My partner and I came here yesterday, the food was good but the service was amazing! I want to point something out though, I noticed alot of a disrespectful people being douc*es just "cause" towards the staff. It was heart breaking to see that at the minimal sign of respect and politeness towards the staff they seem to brighten up, like if this was not done often enough.

Exceptionally rude and unhelpful manager, declined to serve us boiling water to feed a newborn, disgraceful.

Place was rammed, queue for ordering was all over the place and it was really really busy had to wait ages for the food. However, when it did come, it was good.

Ordered food online through Just Eat, it didn't turn up, tried to ring the restaurant, Manager didn't pick up for 45 minutes, then told me not his problem is Just eats, very poor

Much ado about something. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the burger and the speed of service. The tables were clean which is always a nice touch. For the first time I ordered no cheese and they made sure there was no cheese but still maintained the rest of the condiments

I've lived in Australia, South Africa, Portugal and the USA, and today I had one of the most revolting Burger King meals I've ever had when compared to those countries. Order no. 62 at about 12H45pm today. The fries had no salt, the chilli bites were clearly frozen and then cooked and the patties (ordered the double bacon whopper) looked like a flat piece of rubber from the soles of my shoes. Disgusting! I couldn't finish it. It was a total waste of £15. I'll never be back. Time to up your game folks, that sucked!

I got a hot chocolate but it wasn't nice. It felt like drinking hot water with limited chocolate powder.The burger that I got had an old lettuce inside.

Fresh food and great environment

I had a Classic Double whopper with cheese meal. It was fresh and the cheese melted very well. Clean tablel and Friendly staff, definitely recommend it.

A little painful to be honest, there were very few staff on duty and food was very much NOT "Fast food". This might not be the norm, but I wasn't impressed on this visit.

Used the app to order, it was on a Saturday at 2pm, my food took over 15 minutes to arrive from my order time, they were busy but even so, not exactly fast food

Whenever I'm at Lakeside, I always stop by and get a menu. This place is better than the branch inside Lakeside Shopping Centre, at least it's quieter and more comfortable. Additionally, when the beverage fridge is within your reach, you can get a new one whenever you want.

Went here on Sunday 7 January, my wife and I had whopper meals and the kids had nuggets. And my wife and I have been ill all night, only common factor being those burgers.

In our area, this is the nearest Burger King branch, and we are quite satisfied. Sometimes our children want to eat burgers, so this place is our preference. The prices are much more reasonable compared to the past and more economical than other fast-food places. Additionally, we've had the opportunity to talk to the manager several times; he welcomed us warmly and promptly resolved any issues. Recently, they have done some decoration work, further enhancing the atmosphere of the place. We enjoy going there and highly recommend it.

3 hours and even driver said 100% you will get refund. But No I didn't after 2 emails no response. Will never use again now. Unacceptable

Had no beef, so had to order chicken or veggie. The toilets were disgusting and the drinks were flat.

I tried the vegan and vegetarian burgers, which are good "for a meat-free version", but this was actually just a good burger. The Royal veg burger has the taste and texture of crispiness and the vegan cheeeze tasted like a stronger cheese taste and had the texture of American cheese slices

Oct 2023 Not busy Sunday noon, had to wait for nuggets to be fried, but wasn't too long + they were freshly fried. April 2023 Order fulfilled quickly, contained all the items I ordered. All good as expected. July 2022 Was a lot busier. However, I still got my order in good time. No mistakes were made with the order. Feb 2022 Ordered at counter, was quick to serve, and food was just as expected. This was at a quiet time 10:30 on a Sunday. The restaurant was clean. Update Dec 2021. A full refurbishment has been completed. My experience this time was a bit worse, I ordered ahead thru the app. However, the staff member I went to didn't seem to know what they were meant to do. They gave me a receipt, but it appears that they were meant to get my order immediately, so I was waiting, but eventually I asked about it after 10mins of waiting. The manager staff member sorta rebuked me when I just said I was waiting. How was I meant to know your process of dealing with an app order? So maybe you could train the staff properly to deal with all situations they could be in. Jun 2021 This burger king could do with an update/refurbishment. The service was a bit slow at first as there was only one person at the till. I could see the manager visibly telling others that there is only one, where is the other person... When I did get served, I had ordered online, and so my order was already ready. Was not too overcrowded

Two bacon burgers, with fries,coffee,soft drink,and onion rings. £22. Tasted nice. The Place was clean. Service was quick as you would expect for a fast food place. Basic plastic seating.

Queued for ages. Burger was waxy. Do it yourself coke machine was not getting the mix right. Coke zero not cold and tasted watery. Not again.

Went in tonight, and everyone behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming. You could tell they were all happy. It's not often you see that nowadays. The gentleman who served us was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that there were a couple of tables not cleaned away, but this didn't affect our visit.

Two of us had angus burger meal (with cheese slice) and whooper burger meal. Both fresh,delicious,juicy,loaded with fresh vegetables in the burger. Although fries were missing the salt,but it was still ok.

Was very clean, food was great as always but there was only a handful of customers in the restaurant at the time of visiting at 20.15hrs

why do you give food to couriers who don't have a thermal bag? Is it normal ?

Food was terrible, no bacon, just bacon rind burgers are getting smaller, and chips were cold. Service with a smile and greeting must be extra because we didn't see it. Won't be back.
