Burger King in Glasgow City

I had chilli cheese bites, chicken nuggets, the BBQ steakhouse Angus, fries and Coke. All very nice and delivered on time.

I recieved the wrong order, someone elsee got mine and I got theirs.

Really enjoyed it fresh ingrediants. Better than my local BK

did not received correct order missing 2 items, delivery driver pushed food in my hand topd me to cancel order. no accountability, would not answer any questions, raised voice too me.

Food was cold and took over an hour for order placed to be delivered

Onion rings with zero onion in them and totally overcooked that they were rock solid. Nuggets were overcooked aswell.

a drink was missing and the whole order was freezing this order was not delivered as I returned it with the driver

No bad ,was nice , got it all with under about 20/25 mins

Ordered 20 items and only recieved 15, not the first time I have placed an order and not recieved all my items ordered.

The driver clearly dropped the bottles of drink and didn’t say anything.

driver couldn’t find my address. Even tho i explained in the notes that sometimes the sat nav takes you to the back of where I live. And when he eventually arrived he refused to bring my order up to my door. Food was freezing. Won’t order again,

It's really hard to park due to Starbucks customers parking in the burger king area.

Food was great - delivery time was short. Only slight issue was that there was no straws for the drinks, no salt or napkins in the bag either

Chips were great. Hot and crispy. Burger was barely lukewarm and dry. Tasted alright, but could've been better.

Arrived at 22:40 and was told they didn't have meat on grill after they took my order and my money. When asked why am I waiting 10mins for food they said they didn't prepare as they close to closing. I would seriously be concerned as owner of this store as how can staff or management close or not have food 20mins before they houkd be closing.

Chips were NOT cooked. Defrosted at most. And the chicken might as well still be walking. It was solid. Rotten

Always a pleasant experience in this Burger King, quick with serving you your order and very friendly staff in particular Aaron, couldn't have been anymore helpful.

It's Burger king, quick convenient and decent burger, salad always fresh and the burger was piping hot. The staff were polite and efficient; the place doesn't really have an atmosphere as most people were just ordering for take away

Drinks were missing from the order. Not the first time orders arrived from here with items missing. Never again.

Presume it was trafic but order left, then on the map the rider spent 25 mins around the wrong side of the Clyde tunnel. So food arrived lukewarm at best.

No one took my drive through order for almost 10 minutes, but once they finally got to me the girl was nice enough

This man in the picture was so aggressive that I hadn't even poured a cup of cola and he was already calling me names that I hadn't paid yet because I hadn't reached the cash register and I had 2 cups in one cup because I am disabled and I need the cup to be stable. I was called names and ridiculed in front of people and he even called me bad names. I don't recommend this Burger King very aggressive employee. Zero point him.

My order delivery time kept going back and was going to be 30 late over original suggested times, I tried to cancel several times but the app wouldn’t let me, I phoned the restaurant to cancel and they would t let me, I tried to phone Just eat to cancel and they wouldn’t let me. In the end I couldn’t be at the location for the delivery because I had to return to work. Terrible service from Just Eat with no easy option to cancel and order if it keeps getting delayed.

Driver was exceptional. Boyfriend worked at Burger King for 4 years and he said June the manager at Linwood would have melt down seeing the state if it. It’s at least not completely frozen

Imagine paying for something and getting something else, called up the restaurant and was told either turn around come back or nothing can be done, then was told that the food given was more expensive then the food received checked and it wasn’t so unhelpful and lying to their customers

my whole order was cold :( I haven't had Burger King in years and thought I'd treat myself but the only thing that was slightly warm was the chilli cheese bites.

14/12/24 at lunchtime: There was a server with purple hair on the drive-thru. She was incredible. Amazing customer service and friendly/festive/so fast. Love love love when people are happy at their work. Couldn't recommend more!

Wish they would stop sending delivery guys out on push bikes in -2 like weather for it to arrive freezing. Its an absolute piece of nonsense, Not happy.

Before I ordered , estimated delivery time 15-30 mins. Once I had ordered the food , delivery time was 4o mins, food arrived 20 minutes late after eventually being delivered on 60 minutes. Not good enough!

Ordered a Chicken royale cheese and bacon to go, it was delicious. The staff member who took my order was polite and considerate when taking my order would definitely order here again.

Driver got lost , phoned me , gave him address that is clearly on the order and then went to two different streets as i could clearly see on the tracking map , when he eventually turned up at the proper address the food was stone cold

driver only gave one drink instead of 2 despite ordering 2 meals

The staff are exceptional at this branch especially a lovely Irish girl whose customer service is second to none . My order is always correct and sometimes they even know my order as I drive up to the drive through . 100% guys your amazing

Delivery driver was cheeky not happy with the delivery guy

did not receive my delivery the taxi driver went to the maternity bit of hospital the driver phoned me asked me for a code on the phone I gave him it he said he be with me in 3 mins not turn up he asked me to walk to maternity bit of hospital I did not know we're that was he said I had to go to him I put on main entrance if hospital so would like my full refund back with not relieving my order driver should never have asked for 4 dodging code without giving me order

Came in pretty late to closing time but experienced the friendliest group of staff. They were so accommodating in ensuring we got exactly what we wanted, even allowing us to assemble our own burger that was taken off the menu. Each staff member put in the upmost effort to have us enjoy our meal, thank you! :)

Delivery driver went to oartuc and back when I live in cardonald totally different area of the cuty

rude delivery driver, my mistake for not calling a nearby "Burger King restaurant" but , I don't understand the fact to leave my door step to find the delivery driver myself , he talked to me by phone call having my correct address , lying to me about "he was in my location" and he wasn't there actually was two street back because I always look at "the GPS delivery" ends telling me to "get medication" well I am a former army veteran , my back are not well and I don't appreciate his words

Missing half the order, delivery driver tried to deliver to the house next door and was all stone cold when arrived

Delivery driver went the opposite direction after picking up my order and sat outside the shopping centre for 20-25 minutes. Messaged them three times asking if they were lost or needing help but got no reply. When the food finally came, it was freezing. The only reason I’ve put quality as poor is because it was freezing. I’ve ordered out of here before and not had an issue.

Decent and hot food. Added some cheese to a veggie burger I asked for with no extra charge. 5 stars

lovely place although I was a bit put out when they don't accept cash so another visit ( it's just too handy) Its more expensive than McDs but the quality is far superior and they now accept cash which is a plus 👍

can people not read orders when the send the wrong food in your order so you now need to order from else were so people can get food

Would like to give more stars because the staff were pleasant enough, machine wouldn't print out receipt for my order which would later prove to be a problem because part of my order was missing.

Everything was wrong. Not Nice be warned expensive for fast food that is not nice and wrong.

Free sauces didn't come with sharing chicken nuggets box XD But the extra sauces we bought came so no harm done 👍

the guy was on a bike in the cold and rain. shocking for how long it took for them to get here really disappointing

Entire order delivered was not ours. Argued with driver, showed him that the receipt was wrong, he refused to listen, insisted it was mine and walked away from me while I was still talking. Have submitted a refund request since everything was wrong.

Absolutely great service food is piping hot still quick delivery.
