The pizzas are top notch, really good quality ingredients. The 1 star I'm taking off is because they delivered the wrong drink. They offer free delivery when you spend over £15 which was great.

One of the nicest pizzas I’ve ever had, went for chicken and meat balls with peppers, onion, sweetcorn and jalapeños on a spicy tomato base. Also had some chicken strips, very good. Staff were extremely catering and friendly too.

Soooo greasy. Base was totally soggy. One of the pizzas was missing a topping that I'd paid extra for. Never again.

Pizza was good but lasagna was a frozen one and for 8.99 it’s a rip off The fries weren’t cooked properly so half of them were really hard We went at tea time and we were the only customers and service was very poor

Ordered online arrived still hot and fresh wings and chicken strips were seasoned well and delicious but the pizza was the star of the show got the fireaway special double mozzarella and buffalo cheese. Could not recommend it higher and will tell friends about it. Cant wait to order again 💙

Do not order from this place! As you can see from the other reviews, the food comes extremely late. After waiting for almost two hours, we decided to get a refund. Eventually, the food came, but lucky we did refund because we received the complete wrong items. I don’t know whos running this place but you need to do better.

ordered a build your own pizza which said buy one get one free on all items but only sent one pizza ....when I rang they refused to honor the deal and never sent my dips either

In for lunch, after 40 minutes still nothing money refunded, inexperienced and untrained staff, good luck running a business in a very competitive market. Also phone number doesn't work.

It was OK pizza was average, nearly £7 for wedges completely poor value for money.

if you are getting a delivery i would avoid at all costs, ordered around 7pm with an estimated delivery time of 7.50, after about 30 minutes the delivery time had updated to 8:45 this was no problem even though it was a longer wait than anticipated. at just after 9 i phoned to be told he was looking at my order and it was about to be sent out. after a further 45 minutes i phoned again to be told that they were waiting on another order to send mine out along with as they were going to similar areas but i was informed it would be on its way very shortly. at around 10:15 three hours after my order i call again at this point to just cancel it to be told they can’t do anything for me at all as it has just been put in the car and sent off, during this phone call i was also told it was made fresh but how can that be if at 9pm they were looking at it and waiting on the driver. no refund and no compensation for my extensive wait. horrible experience and the staff were no help. (food was cold when it arrived, no surprise)

Ordered at 7.50 on a Wednesday- phoned at 9.30 to ask if it was still coming - 10pm and still nothing snd now they won’t answer, don’t see it arriving at all and will have to try and get a refund through just eat, nice pizzas but kind of russian roulette if you’re getting it or not… ordered from somewhere else in the end

Nice food but I don’t recommend ordering for delivery as you might never get it - then have to get a refund! Not sure why the staff lie either, ordered at 7.50 - rang at 9.30 was told it was out on delivery (obviously a lie as I waited until 10.30 and still nothing) finally got through on the phone to get a refund, ordered from somewhere else and got my order within 20 mins

Phone line does not work been trying call in for days now still not working how can we order or call up if are food is wrong

was 45 minutes late. absolute joke! don't know how on earth that is even possible!! but even more so when the order was pre ordered & requested delivery for 4.20!! how can you be that late!! not acceptable. terrible service. and their phone number isn't working to try to contact them!! again terrible service! a joke! also didn't pay attention to my order notes. when it finally did arrive the pizza was good, but I am definitely put off ever ordering again despite that given the terrible service!!

If they would keep a stock of gluten free pizza bases it would be great, they just never have them in stock

Great food - delivery was slower than expected, however I called Fireaway and they were very helpful. Delivery driver was great too.

Order was wrong and missing items they did send out the corrected and missing items but nearly an hour between both not ideal I will visit again as it’s always been good before

When placing the order(2015) we were obviously hungry ……… having to wait a hour for delivery we thought this would be ok ……. Watching the tracker progress to its on its way was amazing as hunger was taking a real hold on us now…….. but then much to our surprise the tracker moved to enjoy your pizza at the end of the target delivery time, we got very depressed at this stage as hungry was hitting us harder now (1hr 30 mins later) so we started to google where we could find a monkey even if it was scabby to help with our hungry issues, feeling light headed I phoned the restaurant to get an update on progress i was reassured the order was on its way and it would be with us soon, I believe it arrived around 2200 (1hr 45 mins) after ordering it.

Got the king pepperoni calzone, easily without s doubt the best calzone I've had in my life, 10/10 will order again

Didn't receive my order on time, when I rang about it it was only just going in the oven, said it would be at least another 20mins past an already 10 min late delivery (if it even comes in that time.

Disgusting pizza was cremated more than burnt. Chocolate for the strawberries was like water.

My kids are big fans of pizza and normally it's quite costly to get them their favourite pizzas but just called in by chance to try this place and it's now one of their absolute favourites as the pizza is well cooked with fresh ingredients and lots of choice and the staff are friendly and helpful and the portions are very good and even when we have eaten in we have had to get a doggy box and take food home.

Never a disappointment with an order. Only criticism so far is not enough chocolate on the nutella pizza!

Food was over 20 mins late, marked as delivered on the app. Rang and first of all said they didn’t have my order, then they did, but it would be another 20 mins, so then said no cancel it, then all of a sudden it was on route. Never spoke to a cheekier shop worker in my life

Food was left waiting for us as we were staying in Galgorm in a Shepherds Hut. We had to ring the restaurant over an hour later to see where it was! Luckily we had a microwave to heat it up! Would love if messages could be sent via Just Eat alerting us to where our order was. Food was grand once heated and would’ve been much nicer if we received it when it was hot. This was at no fault to the restaurant.

Lovely pizza, good flavours Must say I will give them more tries as I loved the wings with different toppings too. Milkshakes are awesome and so thick with full of flavour. I went during a quiet time and found the staff to be very friendly.
