Burger King in Cardiff

Decent enough, but there was significant leakage from the drinks machines which meant wet feet.

decided to come to cardiff for the weekend and fancied a cheeky bk. always a great pick with 10/10 service and delicious burgers. dining area was spotless. what more could you ask for

Manager Mark took to the shop floor like a duck to water. Never seen a man shift burgers with that much grace and decorum. What a gent

I was impressed by the level of service I received at Burger King. Ethan, the assistant manager, was particularly noteworthy. He was attentive, professional, and clearly cared about making sure every customer had a good experience. He handled a busy period with grace and efficiency. I hope his hard work is recognized!

The Vegan Royale was a delight very fresh and tasty. All the staff are very friendly especially Ethan.

Ethan should get at least 5 stars for his helpful service and good attitude. He helped walk me through the rewards on my app and was kind and patience with me, he’s a credit to the company, very family friendly and great food and clean facilities, will come again

Great meal in the restaurant Ethan was so helpful with helping me order off the machine and the other staff members there was great I would defo suggest going there and the atmosphere there was just 10/10 the food was excellent and delicious I would defo go back there again

Amazing, lovely people. We rocked up less than ten minutes before closing for a drive through, expecting everything to be closed. They couldn't do enough for us. Fresh cooked fries, shakes, the lot. They were also the friendliest people. Their Angus burger tastes amazing when you are starving after a gig too!

Burger King has been one of my favourites for decades. This one was the most disappointing I've ever had. I will go back and give them a second chance. However I took my daughter there as a treat, the food was all lukewarm at best, fries with stone cold. Burger buns were so cold they felt like they were fresh out of a fridge. Something was wrong with the drink mixture in the machine which made it taste like very strong chemicals. Staff was not interested in rectifying it at all. I was under the impression that Burger King food was freshly cooked to order, hence the higher price to it's competitors. Nothing about this order was Fresh I will definitely change my review if I go back and things have improved. Maybe they were having an off day.

Ordered through the app but was unable to collect as they were out of stock of beef. Tried to get a refund through the website but was unable to however, Cassidy that works in the store was able to resolve the issue. Would recommend this store.

The food was what you'd expect from burger king. I loved my whopper. But the place wasn't that clean and there didn't seem to be enough staff. However we asked for extra pickle and they delivered.

Not the best of experience visiting this Burger King. Staff are extremely rude and lack hygiene. The lad that took my order had the worst bless of Bio I’ve ever smelt in my life it was turning me sick. The food was okay, the portions are extremely good money for value but not the best for temperature as the fries were cold. Wouldn’t go back.

Empty resturant, plenty of cars in drive through, Was given two empty cups to dispense my own drinks, After pouring looked for lids and straws unable to find them, Asked at counter, "Here's straws lids are only for takeaway" despite having a recycle point for lids specifically in store, Unimpressed, and pretty sure it's more expensive than a standard burger king prices, won't be returning

I love this burger king, there is always plenty of parking, they are quick and you know the food is always soo fresh. The staff are really helpful and i always get a warm welcome. Cassidy is always so cheerful, he's the guy who does the drive through. 10 out of ten burger king, keep doing what you do!

Clean, colourful, fast service. Little more expensive than Macdonalds, cheaper than Five guys. Nice food, however burgers could be warmer. Little stingy on the dips and sauces.

Cheap, cheerful and delicious. The food is always great, and the staff are always so lovely and helpful. As Burger Kings go this is one of the better ones in terms of the food and cleanliness but it's really really expensive.

Love this BK, it’s always clean and the staff are lovely, Cassiddy and Ethan are particularly attentive managers and I frequently come back as I live nearby — being outside the city centre also has the benefit of it being less packed and noisy compared to city centre fast food places (unless there’s a hockey match on around the corner). There is also plenty of available parking, but drive through is always pretty fast (it's nearly always pretty quick to get food inside or through drive through). What more can you say? Quick, tasty, and always good quality.

My recent visit to Burger King was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding management team, Mark and Bethan. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. The service was efficient, and the food quality exceeded expectations. The seamless coordination between Mark and Bethan reflected in the overall positive experience. Lovely welcome from Cassidy the shift Manager. He was a breath of fresh air with his welcome to the normal fast food places. We travel miles to come to this Burger King The food was well cooked The service was excellent and the dining area very clean

I usually visit this place after Devils games. Even though the drive through line is extremely busy, they are super fast and the food is always correct / hot. Always my go to! However, I went and sat inside for the first time this week and took the kids as a treat. Inside was super clean and tidy. Service was lovely and food was great as always. Ethan in particular made the kids day with his friendly attitude. Very appreciative after a long day! Would definitely recommend this place if you need a quick bite to eat. I am more inclined to sit inside now too.
