Ordered 4 meals, 2 of them were severely burnt so had to throw them away. No answer from customer services, no answer from the restaurant themselves. All I wanted was a refund or points on the app to the value of the purchase. As usual big corporations don't care about their customers. Will only go to Newport and Cardiff ones from now on.

Not my greatest experience in a Burger King, bun seemed stale, service was slow even with hardly any customers. Maybe we caught them on a bad day but won’t be in a rush to eat there again

Food was cold. Extremely dirty restuarant. The toilet is disgusting aswell. The place to fill the drinks is so dirty and the floors have food on them. Dirty tables. Had diarrhea afterwards.

Food was amazing and customer service was marvelous. I ordered Chicken blazer meal deal and it was so tasty also I could add my own choice sauces which was made easy by the professional customer service from an indian girl called Sanjana. She did some experienced service which made me easy to choose my meal according to my needs. Thanks for the outstanding service. Will visit again.

Don't bother just go over the road to McDonald's and get a cardboard burger... Worst burger from Burger King I've ever had it was so dry compared to other burgers I've had from other Burger Kings and the onion rings were hard and a bit tepid Chips were freshly cooked however but I guess thats because they weren't busy and we're probably made to order but they were overly salty Won't be here again I'll just go to McDonald's next time

Can't go wrong with a burger king, initially came here as the app had a nice offer on it, however the self serve machines didn't seem to accept the code, and the machines didn't make it obvious, leading to a waste of time trying to order, and eventually having to go to the counter. Employee sorted it out straight away though, and the food was great when it came, would go again 👍

Wondered why it was empty today soon found out burger roll chips and chicken nuggets was hard nit overcooked but stale toilet was disgusting no toilet paper and had not been cleaned this week staff more interested in what they was doing later worst meal from them ever

£22 for 2 double bacon cheese burgers and fries with chilli cheese bites. Food tasted fine, but the burgers seem to have shrunk drastically, so has the portion of fries. I much prefer BK to McD's, but I won't bother again

The load fries were cold and stiff , but had a great amount of sauce and bacon, The burger is what you expect from burger king , although I did add an extra party cheese and bacon to it to make it a triple hahahha

I had the vegetarian burger option meal, was really good, and the chips are excellent

Ordered on the app to pick up as I was passing, not open , nocked door to ask staff about if they are opening or how I get a refund as they weren't open at 11, to just be ignored, no sign on door to say they are not opening, staff just stood around . Not the first time this has happened apparently. They should change their opening time or put signs up and stop taking orders online if they aren't opening

Waiting an hour and a half for the food to be stone cold. I refused the delivery and then tried to call the shop but they were rejecting the calls this was at 21.15 and the shop is supposed to be open until 22.00. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

I love BK. Unfortunately this particular Burger King is rubbish. I’ve only been twice and both times I didn’t even manage to get any food. On the first occasion they messed up my order and spent so much time faffing about I had to walk out. The 2nd time I ordered my food off the app and when I arrived they were closed. Google states it’s open until 8pm but when I arrived a sign on the door stated 6pm 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Visited after a long time , got a fast service and the food was good as well,,

On our visit my 2 year old son sat on a chair which was broken he trapped his finger in the broken part of the chair and it marked his finger I went to the till to ask to talk to the manager to report the incident im a manager in a fast food restaurant myself and know that any incident reported should be dealt with and recorded in the accident book , when I told him what had happened he looked at me blankly and said ye so what am I supposed to do about it I said the chair need to be removed and it should be reported in the accident book he looked at me confused and said yeah so what do you expect me to do , I said write it in the accident book and he still didn’t have a clue what to do he said be there now came out and took the broken chair and asked if we wanted a free meal but we refused as we had already eaten our food all we wanted was it to be recorded he walked back to the kitchen area without filling in any kind of accident book or asking for any details which would be required to fill an incident form in , the manager clearly didn’t have a clue what he was doing and shouldn’t be left in charge of running a store if he didn’t know what to do when an incident occurs I dread to think of what would happen if it was anything more serious it really ruined the experience as ye just looked like he couldn’t care and was complete clueless

My burger was burnt to a crisp, pretty much charcoal, my partners burger was still pink and the onion rings were also well over cooked. There was barely any sauce in both our burgers and I had the new chimichurri burger with spicy sauce but there was next to nothing in the burger! I was told the staff are new but that shouldn’t be an excuse because they should be well trained for serving customers. My partner paid £17 for our meal and for this to come out and be told they have new staff is not right. I wasn’t offered a refund just got asked if my partner wanted another fresh burger but turned it down because if the first was awfully cooked then why would I want to eat another? Need to train your staff a little more to cook to a good enough standard 🤦🏻‍♂️👍🏻

Where do I even start first of all ordered my food and the woman serving the food and cooking the food did not have a hair net on, and when I got home I found multiple hairs in my food, secondly when she gave us the drinks they was overflowing and went all over the bag of food and the bag ripped at the bottom due to it being wet, so she tipped them out and was half empty, and then when we got home she didn’t put the chilli cheese bites in the bag, and the loaded fries I payed £4 for had 10 chips in there the box was squashed and next to no cheese sauce on the chips, the woman was an assistant manager and I think her name was Emily. Will not be returning!😡

1 person serving while others are talking out the back , food well for the prices was shocking , no tables cleaned or wiped over since we were in there 40 minutes . Worse burger king I have been too !!

Beautiful food always freshly cooked and hot, only downside is the soft drink machine never has the flavours or is out of no bubbles drinks I don't get why they have the options but not fill them, Other than that love bk

Hugely disappointed, really expensive for what we had,( hubby pressed wrong button few people in the queue behind him we didn’t know you could order up front as well as from the machine , ) ordered onion rings,well no bigger than a 10p coin, burnt, thin & tasteless, total waste of money, the 6 piece chicken fries were far too expensive almost £1 each , plus no spicy Mayo as advertised, always loved BK,but today for almost £35 , we hardly had decent size portions, defo feel ripped off, we’re not greedy people but for almost £36 you would expect more value for your money!!!!!

I have ordered a delivery and it was items missing, waited over an hour and they packed the icecream and cold drinks in the same bag as the hot food so the hot food was cold and the icecream melted. Tried to call the store but was no answer.
