In a word it was rank the chips tasted like the cardboard box they were delivered in the sausages were the cheapest you can get the bacon was overcooked and undercooked all at once which is a skill in it own right the beans were good and the bread will not be using again and definitely wouldn’t recommend

Breakfast was good but the cappuccino was disappointing. I paid £3 for it and it wasn’t even foamy as cappuccino’s should be. It looked and tasted like it was just instant coffee so I think they just gave me the £1 coffee as opposed to the £3 cappuccino I paid for so pretty disappointed on that front but the food was good. Service charge is expensive so I’d probably go there next time and eat in instead of being lazy.

delicious as always accept my ploughman's wasn't as it said on menu... as there was no baguette coleslaw or chicken 🤔 wasn't bothered about the chicken but Was looking forward to the baguette.. milkshakes are best 👌

hi it said it was delivered when it wasn't I was trying to call just eat and the restaurant and I got nothing back. I went to visit the restaurant and they said someone did take it to be delivered so half way home the person turned up and it was all cold. very disappointed

Had a full English breakfast told no beans then breakfast came and looked to Been cooks on a dirty griddle/ pans as black bits I’m under the eggs and bacon had dirty looking oil on it with black bits tomatoes was just juice no tomatoes in the dish not warm staff seemed moody gone downhill use to be nice won’t be going back

ordered at 11:15. said it was delivered twice. nearly 2 hours and got nothing?

The food was stone cold, was over an hour for it and when it arrived and was cold, I called the place for the phones to not be working and when I put in a complaint through just eat, I only got £3 back. I couldn’t eat the food as it wasn’t something I could or even should have had to heat up! Will never order from there again! Avoid

Thank you for the wonderful roast dinner, with no washing up. Can't beat these lovely home roasts. Free delivery, heat up when you want them, complete with tasty gravy (separately in a pot)👍

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a breakfast box for one and a panini meal, waited over an hour for it to be delivered and received only the breakfast box, plus everything was cold. Tried to call them several times to find out where my meal was but my phone calls were continuously ignored and sent to voicemail! Customer service is nonexistent and I will not be ordering from here again.

Food mostly cold. Eggs stuck to lid of box. Considering I’m just down the road from it, cold food is inexcusable.

Food sadly wasn’t up to normal standard. Sausages were burnt and eggs oily. Chips stone cold. Very disappointed. First bad experience from here.

Very disappointed this time ordered a lot from here over the years today’s order was below par… missing items …. Sandwiches looks like they had been thrown together not cut presentation was awful.. maybe the delivery on route who knows as squashed tried to call to advise number not working..

Well I’ve got to say. I’ve had a few breakfast boxes from here before… but this one was pretty much perfect! Eggs cooked to perfection. Honestly. Everything was really well cooked. 5*

Ordered baguettes and was delivered rolls. Sausages were cheap and either overcooked or left on a hotplate for too long as they were chewy. I ended up throwing them in the bin! Complete waste of money!

Where do I start, waited almost 2 hours for my order, the food was undercooked and cold. Missing some food items. No answer when you try to ring up only can contact through fb messenger? Very rude and confrontational. Would not recommend this place. Especially knowing I’m not the only one that’s had this issue after reading more reviews🙈

My partners panini was rock solid and the bread had definitely been toasted from frozen! My sandwich had no sauce in it and our milkshakes are runny and just not nice. Very disappointed

My order was very tasty as per usual. However, I order the same thing pretty much every month and this time my jacket potato was a lot smaller than what I usually arrives for the same price. Hopefully just a fluke!

Great breakfast friendly staff weakest coffee I have ever tasted I honestly thought there had been a mistake and there wasn't any coffee in my capucino waitress kindly added 2 more shots to it which made it into milky with a hint of coffee after breakfast I got a coffee elsewhere as I really needed some caffeine

Little bit disappointed - food was late but was advised of a slight delay, then food was delivered later than advised. Food was also cold, won’t be ordering again.

AVOID this place. Terrible customer service, phone isn't even in use when you try to chase your order which is nearly 2 hours late. I specifically asked for no mushrooms and black pudding with the full English which it came with, luckily I'm not allergic to mushrooms because they were touching my eggs. The only thing warm when it arrived was hash browns beans were freezing, had a spoon full of tomatoes, my partners panini wasn't even on panini bread and had clearly been microwaved (so we had to do their job and grill it). I'll never order from here again, the only good thing about it was the strawberry milkshake and that was sub standard. I could go on and on but I don't want to waste anymore time with this place. Joke cafe. AVOID

What an amazing café! Not just the absolutely scrumptious 'Veggie Delight" breakfast and Flat White coffee, but the venue, the atmosphere and, most of all, (drum roll....!) - the staff! From the lovely and very funny Gwen, to Milly and Keira et al! They are all such kind, efficient and engaging people. No wonder the café is so busy inside, and in the great "terrace" outside where I sat! Thanks all! That was a fab Sunday brunch, in so many ways! As Arnie said,:"I'll be back!"! Maggie Xxx

So to start the food here is absolutely great good prices other than Aldi hot chocolate being served for 3 pound a cup but other than that food is really good. But my main problem is this place has a terrible atmosphere now I have been to this cafe around 3 times now and every time I came I have come with a person of colour and there is a lot of staring by other customers and Customers(the regulars) judging other customers and even the workers judging anyone who comes into the shop and the regulars are very starry and judgemental and it feels tense in there. The foods great but it feels very hostile in there when all you want to do is eat. The first time I came with 2 of my Asian friends we were just minding our business and there was 2 older men who was sitting on 2 different tables and we was getting looks the whole time and they scoffed at stuff we said. If you are a person of colour or person who ever isn’t a white middle aged - old person you will be stared at and judged by the regulars and some staff.

The food was good for the price. I would not recommend the hot drinks at all or sitting in. The staff made it uncomfortable as they were making comments about people going in and out. I would not usually write a review but they were rude to an old man who was obviously confused until he left. One lady in particular was very judgmental towards the customers she was blonde kind of tall I am assuming in her late 30s.though. If you want to eat here I recommend you take your food to go.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Can tell they don’t care about their customers. Much better coffee shop up the road. One of the ladies made a very snarky comment to us. Only good side is the food is cheap and there is one young lad who works there who seems very helpful

It took 2 hours for my food to arrive the just eat app said it was delivered which I was very disappointed about then I had to say I haven’t received my order. Received a text to say it’s on its way got my order at 2.50pm I ordered it at 1pm

First time I ordered everything was good, unfortunately this time my order was wrong, missing items, complete cold and soggy and the southern fries were sour and horrible tasting, no cheese and just covered in dry spice, disappointed.

Lovely place for a warm bite! I was stuck, tyre punctured but wheel jammed, so had a small breakfast and a cuppa! Hit the spot perfectly.

Lack of ability to contact this place, on the website you choose full English but doesn’t stipulate what items are in the “full English” Tried tried to find a contact number to ask questions and book a table but nothing..: Shame as there are no 22 people on my job site and we eat hot food twice a week, we’ve had to seek a cafe further away

Only popped in for a coffee. Looks like a well run little cafe

Tin foil stuck to the panini and sandwich so having to peel it off otherwise tasted okay

Eggs were stuck to the lid of the box and all items were cold, we couldn’t eat any of it, very disappointed and won’t use again

disgusting I ordered through just eat for first time from here my food arrived it was hot but sadly the jp was part raw wasn't soft was hard like if you under cook boiled potatoes and try to mash them and get those raw hard narsty bits in it the jp was like that we called them to complain they offered to resend another out to us was polite then arrived within 10 mins of calling them to open it to find barely any tuna mayo and cheese on it and to top it off once I pulled parts down to try to eat it was harder then last one and could see the raw colour of potato on sides I paid £7 for this jp that i won't eat we called them to say this was same as last the girl got pissy on fone to my other half I suffer aniexty and health issues it really has upset me I'm disgusted they can treat people this way I have photos of 1st then I have 1 of the 2nd jp sent aswell as proof

We regularly have food delivered from here. From breakfast rolls and Sunday roasts to their weekly lunch specials. Always lovely food, delivered promptly and well worth the price. Looking forward to my next lunch special.

Very nice breakfast baguettes this morning cooked perfectly went down a treat. They had a little trouble finding my address as it's a new build not there fault, but they even gave a bar of chocolate as a sorry. Very nice of them thankyou 👍

After afew hiccups normal service was shown. Highly recommend to family and friends. We will be back. Thankyou for taking time to sort out our problems.
