Burger King in Trafford

Delivery time kept changing and getting later and longer than original estimated time food was cold total waste of money. l have noticed the time issue is becoming a regular problem I try and pick a restaurant with a good delivery time but they just alter it afterwards so they look like they are on time on paper

Food is cold, can’t reheat as I’m pregnant

The delivery kept getting delayed, and the whole meal was freezing cold, soggy and uneatable

Ordered my food at 20 past 5 came at quarter past 7 and freezing cold and missing items whoper meal and nugets

only 1 burger turned up and it was wrong anyway so not ordering again as this is the 2nd time this has happened, ordered 3 burgers and nuggets

It was missing all the meal drinks and the icecream,not happy at all

Delivery time on ordering estimated to be 20-30minutes but in reality took over an hour.Courier took an exceptionally long and unnecessary route to my address resulting in lukewarm food.

had to re heat everything because he went into the wrong court when there are massive big signs saying where to go and he used maps it's stone cold

food was cold, not nice at all.

Food was freezing cold. The driver didnt have the food bags to help food stay warm. Cold drink was in same bag as food leaning on the food.

I had to put everything in the air fryer as the chips were stone cold and hard and the burgers were freezing

The food was absolutely stunning and the delivery driver couldn’t have been more brilliant the burger was hot and fresh and the fries were steamy and well seasoned will 100% order again

Didn't actually take notice about what time the food was supposed to arrive but it did seem to arrive quite quickly so I'm happy with that.

All the food was freezing cold. Don’t think it helped that the cold drinks were in the same bag as hot food.

sent the burger kids meal instead of a chicken nugget kids meal

Arrived llast min of time frame. Ordered 2 x double bacon burger deals. Over £32 for this. All food cold & cheese had gone back to solid,sticking the burgers firmly back to the wrappers.Burgers were like little kiddie meals.Same size as a medium sized lemon. Absolutely disgusted by this.Less the half size a normal burger. Buns were sweet,tasted of syrup and no butter,dry as dust. Never again.

it's the first time I've ever received a bad order from Burger King the burger was warm not hot the same for the fries and the chicken nuggets I hope he doesn't happen again.

the original time was 30 minutes and the time kept changing it took about an 1.30 minutes and all the food was cold

Normally great but today nearly an hour late food freezing cold W hem arrived said was ddelivered and them was wnother 16 mins Binned the lot as nuggets were hard and chips freezing

Ordered food at 450PM and didn't turn up till 7PM some cold. Horrible service, left my food to go cold for hours. Waited 2 hours for a driver to pick up so much food was just say there.

Vegan royale was very good. Vegan bean burger was equally delicious. Fries could have been fresher. yummy overall.

Delivery guy was very rude and unprofessional; doesn’t pay respect to women. Although we gave him £1 tip, he asked to come and collect order from car park. He refused to come at 1st floor and argued continuously. First time we experienced such an unprofessional behaviour from a delivery guy.

Sent fries and thats it, phone them with no answer or they tell you to just contact just eat!

I paid for the dips - but there is none in my delivery

Burger was smaller than photo shown. I asked for sauce on a plain (no cheese) burger but either didn't see or was too busy so was very dry. Other than being cold it was nice. Fries was crispy and swasoned just right Nuggets best iv tried

Always good food but they should really insist that drivers use proper delivery bags because luke warm food isn't great.

Driver sat on the wrong street even after me telling him he's on the wrong street he sat there for over 40 mins in the end I had to leave my house walk 10 mins to go find him amd collect my cold food

I’m sorry Burger King for my review but my point is valid I know how just eat works your app is flawed on customising your choices ! You add but you can’t it on the receipt see that you accept ! also people just eat drivers are not just assigned to just one venue they are independent and can be picking up from any restaurant or grocery store all at the same time !

I think this is the best Burger King I've ever been to! The staff are attentive, the food is always delicious and hot and the place is clean.

whooper was really nice but onion rings and chips very chewy like reheated sort that out id order again

I asked for double cheeseburger, it was labelled as such but when I opened it was a regular burger with salads and lettuce etc that I can’t eat.
