Burger King in Ballymena

Horrible place and worse staff. The man who served me first took a coupon for my £1 chilli cheese bites I then tried to use a code for a £3 whopper Wednesday deal and he just pointed at a sign that read that I could only redeem 1 code per order so I asked could he put a separate order and I can buy the whopper and he pointed to the sign again and walked off into the back. Very rude and I will not be going back. Why do an offer if you’re not allowed to use it? Ridiculous man

Hi I am putting a review in I was in burger king fairhill yesterday and one of the employees told me one of your cooks had a cold and was cooking with this cold after I got home me and my partner felt ill and have came down with a cold and vomiting all night its to inform use that I find the higuine was very poor at the time

Ordered of uber. Absolutely disgusting 🫣 Arrived almost an hour food completely cold, burger inedible and missed half the order. Avoid must be the worst in the town.

Got whopper meal today 24/04/24 Food was freezing ,had to re heat in microwave chips where then soggy , burger was bland ,won't be ordering again

They got my order wrong and when I got back half an hour after ( it was take away) the manager(old blond hair woman) was shouting and yelling at her staff at the front counter in front of everybody. When asked to replace the wrong burgers she replied that is not her fault I did not checked my food before leaving and refused. After waiting for about half an hour to be served and only asking to replace the burgers they got wrong she should have been more polite as a manager. Absolutely disgraceful, I am amazed what people do for money... Bad experience, never again!!

The sandwich was fresh and warm, the fries hot

Got order wrong and then it seemed a hassle when I asked for it to be changed, not even a 'sorry'. Soft drinks were served warm instead of cold. Over priced and minimal in comparison to McDonalds.

Love this place, the food from here is always good and I’ve never had a long wait. I just wish there was a way to tip the place when ordering delivery from here

Abosulatly disgracefully the got the order wrong and I found a hair in my burger

The wee server behind the til was excellent (I believe her name was Angel), very polite and got our order just right. Unfortunately the guy behind her cooking the burgers got the order wrong and was extremely rude to her blaming her for his mistake really hoping he wasnt her superior as his attitude was appalling. She apologised for the wait even tho it was obviously not her fault. Will be back again but only because she was so nice to us.

Don't eat this food very often but last time I did it was very enjoyable, tasty and a generous helping. No doubt I will be enjoying it again.

Always my go to place when im out and about. Nice staff with pleasant manners.

We enjoy eating here as there's always a nice friendly atmosphere, the food is good & its handy & near the Shops.

My burger came with no mayo but other than that it was brilliant

Staff not pleasant. Burger looked a mess and fries were luke warm as was burger. I ordered a double cheese burger with no relish. Came smothered in it. When I took it back no apology given. It may be a fast food outlet but that's no reason for bad customer service.

Ordered burger. Took one bite and it was stone cold. Took it back and got full refund no quibbles.

Good Burger King. Clean, hygienic plenty of seating. Food is always good.

Hard to beat a burger king! Facilities were clean, service was good and the food was exactly as hoped.

Burgers baps were soggy. Chips are just terrible. Looks run down.

Sitting in is good drive through be sure to check your orders before you leave

No icescream machines working in any store this needs to be fixed and give me my icescream and chips

Not very good food is cold most of the time or sits in the shoot for so long its hard this happens quite a lot

Could ha e ran quicker with the food but quality was as you would expect
