Burger King in Croydon

Food took two hours to come after being projected at 20 minutes. When it arrived it was stone cold and inedible. On complaining I was refunded only 20% of the order value. Very disappointing.

The food was extremely cold the chips were old and there was still tomato’s in there after i asked to have them taken out

I didnt receive my food. The number i called went to voicemail every time and it said my food is delivered. I dont know how this is possible when I only have the code. Id like to recieve a refund and my meal to CR29LG flat 8 Limpsfield road.

order never came and I never got the refund after being told the driver left the food out side my flat building of which the code was never used to confirmthe order, as a company are becoming a joke, you used to hire and use reliable people and I had to reorder again of which I got my food, you are fail you're customers and I will be posting this on diffrent online platforms, and the response from the email was unsatisfactory will be posting that to

it was stone cold the burgers we not even warm the chips were freezing as well they got my spicy mayo wrong after paying £0.40p for it I didn't get two side selections either !?!!? The delivery driver was a really nice fella but a big chain like burger king should at least check the food warm before sending it I got a kebab in the end I generally couldn't eat it and neither did my partner a total waste of my money. Am funing tbh

We were meant to have a large ice cream for four, it was only 100ml not 475ml. We were missing burgers as well. Family treat ruined - not impressed at all. Complaint has been sent.

They consistently get my order wrong. The last time I ate there I found two long hairs/threads in my burger, staff were unapologetic and confused that I wanted my money back.

I don’t think I’ve ever had an order that didn’t have at least one item come up missing from this place. Their attention to detail is severely lacking.

Worst experience ever. I have asked for 2 chicken and one beef borgers and got 2 beef, not very taste. Asked for 2 sauer sweet sauces and one barbecue and got just the barbecue one. I have asked for chicken nuggets and haloumi cheese, got only one bag .. could be haloumi?! So disgusting that I can't tell what it is. And the service ... very poor and unprofessional. They bring all the stuff on the counter and I am like:"This is a take away!?" And they are like "Oh, don't worry, do you need a bag?" And then they push the drinks towards me and I am like: "ammmm and the guy said "Oh, do you need another bag?" I promise this is the last time I buy from Burger King. At Mc Donalds everything is ready in a bag with handles to be pick easily, when you order take away.

We haven`t had burger king in ages, and it was tasty and filling, much better than mcdonalds although price is higher but definitely worth it.

The shift manager Mark seemed very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and timely. Perfect for a quick meal while you wait for your train at the station.

Great Burger King, the food is always top quality and the staff are always super friendly and kind which is really appreciated and beyond what you’d usually expect at a fast food place. Afroza is particularly lovely.

Although the food arrived within the delivery time, it was close to the end. Due to this the double whopper and fries arrived cold.

I ordered a meal with milkshake. The machine was broken. I received a call from Mark / Marc ( Burger King East Croydon ) to ask if I wanted an alternative. They would usually send water in lieu which is extremely annoying! Thanks to Mark/c for going the extra mile for my meal. Truly appreciated!

the driver did not go to the postcode or pinpoint. he called me and told me he's been driving around for 20 minutes and can't find my house. he called me and asked for my door number which is ridiculous really. he then said I can't your find your door I told him again to stop exactly where the postcode takes him. within a minute of the call he was at door! naturally my food was ice cold by the time it got to me

I did not my full order, I would appreciate it if I was called to let me know what options aren’t available.

I just place order for crispy chicken. Is burn and dry the lady who packed the order that was supposed to be eaten on the spot put it in a bag and poured fries on top. the tables were dirty and there was no trash can to get rid of the remains of the not delicious burger

Let me take you on a journey of horrors. Working all day for GCSE results and enrolment as A.Principal I finished at 10 p.m. The only place open was BK East Croydon Station, to eat something at 11:30 p.m. I order a burger at the kiosk and it offers me the option to remove pickle and cheese, add bacon and keep the ketchup. That's it. I add large fries and a large drink without ice. It all starts well, one server (shift manager) asks if I want some ice and does what I ask - just a little. I get home and discover mustard in the burger which isn't listed when ordering and a handful of fries thrown at the bottom of the bag (see picture).I return and don't receive an apology, the manager is doing paperwork and barely acknowledges me. One man tells me it is a children's burger (apparently) and mustard is part of it. Despite this not being listed anywhere the swift replacement by others seemed good. I get home, and discover pickle in the hamburger. I return a SECOND time and receive attitude from all three members of staff in their unique ways. No apology at all for my second trip. One man speaks with bluntness cutting through my complaint and then talk over me to others on purpose. The female manager accuses me of not removing pickle on my order despite the receipt clearly showing this, thus I am now labelled a liar. She claims mustard is listed at the kiosk, despite this absolutely not being the case. She then hides behind the grill refusing to speak to me. The second man tries to add reason to her argument but only makes it worse. He actually said, and I quote, "You could have just taken the pickle out". When I pointed out that the person could be allergic - he asked me if I was "throwing caution to the wind" and whether I have an Epipen. Incredible. The point was clearly lost on him. Alasdair Murdoch - it is time to review this BK. Dangerous attitudes to food health and safety, appalling customer service and twice proven incompetence in one simple order. I rarely complain - the first time I was tolerant, the second I was robust but polite. Obvious soft customer service skills would have started with a brief apology, swift replacement of fries and burger - on my way. No. I was drawn into an actual debate with one server (shift manager on 22.08.2024) who tried to suggest I was to blame somehow. This needed to be written - I cannot be the only person who has experienced poor attitude and incompetence from three servers at the same time. Incredible.

WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST BURGER KING I HAVE EVER HAD. THE CHIPS WERE NOTHING BUT SALT WITH CHIPS IN IT AND THE DOUBLE WHOPPER BURGER WAS COLD AND VERY GREASY. I ORDERED NO PICKLES AND ONIONS AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY JUST TOOK ONE THAT WAS ALREADY MADE AND OPENED IT AND REMOVED THE ITEMS BECAUSE IT CERTAINLY WASN'T A FRESH BURGER. I JUST COULD NOT EAT THE ENTIRE BURGER OR MEAL FOR THAT MATTER.

Everything was good, but we had one burger missing. I’m really not happy as I paid £7 something for one burger.
