I've eaten at serval burger and sauce and I've got to say this branches food is disappointing very poor the fish burger was like a cheap piece of fish

Never arrive, driver stole my food

I called the restaurant after I made my order to explain to them the quality I receive inside regarding the wings are close to perfect, seasoned well, size of wings and overall cooked right. So I explained this on the phone straight away after completing my order. I explained everytime I order for deliver the quality in effort for each wing is extremely poor, I ordered 3 portions of SEASONED WINGS for them to arrive unseasoned. I am poorly only reason I have ordered delivery for the last time.

Real meaty, delicious burgers and a nice diverse menu. It was also super clean, staff were friendly and service was fast and attentive.

I’m so shocked at the whole situation. I placed an order at 11:25. At 12:05, I called the restaurant as I could see the estimated time kept changing. The guy over the phone said the driver left 30 mins ago. He goes I’ll call him. I waited for an update and got nothing. I called and called yet nothing again! 30 mins later, the app updated saying the driver is on his way. 1 and half hours later, I got my food and it was cold! The whole situation was a mess. First and last time ordering !

Food was delivered on time and hot. The beef burger combo meal was nice but the burger was very basic.

Food was excellent, staff were super friendly particularly Shoaib and Ali and the restaurant was very clean. Thank you for a great experience.

food was great chicken strips was cooked perfectly and they proper chicken breast and burger was nice and fresh only thing loosed it down was the fries they needed to be cooked abit long wasn't crispy and abit sloppy but over all I enjoyed the meal

I have been in many many places but here the Angus steak burger is by far the best one !!! And defo the animal nachos are something amazing. Very cheap reported to food quality and taste. Keep up the amazing work !!

Good timing with order however. The fiery hot wings was bitter, “Atlantic cod sticks” (fried fish fingers) were almost burnt. Won’t be ordering again.

Food was ok but not worth the money

Burgers were VERY nice, everything else was lacking. If there wasnt a 40% discount today i would have been annoyed. Fries are very skinny and wet, deserts are nice but overpriced for a bit of spinge and cream.

Ordered food at 5:15pm for it to arrive at 6:30. The food did not arrive until after 8pm and not even an apology!! The food was okay but the beefburger that I ordered didn't even come with lettuce even though it was added within my order! Genuinely not impressed with the service of Burger & Sauce.

This place sells the best fried chicken burger in West Bromwich, their sauces and loaded chicken fries are superb, plus it's budget friendly. Would definitely recommend it, and the service by Husain Tapia was spot on 👍🏼

Absolutely disappointing have come here in the past with family and food was good. Have come in today and food and customer service was appalling waited for 3 portions of fries for over 20 mins, however they were drowned in salt and could not be finished at all. Once mentioned to the staff all they could do was apologise. Hearing workers arguing and quarrelling over petty things. If possible i'd give minus stars.

The food was amazing, the service even better. I had ordered with them through Deliveroo and experienced some delivery issues which they worked on my behalf to solve and get me a refund. The best service I have received because restaurants don’t usually care about this sort of stuff. 10/10 honestly, will 100% come back.

ordered many times before but this time the chips and burgers were not fresh old chips were given, and were cold shame because food is usually nice.

The delivery time kept adding on constantly changing I ordered the three lemon pepper wings that just tasted salty signature fries and beef burger combo deal was cold I’m a regular customer I can reheat a meal but having extra extra salt on wings destroys the meal hence the review and I don’t have to reheat a meal I paid to have it edible
