excellent. they gave me 3 extra free chicken wings. 10 out of 10

Third time in a row the food has been cold from this place. Although this time I pacifically as them to ensure my food is hot this time. Ordered 3 x Blazing birds meals (all three stone cold) And 2 x Sticky BBQ tenders (barely warm) Fries had a wired taste could only describe as they have been cooked in old oil. Waste of money will not order again from here.

Been coming here for years they've always been really nice one of my favourite places in bradford but after my experience last week and a couple times before that their standard has really dropped a few years ago they had it all quality quantity and price but now they have really dropped these past few times but the most worst of it was last week when they gave me a smash burger that was raw inside and I checked from other angles aswell. Their portion is OK but their burgers a bit small and they are definitely overpriced and to get a raw burger for that I doubt I'd come back here. This place used to be so much better. I don't know how you don't cook a smash burger it tasted sickening and off aswell. To pay 10 quid for that food is terrible. Think that was the last straw for me

Smashbox was 10/10. Value for money and everything was spot on. Only feedback is the coleslaw was warm with it being in the food box. Will be back again.

I had a really enjoyable experience at Bvrgry! The food was delicious overall, and I especially loved that they didn’t forget the pickles in the burger—such a small thing, but it makes a big difference for me. The service was friendly and attentive, and the value for what you get is absolutely great. My only issue was that the meat had a bit of a smell that was slightly off-putting. It didn’t ruin the meal, but it did stand out enough to notice. Other than that, everything else was top-notch, and I’d definitely come back again.

food ordered at 5pm delivered 2hrs later all food was cold and some was inedible due to it being cold. normally have enjoyed the food from this establishment but tonight's service was particularly bad on just eat

My go to spot for a nice meal in the city of Bradford. The quality of food, customer service, packaging, everything is 10/10. Not to mention the large selection of drinks! Staff is always polite. Would recommend the smash burgers and the Nashville chicken burger! If you’re looking for good quality food, nice seating area and exceptional customer service, this is the place to be!

Tiny bbq tenders and not enough flavouring on them. Chips were soggy. Burger was decent but too much coleslaw that was dripping everywhere.

The food here was really enjoyable. I got the Nashville burger and sriracha honey tenders, both were super fresh and tasted great. The service was also very good - the food came quickly, and the team were informative and super friendly. The restaurant was clean and there is a nice seating area downstairs. I had a really good experience, and look forward to coming back. Would recommend!

The hot chicken burger is amazing from here, I loved it. We came from Manchester and it’s got to be one of the best chicken burgers I’ve tasted (I normally hate chicken as well). The prices are cheap as well and service is good. The place itself looks nice and decor is on point. You can dine it or take out, but we ordered for takeaway. The wait itself is not too long as well efficient service. It’s become one of my faves in Bradford for sure! Keep it up BVRGRY😍😍😍

Not the one to complain but the Food came stone cold had to heat it up in the microwave, that may not be the takeaways fault how ever the wings looked like this inside and they also smelt, most of the food went into the bin not happy at all

Food wise probably best chicken burger in bradford all the different varieties of the chicken burger way above the rest. In terms of service and the seating area that can be improved. Gotta stay on top of cleaning the seating area and tables. The toilet could be better well kept and repaired. Otherwise would be 5 stars.

Placed orde at 16.50 for 18.30 to arrive. Food was delivered 18.40. The restaurant had the order well in advance and still were slack. Also i asked fo sauces which they always give and his eas written on notes and ignored when placing the order.

I ordered this meal via Uber Eats so understand that the quality wont be as good as it is in store, that being said this was the oiliest burger I've ever had in my life. I ordered the nashville and the smash burger meals. The flavours weren’t too bad and i would probably rate the flavour alone a 6/10 but on both burgers the buns were soaked in oil. I had a thick layer of oil on my fingers just from touching the bun. This really took away from the burger and made it really sickly and off putting. The fries were decent especially considering they werent fresh and hot due to it being a delivery but this isnt the fault of the takeaway at all.

Order was late and the item I received wasn’t what I ordered. The order was from a different restaurant. The driver should take care to make sure the right order is received.

Food was spot on no issues at all. It came fresh flavoursome well balanced with the coleslaw thoroughly enjoyed. I was just really disappointed with the service I came in with group of my friends of 5 people for the first time we ordered together and whilst everyone got their food me and my friend had to wait till everyone had eaten to receive ours and when I mentioned that to the young chap who eventually brought our food I got a response of 'its just really busy'

I love this place so much and order is regularly, but there is an issue on the honey sirracha burger meal which means you can’t select a drink or add it to be a meal despite the description saying it is . This meant although I paid for the meal I received the burger alone and no fries or drink.

Bob burger is upto the mark, including spicy chicken sandwich. The lads are also sound. Table service for food is good. We make special journeys to this place. Short and Sweet menu. They are also good and generous with sauces and the buns / chips are also off premium quality.

I had ordered 2 burgers and was only given one. When I rung up the restaurant they said they were adamant staff had placed 2 burgers in the order but that was obviously not the case as I had just received one. The restaurant told me to come and pick a burger up if I wanted, even though I had paid for delivery. This was my first time ordering from here and will be my last.

Ordered 2 burger meals as stated on just eat, recieved just two burgers without the chips or drinks. I called the shop and super rude and basically told me to f off and contact just eat. Never will be ordering again and requested a refund for my order.

Have been a regular customer of bvrgry and enjoy their burgers but they've really let me down today. I placed an uber eats order which needed cancelling. The guy on the phone said he would cancel. Lo and behold, he never did. I challenged him and I could tell he knew he was in the wrong but he was too stubborn about admitting his fault.

When drinking the kinder milkshake I found several bits of plastic wrapper I’m assuming came off the chocolate bar. One of which was stuck on the back of my throat. More care needs to be taken when making these milkshakes to ensure this doesn’t happen.

Looked good on pictures but when you order it and your still sat 2 hours later waiting for the burger to come it’s not so appealing anymore! Spoke to staff all they can say is “nothing to do with us speak to just eat”. It’s your food from your restaurant fight for the name!! Ridiculous service and will be forging for a full refund wish me luck

Nice juicy burgers, absolutely loved them. Tried Bob burgers with cheesy fries, both were on the mark! Dine in space is a bit limited but overall good experience.

The delivery driver came only with drinks. Refused to pick up the food from the restaurant. Spoke to the guy from the restaurant who tried to tell the delivery driver to come back and he refused started shouting at us and walked off with our drinks and never returned. This guy has very poor customer service and should be sacked ASAP. If no refund is returned will go to the police.

Been coming here for about 2 years now about time they get a review from me, burgers have slapped every single time best spicy dipped burger in the whole of Yorkshire hands down. Fillet is big and juicy not butterfly type of fillet where it’s hanging out of the bun too much the spicy dip is just the best about, the Mayo complements the sauce well the bun doesn’t get soggy like most places over it’s just the perfect spicy dipped burger. Chips with skin on are my go to with the cheese sauce. I prefer the tenders over the wings the sriracha chilli are my favourite but it’s all personal preference. They have a very nice and clean eating area every time we come. All the staff are very polite and friendly with us especially this one brother called Tee. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a proper spicy dipped burger or any type of proper food.

Been back many times. Doesn't miss! Hot chicken sandwich is a competition for the whole of manchester! Wings and smash burger were great. Fries had good flavour but were a little cold. Service was slightly disappointing as some of the food was missed and took a while to arrive.

Horrible experience at this place, customer service is non existent and the quality of the food is questionable. Placed an order for 3 chicken sandwiches and one of them was disgusting and quite frankly I’d class as inedible. However, the manager did not take any accountability and tried to blame us for his inconsistent food quality? Laughable. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
