Best meal I've had in years and the service is friendly and efficient. There is all the choice you could want from a burger place and the portions are generous without going over the top. The food is presented very well. The place is snug, stylish and perfect for its location and nature as a corner restaurant in an urban setting.

We were here for the first (and last) time in may. This place is a scam. They made us pay two times, saying the first payment did not register in their system even though it had been withdrawn from our accounts. A few days have gone by with no response from the restaurant about the payment. The food was below average as sekk, nothing to write home about.

We ate at the BUK stand located in Camden market food court. One of the best smashed burgers I’ve ever had. I could have eaten two of those. Products are good quality. Friendly staff, great location. Great value.

Multi-tasking does not appear to be something that happens here - a 20 minute wait to make 2 burgers and 2 portions of standard fries when there were only 4 other customers (2 lots of couples) waiting for orders. Well, I could have said it was well worth the wait, but I would be lying. The burgers l, rather than smashed patties are more like roadkill. Smashed with what exactly?? A rolling pin by the looks of my "double burger" which was so thin that the edges of the burger were actually crispy! Bite further in and you get a tasteless, greasy concoction which falls apart quicker than my enthusiasm for this establishment. The fries were reasonable hence escaping a 1-star rating but, blimey, you really can do so so much better going elsewhere. Would I go back? Like buk would I.....

The place is nice enough, the lady serving was wonderful but my low rating it purely on the speed and the food received. The place was half empty and they seem to cook one table then start the next, it was a very long wait for what was simply two burders and one side of standard chips. The main however issue was the burgers. There was no flavour added, it was simply very wet oily mince squaeezed together and placed in a bun which when you picked up collapsed then needing a fork to scoop up. To be fair it had gherkins and onions which were the best bit. The budger appeared to have no spices (or flavour), egg, breadcrumbs or anything holding it together and just load of mince and that taste just stays in your mouth. Nealry £30 for the priviliedge as well! So disappointing

It was a very bad choice. We came to this restaurant after an adv we have seen it. We were 3 the order is 62£ it is very expensive even we still hungry because the burgers is too small so we will not try it again.

Just tried a burger in Hawley wharf. Really enjoyed it. Very tasty. Good sauce. Quality meat. Quality bun. Nicely cooked. Job done

Chalk Farm, round the Roundhouse, has limited choice in terms of places to eat. I mean when it’s 6pm, every place on the main road has reserved signs on their tables and our gig starts soon. We didn’t know about this place, Buk Burger until we had to pause to cross Ferdinand Rd and I saw a sign simply saying ‘burger’. We went to look see. Very wisely, they have a small menu, simple choices of beef, chicken or plant based burgers and the usual accompaniments. We both had a classic chicken with American cheese. It looked big, messy and was truly delicious. If we’d have had time, I’d have eaten a second one! Classic fries were just enough, I had a cola and he had a chocolate shake. The shake was fab! Our server was friendly and genuinely happy that we were enjoying our food. It’s a small room, maybe 10 tables but they do takeaway too.

Probably the best burger in london. Amazing every time. Id recommend the teriyaki chicken but the rest are equally great. Service is faultless really friendly staff. Only thing not to my taste was the kids menu the chicken had too much coating on it and a bit too hard for a young child but the burger was lovely.

Extremely average beef and chicken burgers, tasted like something I could make at home. Loaded fries were ok, they don’t have normal drinks like coca cola, fanta or sprite. had some weird healthy option that tasted like sparkling water, really ruined the meal. No alcohol or alternatives if you want that. Shakes were ok not amazing for £7. Wouldn’t come back ever again, really disappointing.

One of the best burgers I’ve tried place was very clean. The waiting staff was friendly & good service definitely will visit again soon as will be visiting london soon.

Had a great time at Buk the other day, the atmosphere and the staff were absolutely spot on. And I'd have to say they do one of the nicest vegan burgers I've tasted - rather than trying to be meat it's its own thing - packed full of veggies and taste. I Will defo be visiting again soon!

The outlet: very small, tight but somewhat cosy. There was a girl at the front counter who was friendly and welcoming and gave me a menu at a table. Charming but it is literally like climbing into a manhole sadly lol! The Chicken Wings: Something you'd expect out of a Pan-Asian joint or eatery so if you're into that, you're really in for a treat with the wings so definitely something nice but quirky there. I must admit, I generally am not plush with the the toasty-sesame-almondy oils based off the Teriyaki flavour so I sadly have to rate these as I tasted them but they're so good I won't skip on the Quality: Quality: 10/10 - moist, juicy and succulent large Wings perfectly fried (or even grill-fried?). Taste; Teriyaki is not my thing so 5/10 for this flavour. I will be sure to try their plain one (or BBQ if they have it which I did not see). The Truffle Mayo Burger: Presentation-wise, it is a bit disappointing; you're just given literal paper-wrapping for your burger slapped on a miminmal school-dinners dinner tin tray. But I guess that is in-keeping with the store's 'Shack' style and 'hole in the wall street food' theme. At least you can actually sit n dine in this one! So, the burger; this is a good old fashioned, general nice nutty/sweet beefy taste you get from the Best and honest of gourmet burgers. The patty was large and the flavours heaped on, the truffle sauce; not sure if it's in-house or just a quickie mashup of Heinz sauces but it worked and overall the burger was very satisfying. But because this Signature Burger comes with the Home-made fires, for me this package is outstanding for Quality/value so I am obliged to award this a very rare full-marks. Price factoring; I would take this over a Gordon Ramsey burger anyday. This is what Camden street food should be all about. I guess in the end, Quality is King (or Queen) The fires: crispy, and they (I didn't even ask) add an amazing salty sort of cajun pepper spice (I don't think it's Peri-salt) on top that infuses with the natural potato grease so well. The fries are actually fries (not hair thin and bland like Steak on the Greens or any other ''fries'' you normally get tossed). Nor are they horrible grotesquely fat like redwood tree-trunks. They are slim but the potato really has taste and even body. Amazing natural street fries, the way it should always be done! Fries; 9/10. Burger (+ fires deal): 10/10. Gelato shakes: This is a standout point of this store. Yes - no cheapy teen Creme's, Fatburger or Nando's deal either; you get a nice full on Cacao flavour, rich and sweet. Not the very best but it's very passable and actually among the best you can get from these stores as it is after-all a Gelato product. Milkshake (chocolate): 8/10. Overall; it is very impressive. My only caveat would be (a maybe odd one but very necessary) that to complete the dining experience, I kindly but importantly advise the manager to include washroom and a toilet on the premises, as although I understand the hold in the wall venture , the food is too good not to get comfy. Greasy hands and bladder full after a nice meal is the worse thing knowing you have to into the great outdoors in this state to find a toilet; it's not a caravan anymore! And having to either prepare beforehand or have go out to the Morrisons to find wash amenities is extremely annoying when the food experience you can have here is really this good. So, a kind proposal to definitely get this in on premises: nearly every other store has a small hole space downstairs or in a tight corridor to stick one in. Overall rating for Burger UK: 8/10. One of the Best eateries in London (assuming washroom included!)

Came all the way from Glasgow and all I’m gona say is very very very poor The girl behind the counter made a half wit effort as soon as we entered. The place was completely dead when we arrived. I asked the girl if it’s always this quiet and she said tbh were not busy at all (which makes you question a lot) We decided as we didn’t know the area and it was late we decided to just give the place a go. I asked to wash my hands as we are currently going through pandemic (COVID-19). To this the girl replied we have a policy where customers can NOT use our toilets to even wash hands. Instead she provided us with wipes. At this point I was completely put off. To top it off, my wife’s Teriyaki chicken burger came out RAW - completely pink I was so disgusted and put off I didn’t even take a photo or complained as I couldn’t be bothered to make a big deal (which I now regret to) Me and my wife ended up sharing my burger and chips. We were never asked once if the food was okay or if we needed anything else. It seemed like the girl didn’t want to be there at all. I would strongly advise to please go elsewhere this is not where you want to spend your money.

Amazing mouthwatering burgers! Ordered chef’s special (beef, bacon n cheese) and teriyaki chicken burger, one side of chips, coleslaw and a oreo and pistachio milkshake. Great prize, great care (ordered take away, it comes in nice boxes that pop ups and open like a plate), we were early to pick up the order and the waitress came twice to check if we were ok and apologise for being late (they weren’t). Loved my birthday dinner to the last bite! Going back!!!!

Sorry, but I don't know what all the fuss is about. We ordered the grilled chicken burger (£10)and the beef burger (£7.50) with all the trimmings [cheese (£1.50)and chips (£2.50)]. Me and my wife both thought it's was very under whelming. The buns were dry and too thick. The fries for the extra £2.50 is a joke, both in terms of portion and taste. See pic. The grilled chicken was under cooked (pink)from the inside. I won't be returning.

I’ve been twice in the space of 1.5 weeks, bad for someone who does not eat fried food often. But it has been so long since I’ve round an all round decent chicken burger, my god this was the bomb. I had the double up standard fried chicken burger with truffle mayo chips and some chilli & teriyaki strips. The burger was spot on honestly, all round excellent. The truffle mayo chips were brill a little short on the truffle mayo but very tasty! The teriyaki strips were delicious. Guys whatever you are doing, please keep doing it and don’t loose this quality as it’s key. The graded chicken thigh they are using makes a HUGE difference in terms of taste, quality and freshness Halal certified too!
