driver said to shop he was ringing my bell and knocking the door. so left it outsode (with no passcode) i do not have a doorbell. so we didn't receive the items and the store said there wad nothing they could do. I couldnt gibe them NO STARS so had to give 1

Used just eat in January had issues , i havent used it since, today i wasn't feelin to well so i decided to order in, when i placed the order it said expected within 20-30 mins. It took 1.5 hrs and when it finally arrived it wasnt even hot. Last Time

The delivery time kept changing, getting later and later! The burgers were warm and beautiful but the chips were too cold to eat.

Okay, so my nephews have been banging on about this place to me for months, but I decided to Try out selly oak branch today it been the best food choice I've ever made, the server was outstanding, informative, and then the atmosphere was sublime, clean, bright and the alinformayive art was unique and clean loved it now onto the food, best burger uv had in a very long time and the special fries I could eat everyday no lie, what an amazing place with out of this world food, im going back tomorrow. Hands down one of, the if not the best burgers iv ever eaten. Just go there and see the greatness taste greatness, experience the greatness yourself. No theatrics. Just real talk. 10 outta 20 food joint.

Delivered an hour and 40 mins after ordering - freezing cold, can’t eat. Also ordered a combo meal, chicken wings meant to be included and aren’t in the bag! Quite embarrassing for just a burger meal.

The coldest meal I've ever had on just eat, whilst the taste once I'd microwaved it was actually quite good, however that made the salad on the burger a bit funky. the worst part about it all was slashing my thumb on a sharp staple that was holding the bag closed. wouldn't order for delivery again, but would visit store to taste a fresh one

Food never arrived. Called restaurant to hear what's going on and they brushed me off, instead of contacting their delivery person. Used to order from these guys but I won't be ordering anymore if I'm just playing russian roulette with my money.

Burger looked nothing like it did on their menu. Don’t know about Atlantic cod! More like Iceland special that came straight out of a local duck pond. The burger was cold. The nachos were very disappointing, some cold crisps with some even colder dry mincemeat slopped on top. Won’t be ordering from here again. Very poor food with even poorer presentation.

Restaurant called me told me food picked up 25 minutes before call, when food came it was another 20/25 minutes wait

The food is great and the customer service is amazing!! I ordered the atlantic cod burger and it was AMAZING. The price is very affordable too especially for the students nearby. Do drop by for some amazing food :)

Ordered delivery from Burger and Sauce and I would say it’s an absolute delight. Good quality food for fair pricing. The beef patty was so juicy and fresh. Their original sauce is bang on. The fries and wings were crispy and not soggy. What a wonderful combo meal. Plus point for the beautiful and safe packaging.

Staff friendly. Food ok. Got the recommended angus burger. Asked for fresh onions instead of carmelized, got carmelized. End of the day I would prefer Burger King or of course five guys.

Both the chicken burger and beef burger are amazing and add to that the fiery wings and its 10/10. One of the best near University.

Ordered to collect, said it was ready so went in to collect and then waited for another 25 mins, so around 40 mins in total. Angus Stack I ordered had barely any cheese on it, no sauce and beef was dry, it was just OK. Veggie burger also ordered, this was good overall. Chips were cold, probably because they was sat there waiting for ages. Wings were wrong, ordered BBQ and got Spicy, coating on the wings was just soggy, so not great. Not a great experience overall, but was just OK. They were super busy, so could be that maybe which allowed the quality to drop, needed more staff on to keep up probably! - I would say, the shop was very clean though!

I usually will have the order delivered and it's always warm, good quality and perfectly cooked. It's consistently good. I also recently went in to order a takeaway. The place is spotless and as a clean freak, even I could not fault.

burger and sauce is top quality as always there prices are correct including service charges and delivery. but be careful because just eat added extra money from no where just calculate it yourself is all I'm saying double check but yes will order again from burger and sauce best around

Was in the area and trying to find somewhere to eat. Checked out the great reviews so popped on in. Menu is neat and tidy, enough choice for a variety but not so much its hard to order. Guy on the desk was a great help talked me though the menu and recommended some great fries! Great customer services and great food, if your in the area and have £10-£20 to spend on food this is the place! Same cost as burger king or KFC but the food is 10x better

Food was disgusting and so bad I’ve tried to get a full refund due to the disgust off my food, was cold and meat didn’t taste properly and chips were soggy!

for £40 there tiny there nothink like the pictures the Angus burger looked great on the menu it wasn’t no bigger than a macdonalds hamburger of the pound menu an flavourless an one of the chips was missing well over rated for what you get

We didn’t get any sauce 🤷🏼‍♀️ we had 1 small pot to share….its called burger & sauce CUS YOU GET A BURGER BUT NO SAUCE 😡 we had to use our own sauces….cud have had 4 McDonald’s meals for the price we paid !!!!!!!!

Well, ive veen to a few burgers bars over the last 40 odd years... and burger n sauce is the best burger bar ive had so far!... consistantly good... angus burger is top draw. Customer service is 5 star which is rare these days. Try them out yiu wobt be disapppointed!
