Burger King in East Riding of Yorkshire

Order stuck in 'preparing order' and no update given. after over an hour of no updates or contact from either the restaurant or driver my wife had to go and pick it up instead. The food was cold by the time we got home. It was inedible and had began to harden. This is the 3rd time I've had issues with ordering with Just Eat. I'm going to use other delivery apps if this is an ongoing issue

Missed the turn off, but the guy was great. But unfortunately the food was cold! I had to reheat on the grill at work

I have to say, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. We got our food and drove home, only to discover that the cheeseburger we ordered was missing the burger! How in the world can you forget the main item? To make matters worse, my daughter found a hair in her kids' meal. This is completely unacceptable. Not only did we receive a "cheeseburger" that was literally just a bun and cheese, but no one in the kitchen was even wearing hairnets. It's absolutely shocking. I won't be coming back.

First time coming at this location and all the workers kept staring at me. Literally walking past behind the counter and staring at me like they've never seen a POC. Nobody had a smile on their face, and just felt constant tension. To top it off nearly all the drinks were unavailable except the original coke. Quickly had my meal and left because it felt so awkward.

My brother and I chose the same double cheese burger and fries to take out, when we got home found the Cheese burgers did not have cheese nor salad or pickle. Oh well back to Mac Donald's next time.

Beth who works there is absolutely amazing and makes the whole experience in the restaurant fantastic. this burger king deserves five michelin stars. the pride that beth puts into creating a whopper and frying a chip is second to none. thank you beth you are my hero

Order took 20 mins to complete. Only ordered plain burgers as meal deals. Got my order completely wrong and took 10 mins to rectify it. Then I realised I didn’t get the extra sauses I paid for. Food was cold. Mc Donalds in future! Rubbish place!

For the second time in 1 month I came tonight for a take away. Last time they’ve forgot to give me the drinks and tonight when I’m arrived at home I discovered that they forgot my Burger! Not sure I’ll come back again.Bad service.

I recently visited Burger King and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The item I ordered didn't meet my expectations, and I'm quite dissatisfied with the overall quality of the food. The taste and presentation fell short of what I've come to expect from Burger King. I hope they can address these issues to ensure a more enjoyable experience for their customers in the future.

No surprises here it’s a Burger King, it’s exactly as you would expect from a fast food chain. Food is ordered from a self-service terminal as usual these days. It wasn’t that busy hence service was fast and efficient. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, also the car park was free of litter which can be a surprise for these types of places. The staff were friendly and welcoming, there is free WiFi on offer, soft drinks are self dispensed from a machine just to the right of the service counter. Outdoor seating available if you want a nice view of the petrol station…..restaurant itself is spacious. Based on my experience I would be happy to recommend a visit if you’re in a hurry for some food; which was decent quality for fast food.

Good food and well attended. I recommend trying the Angus chimichurri burger, delicious. There is a lot of cleanliness in the premises.

I don't use Burger King that much, personal taste but I didn't enjoy the chicken royal, roll was very flat not big like thebtv ads. The chicken it's self, tasted and look like a cheap frozen piece you would find in a supermarket. As i said personal taste.

Bit quiet but there isn't anything nearby tbf. Service is spot on, always polite and helpful. Food is clean and fast.

Where do I start? Been a customer and app user since it opened. From my original rating have got to gauge that since its launch this site has gone downhill. Cold food (fries twice on last visit even after waiting extra 10 minutes after returning original portion), no coke in the clearly branded 2x machines (yes I did wait for the machine), staff listening to the sport on the radio (clearly audible in the dining area), inextricably long service despite Uber eats (other delivery services are available) getting priority over my 20minute wait (there was no other drive through at this point either or customers parked outside as other reviewers have written about and I have witnessed), I could go on...the saving grace is the app and the offers available to a regular like myself. However putting up with the above and a lot more makes me question my spending there and gaining loyalty points. I don't usually write pitiful reviews, rarely over a couple of sentences however this place definitely has made me want to vent. Make of that what you will.

I only had the chocolate milkshake.very nice. Not too sweet.

Food was cold. Chips felt like they had been reheated in some way and tasted awful. Sides all barely warm. Burger nice but just warm. Very disappointing.

Went last night Sunday 3rd September, disappointed doesn't cover it. Portions were minuscule, chips were cold, we had to wait too so were expecting food to be freshly cooked. Will never go again.

Thursday 31 August 2023 15.30 The place was empty when I walked in, and no cars in the drive thru.I was initially seen by a quiet fair haired young woman who seemed to be new to the job. A more experienced ,seemingly angry youngish woman with curly black hair took over. Before asking for my order she asked if I was paying by cash or card. I sensed her confrontational manner , so said 'either way, whatever suits you.' and produced a card and a £20 note from my pocket. That triggered her anger. She said in an argumentative way that it isn't an issue for her, but it obviously was ,so I said in a quiet tone that she doesn't seem to understand about customer service. The volcano erupted . Her eyes bulging, she angrily said she 'knows all about customer service'. At this point I thought ' I don't have to put up with this, best to get out of here', so I said 'keep it', and walked out. She shouted after me 'thank you for your custom , goodbye'. The worst example of customer service I have ever experienced.

The meal was very enjoyable, freshly cooked, hot and tasty. Just a shame that halfway through our indoor meal a young individual and two others stormed in having firstly dumped his vehicle across the disabled parking bays he then proceeded to subject members of staff to an ongoing verbal tirade. Apparently he was aggrieved that on a earlier visit his brother-in-law had apparentely been refused an additional sachet of tomato sauce?

Watch if you go through drive through. Always a wait and my order has been short of items a couple of times . Food OK.

Great BK, one of the cleanest I've ever been too! Top staff and realy fast service, only downside is the lowlife teens with bikes throwing food/drink at the windows, all over the floors outside and just generally being disruptive and unpleasant.... I bet their parents are so proud.....

The best burger King experience ever! Food was very tasty and fresh, restaurant very clean and tidy and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice location, spacious inside and decent seating. Music quite loud for it just being a regular Saturday and the air con which was appreciated in the heat is so cold for the seats directly under the units it was like watching a game of music chairs unfold. Food was nice but not like other outlets in that the burgers seemed slightly dry which altered the taste slightly and despite it being cooked to order it was warm not hot. There was a steady stream of customers but could have done with the tables wiping down after customers left as it looked a little grubby and hadn't been open long. The area to order and wait for food is quite small and seemed to make it difficult for staff and the order screen can't be seen from the seating area very clearly. Loved seeing how well the car park was looked after, litter free and empty bins which gave great kerb appeal. Overall we'd definitely come back.

Never received the chicken fries for spending over £25

My order never actually arrived. Order it at 4:20pm it’s now 8:45 and it still hasn’t arrived but has been marked as delivered. Absolutely rubbish service.

Good grief what an abysmal service. Confirmed order at 11:50. ETA was 12:25. 20 mins later and the ETA is gone and it's "waiting for update" and "driver assigned". It stayed this way for OVER an hour. In the mean time I tried calling to cancel, but noticed the number they give on here isn't even their own but the Just Eat one. So I googled the branch and called 693747 TWELVE times with no answer. I check back here and boom a new ETA of 1:35 - 1:55. Cool! That's only 2 hours 5 minutes after confirmation! It finally arrives. Utterly stone cold. The cheese had solidified with half of it not even IN the burger. There wasn't a single drop of relish or anything resembling moisture. The chips were freezing and saltless. Driver was polite but I'd rather be insulted on my doorstep if it meant eating something edible that wasn't sent via royal mail. £18.45 for 2x burger/chips/drink and "service charge." I'd love a refund but since it's impossible to contact you that's never going to happen is it.

Food was okay but certainly not hot enough. First lot of Onion Rings they gave us were very stale but were replaced without question, would have been nice if they brought them out to us instead of hollering "Onnniiiooonnn Ringggggsss!"

Burger King seems to have changed its recipes for burgers and chips. It is no where as tasty as it used to be. Still well prepared and quick ,but a bit of a let down. Full marks to the staff, always friendly and polite.
