Good and reasonably priced food. Staff here also have good humour. Definitely worth a visit and well located for a day out in Caernarfon.

Delicious chicken kebabs, as always! Caernarfon Kebabs is a must for us every time we visit Caernarfon. Beautifully marinated and grilled, fresh salad and yummy sauces…, all you want from a good kebab.

Visit to order take-away on a Saturday night. The place was empty but the men kept shouting at us for our order and banging the counter so I had to politely ask them to stop as we were browsing the menu. When our food came they had added an extra kebab to our friends order - a mixed kebab at £14 and insited they pay as they had cooked it! Awful attitude, extremely disrespectful and rude and nothing but swindlers! Keep your wits about you if you ever go- I will never set foot in there again.

Amazing pizzas, lush kebabs and really nice fresh salads! Staff are always so friendly and funny! Highly recommend!

We chose a quick take away meal. The business was doing a solid take away while we waited for our kebobs. People were constantly coming by to pick up orders of kebobs, pizza, and/or burgers, Appeared very popular.

Delicious kebabs. We had kofta and special lamb and both were fantastic. The naan bread was way tastier than a Pitta and the salad was really fresh and full of onions the way I love it. They are a cash only business but just pop a couple of doors down and there is a Santander cash machine.

Been using them for 20 years, several times a week back when I worked in the town. thoroughly recommended.

I said hello and asked (in Welsh) if the man spoke welsh and he said no, we are closed f*ck off, and then said as he was putting it down “stupid f*cking welshies” absolute joke!

Popular Kebab house in Caernarfon, and we where not disappointed. 2 x Kebabs and few extra trimmings was very nice indeed.

Absolutely shocking, ordered 2 hours ago and still no sign of food, phoned 37 times, engaged or not answering the phone, absolutely garbage waste of time, never again

Friendly staff, great menu choice. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The wait time was accurate, we will definitely be coming back next time.

Absolutely disgusting, I visited at 2 am, appreciate i was a little bit tipsy but they did not only try and con me out of my £20 change, they tried to treat me like a dog. After waiting 15/20 minute for my order they started banging on the counter shouting and demanding they only had specific items left, when I asked for chips specifically they went crazy - actually shouting and screaming at me like a second rate citizen - this isn’t something aimed at the full team generally I’ve had brilliant services but one man, well wow. That has put me off ever going there again, specially alone - After I confronted him on how he spoke to me like a dog he accused me of bring racist etc I was ashamed and made to feel so small and humiliated it was horrific. Unfortunately this tarnished my opinion the place as a whole and I would recommend a £2 pizza fron Tesco a better option than the atmosphere and service at this place.

On our 2 night stay in North Wales we ended up eating here both evenings, on the first I had a salad in pitta with chips& cheese and then on the second evening I had a pizza with pineapple and olives. Food both nights was delicious, staff are friendly and prices are acceptable. I definitely recommend eating here if you’re staying in the area.

The Kabobs are delicious. They give you a good amount of food and accommodate those who are gluten-free.

Well this was a fantastic option due to COVID, we all loved this fast food, took it down the harbour and sat on benches to eat. The selection of food was great to accommodate the whole family. The staff were very friendly and efficient, food all freshly cooked to order, we waited outside due to restrictions of COVID, but only took about 10 minutes for food for 5

This place is the best kebab house around. Their always busy for a reason, the food is always fresh and top notch. The staff are always friendly and prompt Pizzas are 5*, Kebabs and Burgers are also really good

Very good toppings in their pizza and good amount of cheese, only problem is that the sauce is far too salty. If they cut back on the salt it would be a perfect pizza. Have tried a few times and always they same. My wife likes salt and even she couldn't eat the last one. Such a shame, kebabs and chips are perfect, staff very friendly.

Best kebabs in the area. Been coming here for 20 years. Love the chili sauce. Only order the small but even that is so filling

Stopped in here after a day out exploring. We were both starving and fancied something filling. We bought 2 large pizzas and a garlic bread to share and we couldn't finish them! They were lovely, freshly cooked, and piping hot. The staff were friendly, helpful and chatty.

Load of knobs! More intrested in the 3 ladies ordering before me. Had to repeat my order 3 times before they took any notice. Why??

Stopped in for lunch. Lots of menu choices. Wrap cooked to order, great quality and reasonably priced. Be alerted that the large wrap is REALLY large, ie, if you have chicken, it is two skewers of chicken.

Take away team were great. Ordered the Pizzas and arranged to pick up at 7pm. All were ready and waiting for us when we arrived on timeOur members all commented on the quality of the Pizzas and wanted to know where we had bought them from.Great value, great service great food. Always go here almost every weekend never had anything bad to say but today i orderd some food drove all the way to get it and arrived and they told me no order was made double checked my phone and it was their number waste of journey and no one owned up 2 it !

I had a Donna Kabab which was amazing and chicken burger . The pizza was very tasty all the time but this time bit Solti but we will go again

We had had a long day out so I popped in with one of my sons to get a couple of margherita pizzas. One of the servers gave my son a lollipop which he was very happy about. My husband and other son joined us just as our pizzas were ready and as soon as the server saw I had another child with me he produced another lollipop which avoided the inevitable tantrum of why his brother had something he didn't, it's the little things like this that make me want to return to a place. The pizzas were delicious so we returned later on in our stay (both boys came and were given lollies) and tried the Caernarfon special which basically had everything on: ham, pepperoni, salami, chicken, mushroom, sweet corn, pineapple, peppers, mushrooms - I can't say I'd want it every day but it was good to try and really filling, we struggled to finish it. The food was good but it was definitely the staff going the extra mile that made us go back again.

My favourite kebab of all ..staff are very friendly and patient especially on a saturday night 😜 When i fancy a helathy take away i have chicken kebab and when i have a treat i have pizza half jalepino and half garlic cheese omg divine

Esperé durante casi una hora por una pizza, aunque yo estaba sentado en la tienda esperando mi pedido y no estaba lleno. Cuando fue finalmente listo uno de ellos me lo dieron, sin disculpa y se encogió de hombros. Tienen habilidades de atención al cliente, que horrible mirando fijamente a todos como odian a sus clientes. No soy un cliente habitual, pero no vamos a volver.

Looked very clean. Staff friendly, we enjoyed looking at the pics on the walls whilst waiting. Ate my kebab in bed at the hostel, and it was delicious! Top marks.

Pizzas were amazing no grease really fresh and tasty and really filling meat feast with extra chillies was great and Caernofon special was great mmmmm had garlic bread and chips all great standard

Fuimos después de una noche fuera, ordenados mi pizza, y esperar unos tres cuartos de hora sólo para ellos para decirme que me he quedado sin agua de pizza. Yo había estado allí antes de la mayoría de los demás clientes y tenían olvidado completamente sobre mí. No recomiendo en absoluto! ! ! ! ! !

He estado comprando comida aquí durante años. El personal es muy eficiente y aunque puede llegar a estar muy concurrida en horas que nunca apuesta la orden equivocada. La comida siempre es fresca y perfectamente cocinada. ¿qué no?

This has to be the best place in Caernarfon or North Wales the food is fresh and hot and are really nice staff all ways happy to help

£5.80 for a 12" pizza - perfect as we didn't fancy KFC. Quick and polite, very tasty pizza. Thank you.

We got a takeaway one night to take back to the lodge, kids pizzas where nice and no complaints with them, i got a couple of kebabs one being bbq chicken. The kebabs looked lovely but taste wise where ok nothing to rave about, prices are pretty good though.

Need to learn how to treat customers horrible people skills Will not be going back food is nothing to be happy about waste of money !

Kebab meat not cooked properly, made us both ill, threw them away. Not very clean.Would not reccommend and definatly wont use again.

This has been my kebab house for over 20 years but i will never set foot in the place again. The attitude of the younger guys who serve here is nothing short of disgusting. They look as if they hate their customers and like they are going out of their way just to serve you.

For us, Caernarfon Kebab place is a must every time we come here ( for mountain walking). The staff are very welcoming and food is great. We recommend chicken kebabs, great flavour and good protein fix!

I had ordered Donner and lamb kebabs. Tasteless, dry, old and cold. The lamb had a bad smell. Asked for souse, but got some drops only. Guys, do proper ones, get better pitas bread, not a cheap frozen ones, dont use stink meat, do fresh vegies. Now it is piggy food. Waste of money.

I've been coming here since I was 4yrs old with my dad - I am now 23! Will never go to any other kebab house. Always lovely food and staff always funny and they also try their best to throw in some welsh words like TISHO SOS COCH??!! hehe.

I live in the area and have used all the takeaways multiple times. Caernarfon kebabs is the best in town. The food is good (and I am fussy) , the service is always pleasant and because there are plenty of staff they're quick aswell.They've been there many years and earned a good reputation locally. I'm not connected to this place in any way, I just think they deserve a good review.

Better to go when it is not closing time because some of the Customers are drunk and horrible. The Caernarfon Special is usually really good and the Staff are really nice.

Staff are uneducated on cross contamination putting a pitta bread on top of raw chicken absolutely horrible rude staff would not eat there again !!!!

In the last 4 years I've been here I have never had a dull visit. The food is always spot on, fresh and you always can have a laugh with the staff. Highly recommended and very shocked with some of the negative comments put on here

I am somewhat bewildered by some of the negative comments as I have never had a poor take away here in the past. I can confidently say that the pizzas here and some of the best in the area, the kebabs are always succulent, tasty and fresh and the customer service is excellent. If anything is ever wrong or not to your liking, they will instantly exchange it.I use this place a lot and will continue to do so until there is such evidence that this place is deteriorating in standard as previously stated by somebody on here.

Ordered A Cheesburger & Chips & A Large Doner Kebab, Chessburger & Chips Was Ready 10 Minutes Before Kebab So It Went Cold Whilst Waiting For The Kebab, Then An Worker Put RAW Chicken Strips On The Griddle Then The Other Worker Asked If He Could Do The Doner Kebab For Him Which He Did Without WASHING HIS HANDS !!!!I Will Not Be Going To This Takeaway Again

Nice kebabs really enjoyed it but no salad included and did not realise until back in our room.....so ask for salad.

Just had a chicken kebab but the only flavour was in the garlic sauce, the chicken was tender and fresh but it was lacking of seasoning, marinade or spices. I've been there many time in the past and it was always good but this it was disappointing, the flavour should be in the chicken.

Been going here for over two decades. They've been pretty good for all these years but the last year maybe longer, their standards have been falling. I'm writing this review in hope that they pick their socks up and get back to what they have always done. But something is not right there anymore. Mixing raw meat on cooked just before serving (using the same utensils between raw and cooked). Found hairs in food more than once. Not paying attention to orders and getting it wrong often! A general lacking in customer service it seems.I know the staff have changed a few times but it seems more of a change now and the food quality is being hit. The old staff however still hold their good charm but it does not filter back to the food anymore. Anyhow, I hope they pick up again. It would be a shame to have to boycott them after all this time. Overall mediocre service and food now though, it has to be said. Maybe I have been unlucky for the last year (every time I go).

I called here for a quick bite to eat and ordered a kebab and was very surprised at the high quality, reasonable price and friendly service.Not a lot of choice to choose from but all of it looked really fresh and appetising
