is good the portion and food quality is excellent and the people are extremely friendly. I would much rather eat here than a pretentious tea room which have none of the above. Brilliant cafe.

I have usd this Cafe several times now whilst waiting for my MOT. It is by far the best in the area. Good ingredients , freshly cooked. Excellent service. There is seating outside. There is not a lot more to say, except well done. Oh, and excellent prices.

You will not get a better Sausage / Bacon Baguette , fresh warm granary roll with good quality sausages and bacon, nothing comes close. The breakfasts are also great and for a very reasonable sum. Worth looking for on Ampress industrial estate

We were staying locally and this was the closest breakfast stop. We had the full breakfast for £6.20. Good food, cooked well and we finished it all. The staff were incredibly friendly with the regulars and us too, gave us some advice on what to see during our stay!

Popped in here en route to the hospital, and glad to see its still as good as ever. Tasty carrot and coriander soup with a nice warm granary baguette for £2.80. Staff as pleasant as always.

Great selection of fresh home cooked breakfast & lunches at reasonable prices. I've had many a jacket potato at lunchtime & we have got in breakfast baps for the whole office on treat days!

This cafe is on the industrial estate, but dont expect the normal greasy spoon! Food here is Fresh, Basic and simple ingredients done well. this is defineley my favorite place in Lymington for a breakie, even if you are in a rush they do bacon in toasted buns to perfection. Im getting hungry just wrighting this review .

My regular lunchtime haunt (and occasional breakfast treat). Cafe serves excellent cooked breakfasts, sandwiches, traditional cafe favourites and lunch specials such as chicken curry, lasagne, chilli con carne etc. Food is freshly prepared and portions are generous. Staff are friendly and prices offer excellent value. Also offers an outside catering service. Highly recommended!
