Burger King in Bristol, City of

I recently visited Burger King and was impressed by the quality and taste of their food. The Whopper was fresh, with a juicy, flame-grilled patty and crisp veggies. Service was quick, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The fries were hot and crispy, complementing the meal perfectly. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a satisfying fast-food fix, though sometimes it can be a bit pricier than other chains. Great for a quick, tasty burger craving!

I have gone with the family and it's good, the food is really very good, and it's very clean

Lovely people, always ready to help when confused! Their menu has a wide range of options, including vegan and vegetarian, which was great for me and my family. An overall pleasant experience and will definitely be one of the places me and my family come back to.

I thought Burger King was meant to be a fast food place... 30 mins I waited for our food! Absolutely ridiculous! I tried to order from the counter and was told I couldn't, I had to use the machine. I told the girl I wanted to pay cash, she said the machines accept cash... Ordered on the machine... No slot to pay cash, you have to confirm the order and then go to the counter to pay .... Why couldn't she have just taken my order in the first place? Seems extremely backwards to me! Waited half an hour for our food... Which tasted OK, Nothing special. None of the tables had been cleaned or cleared in the entire time we were there. There was spilt milkshake under one of the tables.... Makes you wonder how often the actually clean the place! Won't be returning, absolutely do not recommend.

It's ok it's expensive don't get the loaded fries worst thing invented since Jedward!

Chicken nuggets were a little dry, and the chocolate milkshake didn't have much of a taste.

All staff are excellent, very attentive and always a smile on their faces while serving.pooja and her manager are always very welcoming and always make us smile. Give these girls a raise they deserve it

Order from just eat at 6.45 it is now 9.29 I have been trying to contac burgerking with no luck just as unless as just eat wen it came to cancelling my order and burger king have now released my order after ordering from els where wouldn't not be going here again

40 minutes for stone cold food plenty of staff working so can't use that as an excuse..... The point of fast food is the speed

Super fast and friendly service. Staff are always warm and welcoming - even when rushed off of their feet! The atmosphere is great, with staff handing out crowns to the little ones, it makes the experience wonderful! Definitely will be returning. Lovely clean restaurant and customer toilets were super tidy too! Food was fabulous and the perfect temperature. What more could you wish for? 😉

Full of teenagers running around throwing food. No clean tables and drink spills in multiple places. Only 4 staff behind the counter.

Overall a great experience. Staff were very friendly, food was lovely and minimal wait time after ordering. Building and surfaces were all clean. Would happily go back again.

All staff is very slow and lazy. When you gone for delivery all of those take 1 and half hours for making order. Please don’t go to Burger King imperial park.

ABSOLUTE LEGENDS! Really, really nice staff in here and it's got a nice atmosphere and big windows so it's sunny :) A pleasant place to be. Nice and clean. I messed up my order (My fault) and the staff were really nice and helped me out with it so I enjoyed my meal 🥰❣️ Plus they had crowns ready on the table and who doesn't love wearing a crown when they eat their Burger KING 👑🤙

Tasty food . Pricier than " others" but well worth the extra expense.

Came with my family whilst shopping on the retail park. The menu has something for everyone- fully meat-free options for my mother and a wide variety of meaty sandwiches and sides for the rest of us. Everything was hot and appeared to be made fresh, was well presented and with friendly customer service. Kudos to the manager for enforcing the high standards I saw today, it's clear they know brand standards and how to enforce them to the staff!

I remember when this place was clean and organized. Now it's completely dirty and disgusting. The cups and straws are filled with dust. The manager should be changed ASAP. This is the last time I'll order from this place.

Wonderful atmosphere, family friendly. My boys 6 and 3 always enjoy the experience - great service, lovely staff and gorgeous food. The whopper is always well presented and to the perfect temperature. The children love getting their children’s meals, nuggets and chips with mayo and colouring. Would definitely recommend.

Probably because I love McDonald's. The burgers were cold with cheese that wasn't even melted, the potatoes were very salty, and there was no self-service ketchup.

I visited this burger king and the food was really good and the drink and stuff were really nice and the service was really good i got treated nicely would definately recommend and will definitely visit again 5 starts throughout.

Overcharged & cashier took receipt and did not give a replacement receipt so have no idea what we were actually charged for. Very dodgy. My friend went to pick up order for me, restaurant was very busy and cashier was ‘in a flap’ ordered in store with cashier, ordered a whopper meal and cheeseburger, had code for free whopper meal when you order a meal, yet ended up being over charged by over £4, and given Doritos chicken fries instead, Of free whopper meal

Do not order through the app. Massively let down, made an order, didn't arrive. Phoned the restaurant, no sign of the order being made, advised to make request for refund through the app & offered no help at all. Blamed Deliveroo even though it was made through the BK app. Over a week later, no closer to a refund. Only option for contact is online web form which no one responds to. They make it impossible for people to receive a refund for services not provided. Avoid.
