Burger King in Glasgow City

Staff and food lovely I came in a wheelchair and it was hard to negotiate, would be better if you had a switch to keep door open. The lovely girl on helped us with door.

First time use of the Drive Through. Made a mistake but all good with the staff

The burger patty meat was tasteless absolute poor quality the burger. Name was bacon double cheeseburger XL meal it’s time to order from somewhere else from now on and there meat quality has gone down hill even the chicken meat what is going on as it has all gone up in price sad I used to like Burger King but now it has all gone down hill rapidly

I’d love to love the place but honestly I’ve been 5 times and every time it smells horrible like those kids fart bombs you used to be able to buy. I also came in once and went to order but the guy was in back air drumming with his eyes closed and the woman on the drive through was just staring out making animal sounds… New management is needed.

The food was cold, missing several add-ons (costing almost £5), a second drink was missing and the 'loaded' cheesy bacon fries were cold, half-empty and almost entirely devoid of any topping.

Sweaty, £1 burger van meat in my steakhouse Angus that I got delivered. This used to be my favourite burger. It tasted like the cheapest kebab shop burger you could find. No bacon bits, soggy lettuce and unmelted cheese. Are they all like this now?? Had a normal cheeseburger last week and it was fine..for £2. Steakhouse is at least £7. Absolute joke

This is the second time I have visited this BK, after being put off the first time back in 2022 as the food was stone cold. I decided to give this place another go, unfortunately, the Whopper burger was slightly warm, and the fries were okay, I had also ordered halloumi fries - did not receive sweet chilli dip as advertised on their posters. It was also peak lunch time (went around 1pm) and I had went to the drive thru (with only one car in front of me) and was told to park in the bays as the food was not ready. Very disappointing. If you like cold burgers then this is the place for you...

Ordered a simple whopper meal in a bag to go. They didn't realise it was to go. Had to ask for the bag. Got home and the burger was cold as it must have been sitting there for longer than it should have. They have a tendency to switch the mobile app orders on and off as well

First time visit to this particular Burger King branch. A good location with ample car parking. Food is a high, burger King standard. We ordered 2 meals and the food was fresh and piping hot. We visited on a Friday around 12.30 in the afternoon. There was a constant throughput of customers that did not appear to fluster staff. In fact, I witnessed a member of staff take time out and personally assist customers through the digital ordering screen system. Each of the customers, which included elderly, was so happy, relieved, and grateful that staff were so helpful. On each occasion with was a female staff member, possibly a duty manager, I'm not sure BUT top marks to you for excellent customer service. The restaurant and toilets were very clean. Only one thing I'd mention is that I did not see an automatic door or an assisted door for folks with compromised mobility. There was a powered wheelchair user and some elderly folk's, and this would've been helpful. If this was here and I just did not notic, I apologise, but I do not think those folks seen it either. Otherwise, it is a top restaurant.

Food is disgusting. The burger is so small for the price probably because they have been cooked to the point they are all dry and shrivelled up. Plus the bun is all broken up. The fries are soggy and the whole meal was freezing. It was also half an hour late. Definitely don't order from this branch total waste of money and pretty much unedible

The deliverer spent 15 minutes refusing to listen to the simplest of simple instructions, we had to call each other 5 times where I said go L E F T and he kept going right! He would refuse to listen to the point where I had to change clothes, come down and meet him in the rain after 15 minutes of him doing this. AND THEN he tried to give me the wrong order!! And the food was cold because he kept it in a supermarket bag! Do not send this driver my way again, I would rather my order be refused

salt & pepper burger was a dry Mortons roll with a thin chicken burger on it and seasoning over the top. very basic & poor looking. tasted basic too. husband said chips cheese and chilli were nice. my cheese savoury wrap was done in 2 bites it was so small and definately not 'toasted' hard at one side, soft on the other. unsure if would order again. ordered 12:46 arrived 2:05pm. I wouldn't say it was worth the wait

The shop was spectacular, very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The care I got from when I ordered the food to when I got it was A class service. I had a very specific order and the young woman behing the counter was very accommodating and got me exactly what I wanted. I want to SCREAM from the rooftop and let everyone know that this is the best burger establishment in Scotland. 10/10 I will most certainly be back!
