Food was served fresh and the staff were very helpful

I Ordered my food on the app which went really smoothly, and when i got there my food was already ready. staff was friendly as wel. Keep it up guys.

my order was bacon xxl meal with an extra side of 6onion rings. I was sent 6 chilli cheese bites which I don't like. how can staff not know the difference between onion rings & chilli cheese bites? wee clue, onion rings have a hole in the middle. even at this the cheese bites were cold, the fries were even colder. however, the Fanta orange was actually warm. sorely dissatisfied

I got confused due to the offer I didn’t get onion rings as I ordered originally and due to trying to get free chicken nuggets I deleted onion rings. I order quite often and found this offer hard to navigate and ended up with no onion rings

Had a lovely family lunch in here atmosphere was perfect place was clean and tidy and the staff were brilliant to my kids especially the manager she kept my daughter occupied and laughing while I had to deal with my son your manager runs a good shop

Won't be back when manger catherine I think that was her name didn't like way she spoke to staff members. Jack that served me was very professional,polite such a lovely young man.

the chips where cold and hamburger s just a plane burger for kid meal chips seen better days . no sauce or any kind on hamburgers so dry no topping dry meal honestly one word horrible and double meal 3 hamburger on a bun dry no sauce out of 100 % 5 at pushing it ever again will order here 15 pounds out window

Courier arrived approx 1 hour after eta of 19:41 food was stone cold and the bag was wet from rain onto his bag. This is not edible and has gone straight in the bin!. I’m looking for an explanation of why the courier who left the restaurant which is a five minute walk from my flat, went in the opposite direction with my order to woodside then all the way round the west end delivering other orders arriving at 20:36 . I would like a full refund please.

Order which arrived was not what was ordered - 2 double whoppers, received singles which were dry and barely warm. Fries in the boxes were 1/2 full. Poor show

Driver left bag of food on doorstep without knocking on door so food got cold sitting outside for half an hour! Absolute joke! Thirty quid spent and food needed chucked away.

Ordered late afternoon. Chips barely had a heat in them. Royale roll was burned on the inside on the top half and the chicken looked like it had been cooked 3 days ago. Not a pleasant experience this time round. Time of day might have had something to do with it.

I ordered a vegan meal through Uber eats last night ( fries very completely cold ) along with the vegan meal , it was so disgusting as the shop didn’t even provide their number so that I can call and inform them about the same was the 1st time I ordered from them and it was a total disappointment (Kush A ) Uber name

DRIVER WAS SLOW AF. Was on the phone when he arrived and not a good multitasker. Also had the cold drink sat on the food so it was all cold on one side. Other drivers keep them separated so this doesn't happen.

Food delivered cold and delivery driver appeared to be waiting at restaurant for very long time.

On Wednesday 19 July, I ordered in the app for collection at 20.35. The app told me to collect by 21.00 as the restaurant closed then. I arrived at 20.40. The doors were locked and a rude staff member just told me to go away, even when I showed him my order which had clearly been sent to the restaurant, and for which I had been charged. I tried to make a complaint online, but all it was was a survey. I had to do a card chargeback, which will cost Burger King more than the price of the food.

Shambles placed an order at 8pm for my driver to call me an hour and 16 mins later to say he couldnt deliver my order as the restaurant had closed. No communication from the restaurant to say they would need to cancel the order at all which is pathetic

Love Burger King but why on earth does it shut so early? Really missing a trick with all the folk on sauchiehall at night. All the other chains on sauchiehall are open late so why does BK shut so early???

Their burgers are consistently delicious, the service is quick, and the staff are friendly. Never a bad experience. A great place for a quick and tasty meal!

Many vegan options. I had the Vegan Bakon Royal and it was very good.

House was on third floor and delivery person was no happy about coming up to deliver. There was circumstances as to why we couldn’t go down to collect but as paying for delivery would expect it to be delivered to the door.

Food was an absolute banger would return. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Shop is quite clean and good sized even though it’s a smaller shop.

Food was a bit cold and chips were not up to standard, this might be due to the food not being brought in a delivery bag.

They just didn't give me my Doritos Chicken Fries and just said on the receipt "NO DORITOS LeFT!"

Burgers were cold, so the cheese hadn’t melted. It tasted like plastic so much I had to keep checking they hadn’t put a plastic covered cheese slice on my burger! Absolutely disgusting, couldn’t even swallow one bite-had to spit it out. The fries were nice tho.
