Burger king is always superb , way nicer than McDonald's

Order kept getting delayed and food was cold

1 was very disappointed in the standard of my delivery burger and fries.The fries were cold as was the burger.The fries were put in the oven to warm up and crisp up but the result was not good.The burger also had to be warmed up.I would most definitely never order a home delivery meal again.

Very disappointing. Delivery was 30 minutes later than told when ordering. Not the courier’s fault as I could see he was waiting in BK. Food arrived cold. Not what you’d expect for £15! Won’t be ordering from there again.

food was okay but was cold due to driver stopping at a mosque for 10 minutes before delivering my food would of be fine if he delivered before going since mosque was only 5 mins away from me

Order had sauce on food, when it stated no sauce highly allergic. Not happy.

Listen, I came to Burger King for a Whopper, but I left with a story I’ll tell at every family gathering for the rest of my life. Why? Because of Dylan. Thats right DYLAN. I was just standing there, minding my own business, when I heard someone yell, “INCOMING!” I turned around, and there he was— Dylan, the good little boy, SPRINTING toward the grill. Before I could even say, “Is this a fire drill?” he *leapt over the entire grill* like it was a puddle and he was wearing his good shoes for crews. The man didn’t just vault—he *soared*. I swear, time slowed down. The fry cooks froze. The coke machine let out a respectful whir. Even the onion rings stopped sizzling to watch. When he landed, he casually flipped a burger mid-air, caught it on a bun, and handed it to me like, “Here’s your Whopper, no big deal.” NO BIG DEAL? DYLAN, YOU JUST PARKOURED OVER A 400-DEGREE GRILL. I asked him if he does this often, and he said, “Only on Tuesdays and when the vibe is right.” THE VIBE WAS RIGHT, FOLKS. Burger King, I don’t know what you’re paying Dylan, but it’s not enough. This man deserves a crown, and his own Netflix special. Very nice.

Burger had way too much sauce. Packaging on the outside was wet almost from it all sweating through. Made the burger fall apart. Just not great

I recently visited Burger King, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The service was quick and friendly, and the staff seemed attentive. Food warm, pretty standard service. Bit of a faff with the app and bit pissed with Deliveroo drivers impatiently picking up and handling my order!!

Normal Burger King that is either understaffed or has poor management as I'm normally waiting for 15 minutes just to get a basic burger and chips. Had to add on got half of my food cold because of poor organisation between staff or the hot plate is broken. Just been served a burnt bun that was pulled out of the toaster with a filthy glove.

Extremely poor service, sent the wrong items for delivery and then when we tried to call to check if the right items were still with them they hung up the phone on us twice and then didn’t answer a third time. Honestly, it is not difficult to get the very basics right which they fail miserably at. Go to KFC next door instead and save yourself the trouble.

Awful place! Surly staff, got my order wrong three times! How hard can it be to make a burger?! Pointed out the mistakes, each time they got it wrong. Asked to my money back. Won’t be spending in there again. Sort it out, Burger King.

all the food turned up cold and wet, no thermal bag was used. The driver pulled it out of his car boot. Really disappointed, especially because it was cold, wet and late.

The staff and manager all go the extra mile, best BK I’ve visited in my 4 decades of life, only grumble is there is no milkshake machine but the friendly atmosphere created by staff and perfectly cooked and presented food far exceed this minor grumble 5stars still given

So I ordered this so that when my wife got back from hospital she'd have the thing she'd been asking for and hot (as it can be when delivered). She's 15 mins away so when she gets here the food will be cold. Pretty gutted to be honest
