Should have a card machine in this day and age

Pizza was very nice, service was good. However I'm marking it down 1 star due to being charged 1.80 for a garlic mayo dip which was extortionate.

Amazing. Had a burger a few weeks ago (I know, I know, why was I at a pizza place for a burger, but it was the only place in the village still open). I had low expectations but it was amazing! Beautiful bun, proper cheese, lovely burger and tasty pineapple. My favourite burger used to be Papa's but this was better. I thought it was maybe a one off and was slightly wary when I went back on Thursday night, but amazingly, it was even better! I did have a bit of a wait, but I was reading a good book and it was 100% worth it!

Ordered 2 pizzas and chips with dips; initially charged £10-12 over and above the correct price; had to ring back and correct them on the price; was then told delivery would take 30-40 mins by girl on the phone; 90-95 mins later I had to call again about the order when it hadn’t arrived - was told by delivery man when it arrived that the order had been ‘missed’ - when we opened the order discovered that the dips were missing - delivery man arrived with dips 20-25 mins later after everyone had finished their meal. I then called the owner and whilst he apologised and acknowledged we have been weekly customers for years, said he could credit us for the dips!!! Even in the face of completely messing everything up. In addition to this they no longer accept card payments much to the annoyance of many customers. Pity as food generally good but absolutely shocking customer service by any standard.

Great variety of choice. I'd recommend trying the tikka mixed kebab on chips with house sauce it's amazing!!

Got 2 - 10" pizza and goujons. Very tasty will be back for sure. Great to have a pizza place nearby. Keep up the good work. 20-12-22

Absolutely gorgeous food, got a pizza & chips and lamb kebab. It was delivered very quickly and the the was nice and hot, highly recommend this eating place. Very clean and friendly staff.

Got chicken kebabs in pitta bread. Tasted like the chicken had sat all night in the oven. It was that dried up the knife wouldn't even cut through it. Went in the bin. Really disappointed as I have always bought from here. This is the worst I've had. Put the girls back on the pans again.

Decent value for money. Staff, always pleasant, friendliest around.

Absolutely fabulous food, and the delivery is very quick, the food was nice and warm but most of all delicious.

Customer service was very good. Big up Adele. We ordered a 10 inch meat feast pizza and I have to say it was nice. It was no dominoes 😂 but as far portglenone is concerned, it’s the best takeaway I’ve had from there.

Ordered a large pepperoni got a 10 inch and it about 5mm thick

They were open but they would not answer. They were avoiding customer service. I had tried for 20 minutes and they wouldn’t answer

Couldn't get a pizza because they take half an hour to make and they had 1 pizza order in place, open till 12 and it was 11:20 🤷‍♂️ Chips are cheap frozen chips, burger wasn't bad to be fair. Staff just wanted to get away by the looks of it
