Asked to order at the counter. No interest from the grumpy overseas bloke serving me. The price appeared and it seemed stupidly cheap so I asked if it included the drink. It didn't so I asked for tea. It still seemed cheap, but as I rarely go to fast food outlets I used my card, went to a seat and found just chips, but no chicken! I went back to ask it to he altered. No chance!! First he tried to charge me for the meal desk again, then offered it as chicken only which would still make my purchase over £12 for an £8 something deal. I didn't buy and dumped the chips at the counter. I dare say taking this further will get me nowhere. Avoid, unless starving kr go to a chipshop or cafe in Praed St

Burger King obviously doesn't train its staff in equal opportunities. I explained that I am dyslexic and could use the ordering machines. The lazy member of staff clearly didn't understand and just kept pointing at the machine. Not good enough Burger King. Get a grip!

Tried to order via the touch screens but kept refusing order and saying go to desk but no one at desk as very busy , gave up as train due to depart

Staff was fine but place has really gone downhill. Needs a revamp and more staff. Every customer was told to wait 5 minutes?? The lady was making one item at a time and heating it in the microwave. I wouldn't order there again. Very disappointed and appalled by the standard of the fast food chain.

Shocking terrible food! I specifically asked for a fresh burger as I had time, and juicy. What I got was dry burger that had been sitting around and was not fresh. I was deceived by your male Asian assistant. My onion rings were cold and no onions in there. Just soggy cold breadcrumbs! I was so upset as I always have great food at BK in Reading and as we don't have one local to Maidenhead I thought I’ll have one in London and what a mistake! I was not offered a receipt and so only have my credit card transaction for £9.79 which was purchased around 8.02pm. My dinner was ruined and seek an explanation for being deceived and receiving poor quality food which I do not expect from BK And what a rip off for the privlidge!

My experience with this Burger King for the past two years has always been amazing. It’s always my first place to go when I am in London

The food and service was good (this is the reason for the 4 stars, as actually it is its main function), better than many other Burger Kings in other countries... BUT the toilet was a nightmare, and the boxes where the litter has to be taken neither were taken a long time ago. But yes, the toilet needs at least renovation. Plus be prepared to take the stairs, but ... of course this is something with the owner cannot do much more, one of the typical English houses, at least 3 floors. But if you arrive with a baby get your muscles prepared, and also if having any disability.

Is it possible to have zero stars? Avoid!!! Better to be hungry on train than have a cheeseburger (yes the bare minimum one) for 3.39 gbp and — even worse — have it be cold.

if you are desperate for something that is barely edible, overpriced and sold by an insolent counter person, this is your place to go. Otherwise keep walking and stay healthy

I asked for a burger without cheese but got cheese anyway. The burger itself was stale and dry and the staff was unpleasant. Overpriced and not worth the value.

Sale, on sort du metro, on mange avec les mains salles car les toilettes sont HS. Personnel absolument pas aimable, le restaurant est sale. Impossible de commander son dessert et de venir le chercher après! Il faut refaire la queue et repayer!

It's a Burger King. Passable burgers for when you're in a rush and don't have time for a full sit down meal.

To be fair I only grab food in here when really in a hurry and when the queues are small. They do not take coupons etc like the one at the top of the old taxiway and apart from seats by the train boards which can be cold there is nowhere to sit. More expensive than just outside the station as well.

Our most recent stay in London saw us once again accommodated in a hotel situated right next to the Paddington Railway Station. One day, after spending many, many hours involved in hectic tourist activities, all we wanted to do was grab a quick casual meal...

Burger King is yummier than other fast food and this location is convenient as it will allow travellers to have a quick bite prior train departure. The Chicken Royal is a good option. Overall recommended

Burger King estándar pero tardan los cupones a diferencia de la realidad dentro de la estación que está al otro lado de la carretera y dos minutos. Tenía un par de hamburguesas con cupones así buena oferta y mucho más barato que la mayoría de los lugares en la zona.

There was no clear labelling on the menu so I asked s member of staff. They told me that the cheeseburgers were vegan, as long as I didn't have the sauce. I asked to speak to a manager who apologised and said that they do not yet cater for vegans.

Burger King deben darse cuenta de que tener personal detrás de un mostrador no era igual que la gente que sirve. Tenían personal presente durante mi visita, ninguno de los cuales parecía interesado en atraer clientes potenciales al otro lado del mostrador.

Conveniently located right next to the Paddington station, I stopped there for a quick meal. The service was fast and my bacon burger was warm and tasty. Not a huge BK fan but this was really good.

My son age six begged us to go there again and eat so we did . Cold burger , hard buns , dopey start who gossip amongst themselves not attentive to there customers orders . A girl to given for a boy in kids meal . Fries no good . Shop looks grubby needs a clean , for example dirty tables , dirty floors , fingerprints on Windows everywhere. If the staff did more cleaning and less talking if would look half descent .. It can only be bad management allowing this .. Mc Donald's opposite is cleaner.

I visited the Paddington Station Concourse on Saturday evening at 8.30pm The main menu above the till offered 3 options for chicken nuggets; 6, 9 or 20 pieces. I was travelling to west Wales so I opted for the largest size of 20 as I hadn't eaten much all day. The staff told me they only serve 6 or 9 pieces so I asked why they were displaying the 20 piece menu option. I was told it wasn't available but I could have 2 lots of 9 pieces at the more expensive price - strange that they had 18 nuggets but not 20!! Why advertise it something you don't want to sell? I went home hungry :-(

Having "savoured" this outlet on many occasions I thought it was time to make an observation!The service last night [ wed 2030 hrs] was even worse than usual. Only one person was serving while 2 other men and a girl were fooling around in the back.A long 10 person queue had formed and I joined at the back thinking I had 20 mins. before the train arrived.After 18 mins. it was clear I would not get served and left along with several others behind me - all disgusted.Anyway I will plan to go elsewhere in the future.Its about time BK management got their act together

La qualità è quella di tutti i Burger King.Il problema è la maleducazione della ragazza che stava alla cassa: annoiata, maleducata, dai modi sgarbati. Prendeva le cose che avevamo ordinato che le arrivavano dalla cucina e le sbatteva sul vassoio con una faccia schifata!! Avrà avuto pure i suoi problemi, la stanchezza etc.. ma con i clienti non ti puoi comportare così!!!

And I'm not ashamed of it. Burger King kept me from starving on an early morning train trip to Oxford. I had breakfast in the station and took a couple of burgers on board with me. BK is my fast food of choice, at home and in England.

Ok we all know that the quality of these burgers is questionable. However, the taste is great and the service is quick and polite. I liked the variety in soft drinks and also the freedom to take as much ketchups and mustards as we like. We would definitely go there again and again and again....

Located right inside Paddington Station, but not a sit down place. Servers were friendly, but still just a typical fast food restaurant with a limited menu. Good for grabbing something quick when on the go or waiting for the next train.

It's obvious that the place is always busy courtesy to being located inside the station.I do visit the place often and have experienced different service every-time, sometimes very good but most often moderate.Sometimes i do get asked questions such as 'its gonna take atleast 5-10 mins, can you wait? if not then we wont get it done!' ... a little too enthusiastic to avoid work, i would say!!

Il locale si trova proprio all'uscita della stazione. Abbiamo preso solo un panino e una bibita ma nella zona dopo le dieci di sera le strade erano vuote e non tanto rassicuranti . Il locale sembrava già in chiusura e non ci siamo fermati troppo perchè l'altmosfera non ci è piaciuta. Insomma è stata solo una emergenza.

Como todos já sabem, quando se está poraí viajando, chega uma hora que o que você mais quer é comer algo que você já saiba o sabor. E pra isso existem as redes, multinacionais de fast food e que apesar de tudo, nos dão essa garantia. O mesmo gosto que possuimos no Brasil.

After yet another day visiting many tourist attractions in and around London we were heading back to our Paddington hotel, located right next to Paddington Railway Station. As we were totally exhausted, we thought that it would be a good move to grab some takeaway food and take it back to our hotel room, to consume it.The Paddington Railway Station main concourse is home to a number of fast-food outlets. We chose to purchase some food from the Burger King stall. The attendant was courteous and efficient and our “meal deals” were served “in next to no time” and we were quickly on our way with our food and drinks, back to our hotel room. The burgers were fresh and tasty, the fries were well-cooked and the cool drinks were refreshing. This was in stark contrast to the quality of food and drinks which we had previously purchased from another Burger King outlet in the Paddington area.The Paddington Railway Station Burger King is recommended as a good place to pick up a quick, good tasty, cheap, easy meal.

Similar a otros burger king ubicados en Londres, pero con precios un poco mas caros y con menos variedades. Especial para comer algo rápido cuando el tiempo apremia ya que ha que hacerse lugar para comer en la estación. Mejor es para llevar al tren.

Located in the Paddington Station; one of the few places open late at night which is helpful if you're arriving late. On the positive, even though late (11pm), everything was clearly made or prepared recently versus being made hours ago and sitting around.Saw personally people preparing the burgers and fries.

Si paseaste todo el día y te olvidaste que en el hostel no tenías ni para hacerte fideos, este local cierra un poco más tarde que el resto y es una buena opción y económica. Lo recomiendo.

Kind of pricey for junk food. Late at night, I needed some chips, or as an American bloke would say French fries. So despite my head saying no, my stomach said yes, feed me. Well I guess they filled me up, but my arteries might clog before I wake tomorrow, So as your conscience, I tell you don't do as I do, do as I say and stay away. Tengo una opinión bastante parecida a las que leí en Tripadvisor en relación a este local de Burger King. Es una buena opción para cenar tarde, ya que los demás locales de comida en su mayoría están cerrados y el precio es accesible. El local en cuanto a limpieza y servicio no es el mejor de la cadena, pero está relativamente bien.

Esta muy bien ubicado frente a la estación de de tren de Paddington, la comida hasta fue un poco mejor que lo esperado se nota que en cada país,si bien es la misma cadena, hay diferencias. Eso sí, tardaron mucho en darnos nuestro pedido, que era para llevr.

I have used this Burger King so many times on my way back from London; I am almost always racing for the train. I do not like the fact that fast food chains charge more at prime locations; what a shame they cannot be as uniform with price as they are with quality. Service is not what I would expect from a prime location and quality is slightly variable here. One way of assuring better quality is to order extra sauce or something to force them to cook fresh; it takes longer but well worth it in the end.

日本では数少ないバーガーキングですが、ロンドンには比較的たくさんあります。特にこのパディントン駅のバーガーキングはヒースローに行くときやヒースローから戻ってきた時にも便利に使えるお店です。営業時間も長いですよ。
