This branch is part of a 1st floor, open planned Food Hall, shared with (two other fast food outlets), Mange Tout and Banh Mi Bay. Plenty of seating available in the large, clean, orderly and remarkably quiet dining areas. However, it appears to have no heating. Today it was very cold (hence the 3⭐️ for atmosphere) - I had to keep my hoodie and puffa jacket on... Only took my gloves and scarf off to eat... Luckily, my order was prepared and served quickly, even though it was lunchtime and clearly very busy. Food was hot and delicious. Excellent Team work and Customer Service displayed by the crew.

cold food mising and a few items.....

Ordered at 13.40, delivery was supposed to be 15 - 20 minutes. Delivery was at 14:15. Food was cold. Chicken fries over cooked. Because the food was cold it was not enjoyable

what a joke of a BK 45mins late and to top it off the food come freezing cold do not order from.this place unless u want ur food nearly an hour late and freezing cold

the delivery driver did 2 deliveries before mine both in the opposite direction so it took 30 minutes from when it left the restaurant. it was cold and uneatable when it arrived.

I’m missing my bacon burger meal

I've always loved burger king. But today has really changed my views on the chain. Woman who served was okay, But had to go back 3 times because of my food being disgusting, to then be told that bacon is not even fresh or heated but it is only defrosted and chucked on the burger cold, and they are NOT allowed to heat pork, The man that was doing the burgers thought it was a laugh. So I nearly lost it with him, he's name tag said babu gunti(assistant manager) He wasn't bothered to even apologise for the service or disgusting food, his customer service is appalling, and tried to take me for an idiot. If you see babu gunti let him know you want you're food hot not cold. I caught him laughing and smiling thinking it was funny what he was doing. The worst customer service personnel I've ever come across. And then really hit a nerve to question me on if I've ever been to burger king before. Got a full refund and took my whopper home to heat it up properly how it should be.

The whooper is great and fries at this restaurant are always piping hot.

Always order from here or come in to dine in, staff have gotten a lot better at customer service in the past year and food seems to always be up to standard, never really wait long and food is always hot when delivered. The one downside is the atmosphere in the seating area is awful, same creaky chairs and sticky tables from ten years ago, and without headphones in I feel like i’m in a Nursery.

These lot were horrible to my freind yesterday she showed me the videos of the manager calling her names. They are rude, dirty, lack customer skills and burger king need to close this branch down completely and put in new management. We want our money back because we didn't receive our orders.

Food said it would be delivered in 30-40min and ended up taking an hour. When it arrived it was cold and just not edible. Burger was dry and cold and chips were cold - not even the microwave could’ve saved it.

As an Uber rider, I have might have experienced delays or confusion with your order when picking up from Burger King at Gants Hill only this is staff and manager is ridiculous and irresponsible persons are working on this place. ( ALL UBER RIDERS LOSEING THERE MONEY BECAUSE OF GANTS HILL BUGER KING MANAGER ) Everytime we have to cancle orders from uber apps. I don't whats wrong with this people.

Avoid this place at all costs! Extremely unprofessional and filthy. No customer service skills there it’s like the team are there for a laugh and haven’t got a clue what to do. The manager is extremely rude. No one wears gloves or hair nets and no one bothers to clean the dining area section. Long wait to order and receive your food Manager goes on phone halfway through serving you Received a burger with hair in which definitely wasn’t mine was the wrong colour and texture G

my rating is because the food was so late and it was cold. which wasn't helped by having 3 cold bottles of drink in the same bag as the food. The delivery partner was the issue in my opinion as they made 3 other drop offs before mine... (which I could see on the map)

Excellent customer services , I was very happy with the way I was spoken to and asked if I needed anything. I will highly recommend as my time there was amazing, food was top notch and good quality.

The delivery time kept getting delayed, when the food finally arrived it was practically cold and soggy. To top it off, they forgot the one thing I was most looking forward to (a tub of Ben & Jerry’s). It was not in the bag.

My order was wrong, there was meant to be two whooper burgers and one kids hamburger, I've looked the receipt and it states something different double beef and bacon. I am a family that don't eat pork. So this is not what I paid for!!!

My oven is broken so I ordered this only for it to turn up freezing cold as the driver had been to the Isle of Dogs beforehand like it’s absolutely freezing and I also have no fries which i ordered and paid for £16 for a cold burger and cold onion rings is a bit of a con I’d say TERRIBLE!

I ordered 2 double whoppers & 1 whopper approx. 9 pm. via just eat. The expect food delivery time was 9.30 pm. Phone around 9.50 pm & someone picked up the phone & hung up. Over 4 1/2 hours later, the food order was showing as still "being prepped." It's 6.30 a.m. & shown as "delivered". I did not receive my food order at all. Disgusting service.
