Order accepted, money taken but later they phoned to advise they wouldn’t be honouring the order as the roads aren’t gritted… the roads have defrosted, the ice is away, they clearly couldn’t be bothered! Now to wait for the refund.

Waited an 1 hour and a half for dinner just for it to be cancelled

Food is nice but terrible when asking for order and getting wrong food ordered rice and curry with 2 chicken balls and 2 spring rolls and gave me 4 spring rolls so stupid this has happened before

Honestly I'm such a food snob but have nothing bad to say about this Chinese, they even cook perfect steak in the Cantonese sauce and I never liked black bean before trying mirador...only Chinese to have never a bad experience 😋 well worth the delivery charge , rather spend couple extra quid on quality food 😋

Spent over £30 on an order there was hair in the food really disappointed had to put the food in the bin waste of money.

We really enjoy the food from this Chinese but every time we order no matter the day or time, the delivery time is pathetic. Placed an order at 6:25pm with an expected delivery ‘by 7:20’. It’s now 8:20 and the app hasn’t updated the waiting time. I rang the shop and as always, the girl said it’ll be with us shortly it’s probably taking longer with the fog. I understand that, but an hour? 2+ hours for a Chinese is just silly. If you can’t meet customer demand, maybe don’t offer a delivery service or at least give a realistic time frame? No apology as usual from the girl on the phone. I understand they’re busy but it really is poor.. It is a lovely treat on the odd occasion but would be put off by this alone. Hopefully the food will arrive soon HOT and be worth the wait.

We unfortunately had an extremely poor experience with this Chinese. Left waiting over 3 hours for a delivery, called multiple times to be advised and assured it was out for delivery and the order had to be cancelled in the end.

Took 1.5 hours to arrive and the £8 ‘meal’ is pretty small lol. Tastes good but poor value it’s a like a happy meal but double the price

Absolutely disgusted with this service tonight ordered Chinese 2 hours ago and still haven’t recieved it. Rang at 20.36 and they says will be out with next driver it’s now quarter past 9 and nothing. With me being a diabetic and taking a hypo over my food being later I am now having to go get food elsewhere and I have wasted money on a Chinese

Good and tasty kebab but the service was very slow, I waited an hour for my order. Nevertheless, I recommend it

For food only reason. Giveing 3 stars is because it's a hit an miss sometimes iv had my food delivered freezing or missing drinks so stopped ordering drinks with them....... Definitely think it's down to who's working and who's delivering use to be one my favourites but definitely not anymore I dnt care about price as I love a nice Chinese but u might aswell throw ur money into the bin because 9 times out of 10 that's were the food goes and when u ring they say we will put a note and make sure ur drinks are sent neber received them lol so na it's a no from me il stick to my new Chinese golden city best about so far

Food is genuinely great, but delivery is pathetic. I waited the guts of 3 hours for my delivery more than once and the food was soggy and cold. If you're going to order this, just go to the place and collect it, because you'll waste your time and money otherwise.

Food is good but the delivery time is absolutely horrendous. Have wait 2 hours 15 minutes before and it doesn’t matter what day of the week or time it is, always the same! Any time you ring to chase delivery, staff are rude and unapologetic and it’s always ‘just leaving now’

Have recently ordered on the website never shows up on time waited 3 hours for delivery tonight ordered beef fried rice got the same size as a rice dish what a rip off we always get our food from here but I’m sorry to say no more

Recently got a range of dishes from this chinese, chicken, beef and duck, everything was great, the meat was too quality. The portions were generous, and the sauces were very tasty and thick. They delivered in exactly the time they said they would, with a very friendly driver. Thank you

Very good food and at a more reasonable price than most in ballymena. Also offer great price deals every Wednesday on ballymena eats app. I drive 3 miles out of the town just to go here for the good quality food

Delivery time is an absolute joke, near 3 hours to deliver 3miles down the road is shocking, rung up and girl on phone just kept saying its leaving now still took over 1/2 hour after that. Dont accept orders if yous cant fullfil them, wasnt even hungry anymore after it came so half went to bin!

Ordered delivery, accepted it and took our money, said it would be an hour, rang after 2 hours….they said sorry didn’t realise you were Kells we’re too busy and cancelled our order!

Ordered at 6.10pm after 3 hours, 2 phone calls of being told it's going out on the next order and it's out for delivery it finally arrived at 9pm. Won't be ordering from here again, staff are rude on the phone when you call to ask why it's taken 2 hours for your food to be made and not unapologetic at all. Hats off to the delivery man who was incredibly apologetic, not at all his fault

Shocking bad customer service this is the third time now I've ordered and had to ring back asking where is my order ,still waiting after two hours then get a mouthful off cheek doubt it's time to change Chinese loved this place but now it's gone downhill

Good food but the wait time for delivery and collection is horrendous. Twice recently we ordered for delivery and it took more than 2 hours with zero apology. If you order for collection they don’t start making it until you arrive. Pointless. Sort it out

Got food from this place last night, came with a free side of food poisoning. Up all night coming out both ends.

Drove especially to go here as its my kids local, so used to it.. gave me the wrong order.. did change it.. but after recieving the wrong order was obviously charged the wrong money... the delivery girl bent over backwards to resolve the problem!!! With absolutly no help from managment.. infact they handled the situation as bad as what ive ever seen😡and she fully expected to get a ballocking when she got back.. even though she showed the best attitude and customer service.. thanks Lindsay btw.. you deserve a medal for having to deal with that
