I know my food, and have eaten in most pubs in Sandwell/West Birmingham area, and i have got to say the food here is banging!! Fish tikka was soft and delicate with very light spicing. Lamb chops were big and juicy (we ordered seconds after the first lot was demolished!) The Keema was beautiful, super juicy and full of flavour! Would defo recommend this place!

The chef gave a complete wrong curry and than denied it! He never even followed my instructions! Don’t bother with them!!! Only good thing was delivery!

Good food and friendly staff , The only downside is the whole pub is freezing cold There is never any heating on so it’s not very comfortable to be eating or drinking when you’re freezing cold There is no excuse when the pub is full and they are talkings over the bar are good .

I would say the curry is the best for miles around.. whether you choose naan bread, which is crisp and lush to bite into or the perfectly cooked basmati rice.. it’s a hidden gem and you should treat yourself. But!! I’m going to take a couple of stars off, as, temperature inside,it’s freezing in here when I go in on some visits, if you’re not sitting by the warm air vents then prepare to be cold. Also even though the food and service very good, beer not chilled to correct temperature, the cold water chill lines need looking at. So get the place consistently warm in winter and sort out the beer please.. As well as the best food, I would say probably the best bar team you will find for miles around. Very organised and competent.. you won’t be kept waiting long, your order will be correct.. they have a great team, which will make your visit more enjoyable.

First time I leave one star, food was not fully cooked and biriani smell not nice. Chilli Chicken was very sweet, noodle too salty. Garlic naan smell like butter on it was very old. First time we are really not happy with food.

Food was lovely apart from, this is the second time we have not had any salad with our starter.

Very delicious food point and a good place for enjoying your evening. Chilled drinks with a great hospitality is plus point.

Always excellent food and service, have been many times now. Excellent value for money and really tasty food. The meat is good quality and always cooked and prepared well. Can be a bit noisy as it is an open plan room, but generally the atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. Great options being a fusion style grill and I recommend trying some if the Nepalese style dishes.

Honestly, the food is good. Very good and average priced. To improve the experience though, the owners should think about separating the bar and restaurant areas. The restaurant staff were lovely and the service was great.

Was baffled as the fish pakora had potato inside and tasted abit starchy instead of crispy , however the soya veg curry was delicious

very quick delivery, missing a whole NAAN which isn't a joke at £3.95 and when you ring up they just offer it free next time or come and collect it, when you make a mistake you put things right and this wasn't good enough, the NAAN we did get wasn't all that good so we declined. Curry was nice although a bit too much chilli in the sauce overbearing the lovely chicken chunks

the food is generally good from here when eating in. first time having a delivery and it was ok. however the mix noodles were mostly vegetables and hardly anything else and VERY VERY spicy!

This is a really nice place to grab good quality food. We tried, a large veg platter, dal makhani, paneer makani and roti. With complementary papadoms and dips. Paneer makani was very sweet so I didn’t enjoy as much. Dal Makani is really good. Roti is really nice too. Veg platter is good too but, paneer tikka in the platter is really disappointing. Momos are disappointing too, doesn’t have the authentic taste.

Lovely grill and Nepalese food. Soya tikka tatsed fab. Noodles were proper indo- chinese. Will return back.

Driver phoned me from wrong address location I corrected them saying they are at the wrong road when he arrived one hour later he couldn't speak and English and had a translator guy with him who spoke broken english in the car talking for him. None of them had any proper explanation and I couldn't actually converse in anyway as they just didn't understand

The delivery driver stole my food, not the restaurant's fault but passed the book and told me it was closed now so I couldn't even get a replacement order,not happy would be an understatement

Despite having a broken leg, the blonde server at the bar displayed unparalleled customer service. She not only took all my orders but also went out of her way to assist me to the table, opened doors, and accommodated my situation with empathy. Her exceptional kindness during my visit made it a truly memorable and comfortable experience.

We had have jhol momo, chicken choila, Chicken curry (madras), Rice and Naan. Flavour and taste was absolutely fantastic. One of the best tasting food I ever had in Birmingham. I will definitely visit again and again.

I did not receive my order, when I rang they said the delivery was picked up and then they could not help me. As it was ordered from just eat. I contacted just eat and I have complained, I never received my order, I am awaiting a refund

I've eaten curry all over the UK and this was like no other. Both the masala and the korma were frankly just weird. The masala tasted like tomato and capers. The korma just tasted like supermarket spices. Neither had any coconut taste to them. The korma was passable but the masala was downright unpleasant. The garlic and coriander rice had a strange smell to it but tasted ok. The gutting thing was the onion bhajis were the best I've ever had but unfortunately I won't be ordering from here to have them again

Balti was amazing. Naans was very disappointing also the biryani didn't come with the sauce so mrs wasnt happy.

korma way too spicy not an ounce of sweetness, i cant taste any coconut, also the butter chicken also too spicy, and i like spice but that's way too much, no care at all when making the ''sweet'' part of the menu

the masala chip taste like egg not nice and the curry taste like its out a jar from Iceland will not be ordering for there again

First time we have ordered from this venue and it probably won't be the last - nice and spicy, just the way I like it.

Best curry I have had in a while, arrived hot, and tasted amazing. The delivery driver was pleasant, not like some. Definitely look forward to ordering from there again soon.

Food was good and delivery was pretty fast but when the food arrived all the containers had been broke and food was at the bottom of the paper bag. Did try to call but phone was engaged

Jhol momo and its jhol was yummy, as like nepali style. We also tried biryani which was ok but i literally loved the MoMo and its jhol. Will be back again for the momo. Second time we were back for momo and tried chilly momo which taste was too good, Momo of this place won't disappoint. 2nd we tried oniom bhaji and chicken tikka that was also tasty, taste of onion bhaji was the same of Nepal which i loved. The only thing disappointed me was bhutan, it was like just boiled bhutan and some onions on it with no taste. I heard that bhutan of this place is wow so for this i would like to try it again on next time when i visit to this place and hope it taste same as i heard.

Bar far the best curry around this area. The place is spotless as staff are always cleaning. The bloke who runs the place is really welcoming when we go and collect. Definitely recommend

Very delicious food, quick service, good options for takeaway. I loved the Salmon Tikka, the others from the group really enjoyed the mix grill. Highly recommended. The only problem is the parking. There is not so much choice to park around.

Lovely Locals pub, recently refurbished. Food looked and Smelt very good although i didn't eat there.

Food and quality is great. My only issue is the size of the momos and how much chutney you get! 😅Also had a delivery and ordered Veg Jhol Momo but got a Chicken Jhol Momo…was still good..but this could cause issues in the future if not taken care of. Still recommend though!

The chicken tikka masala curry tasted like tomato soup literally the texture and the thickness, I couldn’t taste any spices in it and I have called the restaurant, the restaurant confirmed they use tomatoes in it yeah a can of tomatoes soup and probably thought they add spices to it to hide the fact they use can tomatoes soup and it didn’t work there was no spices came through that masala/tomato soup
