Booked a table for four people and when we got there it was shut . Couldn’t even be bothered to let us know . Very unprofessional

Four of us enjoyed an excellent lunch here today. The owner was very welcoming and friendly; nothing was too much trouble. One of our party must have gluten free food and she was very pleased to find that he could provide suitable pasta or pizzas. The food portions were generous, the ingredients of high quality and we all found our meals absolutely delicious.

Don't bother. Waitress hired for her good looks rather than her powers of observation. She enjoyed the power of looking without seeing. Bought second course two minutes after first. First course only partially microwaved. Loud drunks on adjacent table added to the unrelaxed atmosphere. Food mediocre. If you like drunks, poor service and poorly cooked food, this is just the place for you.

Our meals were outstanding, as was the service. Friendly and warm atmosphere. If you want authentic Italian cuisine, this is the place to be!

Pizzas crisp is too hard. Fish pizzas choices and healthy none meat are delicious and healthy .

Had a fantastic meal with friends . Great atmosphere , fantastic food and staff so friendly it felt like being part of the family . Absolutely fantastic value for money . Will definitely be coming back again and again . ( first time I've been to a restaurant ever and had to take food home in a doggy bag !! ) 😋😋😋😋

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, the food was fantastic and it was a lovely atmosphere. I had the Quattro Formaggi pizza which was so good. Free bread and little antipasti snacks at the start were a nice touch too. Will definitely visit again.

Fantastic restaurant in the heart of Scunthorpe. Authentic Italian cuisine with friendly and attentive service. Only stumbled upon this place by chance but thoroughly impressed and now would definitley make a trip to return to here. Absolutley phenomenal!

I've ordered a pizza and a garlic bread with delivery today. I have been waiting 1 hour for pizza, and when I called them and asked how much I will pay, they told me that it will be 40£. Surprisingly, on the menu cost of the pizza is 12.99£ and for garlic bread 4.99£ so I asked why is 40£, the woman told me that they changed prices and now it's 30£ for pizza. But at the window you can still see old prices (Woman told me that they will change this today🙈she also advice that the best option is to come to restaurant and check prices👍)It’s really unprofessional behaviour. I don’t think so that I will be back again.

This cosy, family run pizzeria brings an authentic taste of Italy to Scunthorpe. The open kitchen allows diners to see their pizza being prepared and then witness it being transformed into the most succulent, taste sensation possible, so much so that your taste buds will want to experience "By Milano" again and again. I ordered that Neapolitan classic "pizza margherita", "Mama Mia", that's all I have to say.

I have a busy town centre pub and Ordered 2 carbonara pizza for staff, By far the best pizza I have ever tasted. Staff were lovely and so helpful. 11/10

the food was really good quality. however the Italian base is still more or less thin crust. but that is my only quibble. the food was 20 min early, it tasted so good too! I even requested them to phone me when outside, which the driver ‘Malik’ did. he was also polite and asked how I was. the kind of guy you’d want to deliver your food. I recommend this restaurant!!

Food was great. Restaurant called immediately after I placed my order to review it and offer substitutions for items that were not currently available. The delivery guy stayed in contact and let me know when he was on his way and when there was a mixup with the address. Would order with them again.

The Pizza was amazing!! Better than anything I've eaten. Delivery driver was lovely and we got given free cake. The only thing was that we ordered curly fries and got given wedges- just a simple mistake

my first time ordering from "just eat" what a waist of time. after spending good 10 mins of doing the selection online and only to get a delivery time of 1 hour 10 mins estimated time of 20:30. 20:30 came but no delivery so I rang the restaurant and they say order just leaving then and it's obviously late. so 20:36 came no delivery so rang the restaurant again and say it's on its way. I contacted "just eat" to only response from there was "do I want to cancel the order". your business is rubbish as I could just call the takeaway direct rather than a 3rd party getting involved. What a waist of time!!!!

Good customer service - the restaurant called me staight away after I ordered to let me know they didn't have one of the food items and offered a substitute. Meal was delivered earlier than expected, pizza was warm and really tasty. Comes with good choice of sauces. Would order again!

The food was ok, I stopped ordering from them a while ago but figured I'd try it again because I'd always liked their pizza, but the pizza was so late without any warning and wasn't fully hot. It went cold quickly and the crust wasn't nice to eat
