Burger King in Southwark

Love this place to come again and again.

I've always loved burger king. But today has really changed my views on the chain. Woman who served was okay, But had to go back 3 times because of my food being disgusting, to then be told that bacon is not even fresh or heated but it is only defrosted and chucked on the burger cold, and they are NOT allowed to heat pork, The man that was doing the burgers thought it was a laugh. So I nearly lost it with him, he's name tag said babu gunti(assistant manager) He wasn't bothered to even apologise for the service or disgusting food, his customer service is appalling, and tried to take me for an idiot. If you see babu gunti let him know you want you're food hot not cold. I caught him laughing and smiling thinking it was funny what he was doing. The worst customer service personnel I've ever come across. And then really hit a nerve to question me on if I've ever been to burger king before. Got a full refund and took my whopper home to heat it up properly how it should be.

The whooper is great and fries at this restaurant are always piping hot.

Excellent service from everyone the last time I went up. The young man with the glasses always so kind and fast when at the front hes definitely got potential with the way he works and treats everyone

Always order from here or come in to dine in, staff have gotten a lot better at customer service in the past year and food seems to always be up to standard, never really wait long and food is always hot when delivered. The one downside is the atmosphere in the seating area is awful, same creaky chairs and sticky tables from ten years ago, and without headphones in I feel like i’m in a Nursery.

These lot were horrible to my freind yesterday she showed me the videos of the manager calling her names. They are rude, dirty, lack customer skills and burger king need to close this branch down completely and put in new management. We want our money back because we didn't receive our orders.

As an Uber rider, I have might have experienced delays or confusion with your order when picking up from Burger King at Gants Hill only this is staff and manager is ridiculous and irresponsible persons are working on this place. ( ALL UBER RIDERS LOSEING THERE MONEY BECAUSE OF GANTS HILL BUGER KING MANAGER ) Everytime we have to cancle orders from uber apps. I don't whats wrong with this people.

Avoid this place at all costs! Extremely unprofessional and filthy. No customer service skills there it’s like the team are there for a laugh and haven’t got a clue what to do. The manager is extremely rude. No one wears gloves or hair nets and no one bothers to clean the dining area section. Long wait to order and receive your food Manager goes on phone halfway through serving you Received a burger with hair in which definitely wasn’t mine was the wrong colour and texture G

Excellent customer services , I was very happy with the way I was spoken to and asked if I needed anything. I will highly recommend as my time there was amazing, food was top notch and good quality.

Food is generally hot here compared to other Burger Kings I've been to. It always looks busy but goes down fast. There is a children's ball pit play space there too.

Manager was extremely rude, the way the staff are treated in front of customers is horrible. Hated the experience.

I was passing by there so I decided to have a burger. So I make my order on the till and just about to pay I give them my SSP staff discount to the woman but she didn't know how to do it , so she call the manager and ask him to do it. When the manager come he had no clue about what I am talking about, he was saying that they are walking separately and after debating and trying so many times to explain him that he was wrong I've just give up and left. Please can somebody train this staff about ,for who they are working for and how to use staff discount in the till, because this is embarrassing .

Best Place to eat in the centre

The staff are very friendly and helpful.food is always cooked perfectly and the fries are always the best .I had issues with my app but the manager fatima came to the rescue. Brilliant customer service from her.

I had a whopper meal and so did one of my son's, the other opted for a Angus steak burger meal. Slightly more expensive than McDonald's. Not the nicest fast food restaurant I have been to but the food was good. It is open plan in the food court part of the shopping centre which only comprised of 3 eateries, only Burger King was open on the Saturday evening we visited.

This is the second time I had my order wrong my chicken royale had bacon and cheese in it my ice creams never (both of them) the drink too. It's actually stupid imagine spending £17.99 and it never arrives or the order is wrong

The food is normally made piping hot and is usually tasty. An only problem may be that this place isn't very cash friendly, as there are many card machines, but only one cashier to tend to money. But apart from that, I reccomend this Burger Kig Spot.

I bought burgers and fries.Both food items, the temperature was perfect apart from this staff, and particularly, manager Anjali served nicely with a great smile.

Queued for ages only for the server to just walk away when it was our turn and another member of staff come along to tell us we had to join a different (long) queue if we wanted to be served. I don’t think so. Walked straight out of there. Disgusting treatment of (potential) customers.

The food was prepared in a good and clean atmosphere. Customer service was top knotch. Managers and staffs are very helpful and friendly. This a place to recommend for fast food.

Yesterday afternoon went to Burger King ordered a VEGAN Burger as I’m 5 year vegetarian but instead was eating a beef burger 👏🏻. Rude staff.

Ordered two cheeseburgers but the buns were very stale, so I asked for them to be replaced and assumed the buns had not been toasted. I witnessed them being assembled this time, the buns were toasted however the employee handled them with no gloves and they were still stale. Terrible

Very good staff and cleanliness as well. I had issue with my fries but as i spoke to manager she replaced it immediately i like that response and humbleness. I don’t remember her name but i think it was something like anjali! I love the experience overall

It was okay. Shame the meat isn't Halal and they no longer do the fish burger.

This is such a handy but very busy branch. The service is fast and the food is hot and fresh. Prices are a little steep but there are online surveys and discount apps that reward you with cheaper or even free food. Seating available and excellent service from Judy

The only BK I know that serves the frozen Fanta. Worth the journey just for the drinks but the customer service from Leonardo is always excellent.His cute Smile always brings me back here.

Food standards have dropped at this particular restaurant, long queue for ordering and long wait for your food which was nearly cold. We will not be returning.

Absolutely loved it at burger king. Food was good at quality. Kitchen staffs were very friendly. The restaurant was neat and clean. Do you know what's the difference between McDonald and Burger King? At McDonald they'd hand you your order bagged hoping you take it away and don't check if your fires are soggy again. At Burger King they'd open the bag themselves and double check if everything is fine. Also, at Burger King they don't serve old, dried patties from a heater. Everything is juicy and flame grilled. Chips are surprisingly good. McDonald has a potential to have best fries but they choose to serve them old and soggy instead; KFC do them fresh but chunky, and Burger King has something in between French and chunky what makes them sizeable and crispy at the same time! Burger King wins!!!

I adore Burger King, but the Canada Water location's food has lost its spark. I hope this isn't the case at every Burger King. If you like grilled food, download the BK app to get deals and coupons for good meat that doesn't taste bad. The burgers with chicken aren't my favorite. Leonardo, the cashier, was very nice. The food was good and warm. The restaurant had excellent hygiene. The fact that there were no toilets and that BBQ sauce cost 25p was a bummer.

Best place to enjoy your burgers here. When I come here I always welcome with smile. Management teams are excellent 👌 they are polite,helpful, friendly with fast customers service. Restaurant is neat and clean and quite lots space to enjoy here. Highly recommended❣️

Burger King at Surrey Quays today was top knotch, it was busy but clean and the food was hot and tasty. The customer service was impeccable. The manager in particular was brilliant, he was cleaning the place, organizing kitchen and service food for customers. Very energetic

So. I arrived at Burger King and was served fairly quickly. Members of the team like Sean were really nice. The lady calling numbers was really polite and patient. On the other hand, I first noticed Sereh when she belted a number without being friendly at all, she then rudely gave someone their food. Didn’t ask them anything, didn’t make eye contact. Feel bad for them if they wanted some ketchup. After collecting my food I waited 10 minutes for my brothers food. When I had go up to the counter myself and find where the food was, as people who were served after us just collected their food. I understand if an order is large it takes longer, but his order was small. I approached Sereh, she didn’t even say “hi how can I help” etc. she just demanded the receipt, then walked off once presented. She collected the food and drink (which wasn’t going to be collected if I didn’t say something) ,then brought it over. Didn’t make eye contact. Didn’t apologise in the slightest for the wait. Asked me for sauces, which fair play she did provide me that service. But come on. Have some happiness about you. Even if you dislike your job. Make it bearable by having good customer interactions. Very poor.

I visited here on Saturday 28th January 2023. My food was cold, my order was wrong and my coffee had milk in it even though I requested a Black Coffee. The staff are miserable and rude. I will never eat here again

Communication was excellent, I wasn’t with an order and Fatima took her time to make sure I was satisfied and happy. The staffs are super friendly and smiley. Will definitely come back for more burger. Ps. Whooper and chicken fries just make my day every time.

Absolutely poor hygiene standards. No body uses gloves apart from the cashier🤦🏼‍♀️ They are obviously handing cheese and burger with hands. Never again.

Sadly this like most of there stores now is full of staff that don't want to be there. Food that looks like it had been sitting in the steamer since the day before. Then presented on your tray like the england rugby team csrried it home from the works cup. Attitudes from staff are that you would expect from a moody teenager when asked to do the washing up on a weekend Generally a Kevin and Perry go disappointed movie.

Food was average service very slow

Four customers that met me at the counter were attended to, before I was served. The food which I ordered was almost the same as these customers. I believe it was because I am a black woman and the other people were white. SO SAD 🙂🥲

Not really a "fast food" place. I spent more than half an hour waiting for my Whooper.

The wait has been ridiculous to order but even worse to get your food, on more than 1 occasion, I won't use this place again
