Burger Time in Rochdale

Shocking place order a double chicken burger don’t even no what it was definitely wasn’t chicken 2 wafer bits of meat !! What a waste of money and the chips was cold and soggy avoid

Accidentally ordered to the incorrect address so I rang to cancel immediately but they still charged me. Not impressed.

Ive ordered chicken strips and theyve come in a sauce packet with 2 chicken strips in the packet like im not having a laugh here but this is outrageous

Would give 0 if I can. Used processed chicken nasty place. Spent £16 on 2 portions of processed chicken and chips WHAT THEY ADVERTISED AS LOADED FRIES and threw in the bin AVOID. COWBOYS. I think they used 1 fillet for 2 portions. Disgrace of a place. If you can’t provide what you advertise I suggest you close down

This place is horrible I called them and they kept telling me to call them later I CALLED THEM 8 TIMES and when I did they answered and ended the call when they knew it was me I really don't recommend going there with such an attitude just imagine what they would do in person SO DISRESPECTFUL GROW UP JUST SAY NO INSTEAD OF TELLING ME TO CALL AND CALL I HATE IT

The lady was incredibly polite patient and very understanding, she made me feel like a very valued customer and I personally think she deserves a raise. The food was good but the service is what makes this place special. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to eat good food

Had the German donner burger meal and the classic wrap meal both were lovely! A little late on the delivery hence the mark down on service as this was pre ordered to a time but all in all would order again

Used to be one of the best smash burgers in Rochdale but recently they have been serving me processed / standard patties instead of smashed patties. Used to be a 5/5 but now barely a 3/5 for me personally

Tried the stir fry, flavour was alright but it was dry and portion was a joke for £11. Can't vouch for the burgers, maybe that'll be better.

Me and my partner had two burger meals and was the nicest we’ve had yet and so cheap! Was only 12.50 for two meals and delivery ! Wil definitely be ordering again

First time ordering from Burger Time. This is no frills food with burgers wrapped in foil and chips in white paper bags. We had Chicken burger and Smash burger meals. The Chicken burger was flat, tasty and juicy. The Smash burger was tasty and juicy. The chips were hot, delicious and had a lot of red salt on which we asked for as we love the stuff. Cans were cold. Delivery guy was so lovely and jolly. Delivery was fast and 20 minutes early. Got our cheeky Tuesday discount too…Bonus 🤗 We will definitely order from here again.

not great ordered food order was accepted given a delivery time food never arrived. had to contact uber eats as got to an hour after food was meant to be delivered place was shut couldn’t contact anyone and no food delivered.

Absolutely best burger I have ever had banging chips too ! Shame about it being over an hour late and nearly stone cold suppose that could be Ubers fault ! Would definitely order again and maybe pick up so it's fresh

If i could give 0 stars i would. The food is terrible. Ordered on uber came late and the kids chicken burger had ketchup in it no mayo and lettuce as it was advertised. The original smash burger is too salty. Never ordering from there.

Excellent service! Thank you very much. Something was missing from my order, which wasn’t too big of a problem, however they did an amazing thing by not only refunding the money but also re-delivering the missing items as well! That really is a fantastic customer service and I really appreciate it, thank you very much.

💯 🍔 Burger connoisseurs this is one for you!! I have tried this place many times now since stumbling on it on Uber eats. My opinion it’s the best smash burgers in Rochdale!! I have tried all the other establishments and believe me this place effortlessly beats them. Don’t believe me???…try their collection offer of a Double Smash meal for £5.50 and you will not be disappointed!! 👍🏽 I have also tried the German Donner Smash and that also was exquisite 👌🏽 The owner Ashraf always has a smile and speaking to him, he knows his food. Please keep up the good food 👊🏾

Banging food love the double smash burger come with caramelised onion as standard and only £5.50? if your In town and you feeling a burger I would recommend 👍🏾
