Very expensive for what is was, I thought it was two burgers for £13 it was one! Burger buns stale, chips soggy, not nice at all especially at the price! Avoid.

My food was not delivered. It was stolen by the delivery driver

Staff are very friendly and the food is good. Nice place to sit, eat and catch up with friends.

This is definitely mine and my son's new favourite takeaway we have just discovered, had delivery last week, tastiest food, great quality so popped in to grab takeaway last night and found staff are lovely too. Signature sauce also gets 5 stars!

Food is cold! Delivery time kept being delayed ordered at 7.48 originally delivery latest was 8.15 then kept changing and being delayed clearly my order sat in the shop waiting on a delivery driver terrible service tonight even burgers cold!

Just eat order never arrived. Restaurant don't answer phone either. Avoid and use bearwood branch instead!

I really like the delicious double-decker cod burger and the student discount, which is perfect.

Absolute gem! Their saucy smashed burgers are insanely delicious and super reasonably priced. So many options and flavors to choose from. The burgers are a great size, with juicy, smashed beef patties and plenty of sauce. I had the chicken cheese fries—loaded with chicken, cheese, and jalapeños, TBH more chicken than I expected! Also tried the Angus burger, which was absolutely delicious—well-sauced, with a thick, fresh-tasting patty, not like the usual frozen ones. Definitely coming back whenever I'm in Selly Oak!

the food was decent the burgers are exceptional but the nachos were mostly sauce and the chips were good but for the price then portions a bit small but decent still

Pound for pound, better than McDonalds. Their Atlantic Cod burger is the size the fillet o' fish should be and everything is cooked fresh

Ordered my food as I didn't like the burger sauce asked for normal Mayo apparently not allowed to have normal Mayo then when gt my burger the tomato should not have been used. Usually great yummy munch today disappointed hence rhe review

Order never came. Rang them to ask why their response was “we’ve done what we have to do so we can’t help” over an hour I waited. Just ridiculous. They said they’ve stuck it on the hot plate so it’ll keep warm.. but it would have been horrible by the time it came. Sat on a hot plate for an hour then delivered. Crap customer service. No care that I was a customer trying to get help. Won’t ever order here again.

Food is good as usual, delivery wasn't too bad, but I ordered 2 meals and only received 1 drink, when I had specifically chosen 2 drinks for both the meals. Disappointed now because one of us didn't get our drink, sort of ruins the meal although the food is still good :/ For the restaurant: Please do make sure you're putting the right amount of drinks! It's important to a meal! Thank you

Told on the website there was a buy one get one free I ordered and the free one didn’t come, I contacted the food place and they said “that deal was over ages ago contact just eat”. But the “buy one get one free” offer was still on. And the food was freezing

Food is not fit for children. Everything burns in tjere mouth and food missing. When contact burger and sauce they said contact just eat for refund. Great £45 spent never again.....

Used just eat in January had issues , i havent used it since, today i wasn't feelin to well so i decided to order in, when i placed the order it said expected within 20-30 mins. It took 1.5 hrs and when it finally arrived it wasnt even hot. Last Time

The delivery time kept changing, getting later and later! The burgers were warm and beautiful but the chips were too cold to eat.

The coldest meal I've ever had on just eat, whilst the taste once I'd microwaved it was actually quite good, however that made the salad on the burger a bit funky. the worst part about it all was slashing my thumb on a sharp staple that was holding the bag closed. wouldn't order for delivery again, but would visit store to taste a fresh one

Okay, so my nephews have been banging on about this place to me for months, but I decided to Try out selly oak branch today it been the best food choice I've ever made, the server was outstanding, informative, and then the atmosphere was sublime, clean, bright and the alinformayive art was unique and clean loved it now onto the food, best burger uv had in a very long time and the special fries I could eat everyday no lie, what an amazing place with out of this world food, im going back tomorrow. Hands down one of, the if not the best burgers iv ever eaten. Just go there and see the greatness taste greatness, experience the greatness yourself. No theatrics. Just real talk. 10 outta 20 food joint.

Delivered an hour and 40 mins after ordering - freezing cold, can’t eat. Also ordered a combo meal, chicken wings meant to be included and aren’t in the bag! Quite embarrassing for just a burger meal.

Burger looked nothing like it did on their menu. Don’t know about Atlantic cod! More like Iceland special that came straight out of a local duck pond. The burger was cold. The nachos were very disappointing, some cold crisps with some even colder dry mincemeat slopped on top. Won’t be ordering from here again. Very poor food with even poorer presentation.

Restaurant called me told me food picked up 25 minutes before call, when food came it was another 20/25 minutes wait
