Either cancels your order after leaving you waiting an hour or only sends some of your food.

my meal was cold and my chicken royal looked messy just like it had been thrown together rather disappointed as I do like burger King

Just over 45 mins late! had to walk half way down the street to meet the driver, food stone cold had to reheat at home as didn't want to wait for over an hour again

Burger King seemed to be run by inexperienced staff. The lady had no idea what l wanted then realised what l wanted the food came quickly but it was cold, although the chips were hot. The music was so loud you couldn’t hear what your partner was saying. I did mention this and was told they would turn it down but I don’t think they took much notice ,l dont know what music it was but it was awful. We wont be returning the staff need to be given intensive training before serving the customers..

Awful, takeaway order incorrect - missing item - 2nd time its happened here and staff couldn't give a toss, in actual fact not a one of them seem to have a clue

Thanks to the incredible staff here my Iphone was returned safely to me after an hour when I’d left it in the bathroom. My phone is my entire life and I wish I could have thanked them more. Particular thank you to the lad who found it and kept it safe for me!

They never accept BK app orders anymore, starting to feel intentional to not offer deals or honour rewards points.

Came to Burger King tonight and waited over half an hour for our food. Turns out, our food had been given to the wrong person. They rectified this by giving us a free Ben and Jerry’s and apologised. An honest mistake and we were happy with how they handled the error. ☺️

Went in yesterday order our food for it to come and was cold took the burger back told the girl with glass on she didn't even take it off me brought me another one which was same she had a bad attitude. She was horrible. Definitely wouldn't be going there again disgusting attitude and horrible food .

Order stuck in 'preparing order' and no update given. after over an hour of no updates or contact from either the restaurant or driver my wife had to go and pick it up instead. The food was cold by the time we got home. It was inedible and had began to harden. This is the 3rd time I've had issues with ordering with Just Eat. I'm going to use other delivery apps if this is an ongoing issue

I have to say, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. We got our food and drove home, only to discover that the cheeseburger we ordered was missing the burger! How in the world can you forget the main item? To make matters worse, my daughter found a hair in her kids' meal. This is completely unacceptable. Not only did we receive a "cheeseburger" that was literally just a bun and cheese, but no one in the kitchen was even wearing hairnets. It's absolutely shocking. I won't be coming back.

First time coming at this location and all the workers kept staring at me. Literally walking past behind the counter and staring at me like they've never seen a POC. Nobody had a smile on their face, and just felt constant tension. To top it off nearly all the drinks were unavailable except the original coke. Quickly had my meal and left because it felt so awkward.

My brother and I chose the same double cheese burger and fries to take out, when we got home found the Cheese burgers did not have cheese nor salad or pickle. Oh well back to Mac Donald's next time.

Order took 20 mins to complete. Only ordered plain burgers as meal deals. Got my order completely wrong and took 10 mins to rectify it. Then I realised I didn’t get the extra sauses I paid for. Food was cold. Mc Donalds in future! Rubbish place!

I recently visited Burger King and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The item I ordered didn't meet my expectations, and I'm quite dissatisfied with the overall quality of the food. The taste and presentation fell short of what I've come to expect from Burger King. No surprises here it’s a Burger King, it’s exactly as you would expect from a fast food chain. Food is ordered from a self-service terminal as usual these days. It wasn’t that busy hence service was fast and efficient. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, also the car park was free of litter which can be a surprise for these types of places. The staff were friendly and welcoming, there is free WiFi on offer, soft drinks are self dispensed from a machine just to the right of the service counter. Outdoor seating available if you want a nice view of the petrol station…..restaurant itself is spacious. Based on my experience I would be happy to recommend a visit if you’re in a hurry for some food; which was decent quality for fast food.

Good food and well attended. I recommend trying the Angus chimichurri burger, delicious. There is a lot of cleanliness in the premises.

I don't use Burger King that much, personal taste but I didn't enjoy the chicken royal, roll was very flat not big like thebtv ads. The chicken it's self, tasted and look like a cheap frozen piece you would find in a supermarket. As i said personal taste.

Where do I start? Been a customer and app user since it opened. From my original rating have got to gauge that since its launch this site has gone downhill. Cold food (fries twice on last visit even after waiting extra 10 minutes after returning original portion), no coke in the clearly branded 2x machines (yes I did wait for the machine), staff listening to the sport on the radio (clearly audible in the dining area), inextricably long service despite Uber eats (other delivery services are available) getting priority over my 20minute wait (there was no other drive through at this point either or customers parked outside as other reviewers have written about and I have witnessed), I could go on...the saving grace is the app and the offers available to a regular like myself. However putting up with the above and a lot more makes me question my spending there and gaining loyalty points. I don't usually write pitiful reviews, rarely over a couple of sentences however this place definitely has made me want to vent. Make of that what you will.

I only had the chocolate milkshake.very nice. Not too sweet.

Food was cold. Chips felt like they had been reheated in some way and tasted awful. Sides all barely warm. Burger nice but just warm. Very disappointing.

No fries, 2nd time in a row something's forgotten

Went last night Sunday 3rd September, disappointed doesn't cover it. Portions were minuscule, chips were cold, we had to wait too so were expecting food to be freshly cooked. Will never go again.

Poor service, portions really small, food cold. Biggest waste of £20 I've ever spent. Never go again.

Thursday 31 August 2023 15.30 The place was empty when I walked in, and no cars in the drive thru.I was initially seen by a quiet fair haired young woman who seemed to be new to the job. A more experienced ,seemingly angry youngish woman with curly black hair took over. Before asking for my order she asked if I was paying by cash or card. I sensed her confrontational manner , so said 'either way, whatever suits you.' and produced a card and a £20 note from my pocket. That triggered her anger. She said in an argumentative way that it isn't an issue for her, but it obviously was ,so I said in a quiet tone that she doesn't seem to understand about customer service. The volcano erupted . Her eyes bulging, she angrily said she 'knows all about customer service'. At this point I thought ' I don't have to put up with this, best to get out of here', so I said 'keep it', and walked out. She shouted after me 'thank you for your custom , goodbye'. The worst example of customer service I have ever experienced.
