I’m Uber Eats delivery driver. Today at around 01:23am I went to collect an order. When I got there a guy called Mona I asked for the order he said it’s getting ready with an angry face I’ve smiled at him. I don’t know what was wrong with him. When the order got ready he asked me it’s ready he was stood in the kitchen I got to him he said to me get that bag from the counter I’ve picked it up and gave it to him he didn’t said anything like thanks after that he stapled both bags and gave it to me with a sad face. When I got out of the restaurant he called me and asked me to swipe the order I said oh sorry and then I started it. After that I saw my Uber Eats account he gave me dislike review. When I got back to the restaurant I explained that I did swiped the order and you know me I’ve been coming here for ages I don’t eat anybody’s haram. He said I spoke to Uber Eats he lied to me you can’t call me and call uber Eats in just 2 mins. I said to him you shouldn’t gave me bad review he gave me that bad looks and wouldn’t listen to me. After that I asked for the manager he’s goes I’m the manager. He’s unprofessional and I can’t believe he’s serving the customers and handing orders to the delivery drivers his service is shocking. He disrespected me and gave me bad review for no reason. He’s unprofessional, he’s a lair and a hater.

I've only ever had it delivered to home but I will makesure i make a pit stop and eat in your diner!! The classic chicken burger and cod burger are amazing! Better than any other main fast food place, trust me!! Their signature cheesy chips are insane too!! Comfort food at its best! Everyone needs to try here!! Even the presentation is neat and tidy!!, nothings chucked together! It's given time and effort!

Overpriced food for the kind of service they have. The guy in the kitchen didn’t even want to come to the counter. He was making delivery drivers and customers come to the back of the counter and the kitchen window to get their orders from him. The fridge has a label, don’t take drinks, member of staff will give them. He was making customers even grab their own drinks from behind the counter. It just felt that they were more interested in closing and we were an inconvenience to the staff.

Visited this branch of Burger & Sauce for the first time yesterday. Purchased three meals for my kids and I. Order took very long to come out. I requested no spring onions on fries and received spring onion on fries, and I also paid for fries with my order which were not received when I got home. Only one person on tills and she was clearly overwhelmed with customer orders and online orders. I would suggest having one person to deal with face to face customers and one for all the online orders. Chicken wings were lovely just missing my fries that I paid for but didn't recieve.

Today I placed an order at 8:27pm via just eat and now it’s 10:10pm , I still haven’t received my order. I have contacted the store thrice , they told me that they are helpless and the just eat team should send the driver, the food also is ready. So how can I have a cold burger after 1.30hrs of its preparation?????????However, at the end the shop , just eat service both are irresponsible. Spending our money to these people and it looks like we are begging to them . These people should get sacked

Just visited Burger Sauce in Bearwood, Birmingham, and tried their chicken strips, fried chicken, and the festive burger with their Signature spicy sauce. Every bite was packed with flavor! The festive burger was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place for amazing food and great vibes!
