The food was amazing, the service even better. I had ordered with them through Deliveroo and experienced some delivery issues which they worked on my behalf to solve and get me a refund. The best service I have received because restaurants don’t usually care about this sort of stuff. 10/10 honestly, will 100% come back.

ordered many times before but this time the chips and burgers were not fresh old chips were given, and were cold shame because food is usually nice.

The delivery time kept adding on constantly changing I ordered the three lemon pepper wings that just tasted salty signature fries and beef burger combo deal was cold I’m a regular customer I can reheat a meal but having extra extra salt on wings destroys the meal hence the review and I don’t have to reheat a meal I paid to have it edible

Food was cold and delivery later then stated and kept being pushed back, initial delivery time quoted on just eat was clearly not realistic possibly due to low driver availability but I assume the food was made upon receipt of order.

Slightly American style restaurant with a good atmosphere and good food. Service is fast even when busy.

Update: 26.11.24 Reluctantly agreed to visit this establishment once more with my family. Past few visits have left me feeling a little underwhelmed with the poor service, quality of food, taste & cost. I’m glad I did come along this evening because it was a completely different experience and I’ll break it down as follows: Service - polite, friendly & professional. Staff member actually brought us the food and drinks to our table. Previously, we had to go and collect it all. Food - everything arrived fairly quickly and it was all still hot. The fries were still hot and crispy and properly cooked. The food had so much flavour including the sauces. Atmosphere - No real change in terms of decor, fixtures & fittings. Not needed to be honest. Pricing - Still very much the same but having had tonight’s meals, I don’t feel like I’ve been robbed because the food and service was good. On leaving I learnt there had been a change in management and staff. This certainly explains the service and food. I hope the new management see this review and work towards keeping the service and food as good as it was today. Will definitely return! —————— Previous Reviews Below—————— Have driven past this place a number of times since they opened and keep saying to myself, I must try it out. Decided to take my wife and kids there for a late afternoon meal today. Overall the place looked clean, neat and tidy. Seating area was very well spaced out unlike a lot of places out there where your elbow is knocking against someone on another table. It was close to empty at the time of our visit, which was understandable. Menu is isn’t extensive and the pricing structure could be a bit clearer. We ordered our meals & it arrived quite quickly as expected. The portion size was good and they weren’t stingy with the fries like you get in some places. Everything was fresh & hot! Couple of things could be improved on… On days like today when the weather is good, maybe leave the drinks in fridge and bring them out when the order is ready. The drinks were brought out and left on the counter several minutes before food arrived. Also, that all important ‘service with a smile’ is lacking. To be clear, the staff weren’t rude or impolite. Sadly, I’m finding very few establishments offer a friendly service these days… Update: 02.07.24 Visited this establishment a couple of days ago during lunchtime. Wife and I were driving past and seemed like a convenient place to grab a quick bite to eat. It wasn’t very busy inside at the time but the wait time for 2 burger meals was quite long in my opinion. I put this down to priority possibly being given to online orders. Service was lacking, same as previous visit. Sadly, the food failed to deliver! The fries hadn’t been cooked long enough and had that limp, soggy feel to them as well as that uncooked taste and texture. The burgers were cold. £15 for two burger meals spent felt like a huge waste of hard earned money. Will definitely avoid this place from now on.

Best burgers in West Bromwich, cooked fresh for you, not fast food under a warmer but freshly prepared and served by a decent crew, big shout out to hamid who always looks after you

First time ordering from here and I received my order on time maybe even earlier, however the food was not as warm as I would have liked it to be because the fries were already cold after just opening the bag, besides that it was really good I loved the smokey BBQ wings and the burger, the only thing to be said about the burger is that the buns are a bit too thick and if you add an extra meat patty it would definitely be good.

I recently visited Burger and Sauce, hoping for a delicious meal, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. After eagerly opening my signature fries, I was shocked to find a hair nestled between the layers of the fries and the sauce. It was not only off-putting but completely unacceptable for a restaurant that prides itself on quality. I immediately lost my appetite, and while mistakes happen, such a basic hygiene issue is hard to overlook. While the menu looked promising and the sauce itself was flavorful, this kind of oversight is a deal-breaker. Cleanliness and food safety should be the top priority for any dining establishment, and unfortunately, Burger and Sauce fell short in that department. I hope they take this as a serious wake-up call and improve their hygiene standards. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

We order from here regularly, however recently, the prices have gone up and our signature fries were clearly reheated with the plastic lid on top which had warped over the food potentially causing micro-plastic contamination. The fries were not fresh. We have had to reheat the burgers the last few times aswel as they also arrived cold. Won't be ordering again.

Come here all all the away from walsall very disappointed service by the manager Food is fine but the atmosphere is not good very rude manager never face a manager like this before. He needs to learn how to deal with clients.

Burger and sauce, well definitely worth getting a takeaway away from. I would recommend this place over smash burger. I've had it a few times recently and cannot complain at all. My favourite burger is the Angus one with the chilli mayo sauce and then the animal fries that's a good combo. I'm very cautious with where I order from when I have a take away but this place is good. The only thing I have with burger and sauce is its morish. I will be back but not just yet.

I LOVE BURGER AND SAUCE. Ever since they have opened their shops in Birmingham, I have honestly been in love, and this branch is no different. Their chicken burger nugget is SO crispy and juicy, the burger as whole is just so nice. And don't even get me started with the Signature Fries 🤩🤩 Plus the atmosphere is very cozy, although in this instance I had taken food home.

I order from burger and sauce so much we love it. but for the 1st time I had signature fries missing. order kept saying 2 mins away then 6 mins away. I would order again because this has never happened b4! but I'm disappointed and I pay alot just 4 little food 2 b missing and kind of cold when I have my little nieces having a sleep over.

Second time ordering from this particular branch, 1st time got my order wrong, went back and they rectified it no problem, 2nd time I was 100% clear with my order, told the chef my order to ensure it was right this time, the server read my receipt out to me and confirmed, got home and the order was completely wrong. 3 out of 4 orders were wrong. I called the store and the person that answered said he read the receipt out to me before I left the store and there wasn’t a problem, I explained that the receipt was correct but the order IN the bag was wrong, he kept repeating this like I was stupid. I’ll never go to this branch again, the person front of house needs retraining and the chef needs to learn how to read an order and fulfil it correctly, also all of the chicken was so salty we had to bin most of the order. Do not recommend at all.

Folks admittedly I do not venture into new eateries often. In fact I was encouraged by my daughter to try this new place. I did try it and the food was really good and the service spot on. I eat here at least once every couple of weeks and if I have any problems or concerns the manager deals with it. Just to evidence that, I visited recently and forks were turned upwards meaning that when a customer wanted a fork the staff's hands would be all over the fork, when they pick it up to give to a customer. I raised this concern with the manager and last week when I went into the store, the forks were now correctly placed downwards in the container, so nobody's hands need to be touching the utensils unnecessarily. I pay keen attention to details when it comes to food and if I am not happy they will know. Right now I am one very happy customer. You will be happy also when you order their food. I would like to encourage them to keep their food standards high because this will bring me and others like me back to your business.

Really good but missed our can of pop!

I placed a scheduled order only for it to be delayed twice, my food then arrived with items missing. I am a regular customer and I can appreciate this time of day is usually busy but for only half my food to arrive is ridiculous. The staff member and manager had then asked me to make a choice of either coming down to the shop to collect the rest of my food or to place an order for a “dip” on Uber and spend more money for me to get the rest of my food. Honestly todays service was horrible!
