Burger King in West Somerset

Burgers all cooked, fries all cooked, and 2 incompetent staff wondering what to do next… my food was sat for 3 minutes with no drinks while they made drinks for the next 3 orders! I’ve worked in fast food and you need staff who are capable of pulling their finger out when it gets busy! 25 mins total to get served would have been quicker to go to a sit down restaurant!

Bit expensive, burger was OK, chips were lush.

They turn the kiosks off at night. There is one person serving and half a dozen others sat around idling/chatting. Captive market.

As a choice ide go to mcdonalds but do like a burger king every now and again. Enjoyed it. Good service and came out in good time. Everything fresh.

The Burgers I've just paid £5.49 each for have got to be some kind of joke. Double burger with cheese and bacon ? They were no bigger than the small burgers you buy for 99p in MCDonald's and absolutely disgusting, like eating ice hockey pucks. 🤢 Thank god this was a one off because if we had to eat this rubbish on a regular basis I think I would rather starve to death.

Loved it here, dunno why all.the negative reviews, super friendly staff, very quick service, visited here 4 times in the past week and each time been great.

Ordered a chicken burger and it was dry and burnt, at £12 you expect more quality

My partner had triple whopper burger which was luke warm, looked like it had been there a while and bread not fresh. He hasnt stopped going to the toilet since then! Absolutely awful.

Staff were nice, The Food Wasn't the best the burger bun was falling apart and stale and the meat was dry and lukewarm. I normally love burger king but I won't be going back to this one not even if it was the only one open.

The food was not very urgeronomic, especially for an Urger king, very expensive and the man was not happy about being in a Butlin's at 3am. Was not family friendly

Staff are nice. Thought they look bored. Don't blame them. Though the food is awful. Dry. Old looking. Bland. £6.49 for a burger that looks like its been run over and tastes vile. I mean the chicken burgers used to be tasty now it tastes like its been sitting in the sun going hard. I mean did it not look rough making this? Why would you serve this. DISSAPOINTING!!

Apparently it takes 6 people loitering around the kitchen to not make food quickly? The guy on the till was so very slow that i witnessed someone give up ordering and walk off mid sentence! Service was very very slow and there were only 2 of us waiting for food not like it was rammed!

I must say that my visit to the Burger King at Butlins in minehead was great. The staff there are amazing, very polite and very helpful. I would like to congratulate them all on their positive attitude and staying professional whilst also delivering food quickly and efficiently. My order wasn’t the smallest of orders and everything was spot on. 100% professionalism and 100% the best experience I have ever had in any Burger King. I highly recommend! Keep up the great work.

Great experience at Burger King in Minehead Butlins. The ambience is very welcoming and charming managment. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Highly recommeded!

When asked if I could have extra salad instead of the bun the staff were amazing and brought out a lovely box of salad and pickles. Definitely more than I expected and I enjoyed my whopper with salad. Thanks guys

Terrible staff and food. They should be closed down

£9.80 for a teeny bacon double cheeseburger, with almost raw bacon and a kids happy meal, that consisted of 4 tiny nuggets, half a portion of fries and small drink. No toy etc. Wasn't even put in a happy meal box. Ripping off the guests at Butlins. No cheaper items on menu here.

Over priced. Staff was very shouty and forget some of our items as they was too busy flirting with older women old enough to be their mum.

Touch machines not working, staff shouting when there was no need. Over priced and definitely better value else where on site.

Visited this evening whilst at Butlin’s Minehead always thought Burger King was meant to be a more expensive but higher quality McDonald’s, meal was rubbish so expensive and no where near the quality or portion size of McDonald’s

Our burgers were over cooked and dry. kids burger was cold. chips were ok. some of the onion rings were ok, some over cooked

We do love a BK and this one was fab. Quick service, and really hot, fresh chips. Burgers well presented too. Will definitely recommend.

As stated in title, wont take deals from Burger King app. Food was lukewarm although in fairness we did visit late at night.

Expensive. £27 for two children's meals, two chicken royale meals and Oreo ice creams They wouldn't put the Oreo toppings on the smaller kids ice creams just plain ice cream. Never ever heard of that rubbish. Wife had to but two adult ones to get the toppings. My lemonade was half full if ice with hardly any drink in it. Apart from that it all tasted as usual.

Ordered a halloumi king for £8 and got a small burger made from the halloumi fries that is also on the menu. Looked nothing like what's advertised, not impressed. Edit: I returned the product and they said they were out of the big halloumi part. But they did not tell us this whilst ordering. Will not come again.

This was one of the cleanest parts of Butlins when we visted! There was always a couple of people in the queue but fair play the service was quick and the girls on the tills were always friendly and quick at serving. The bacon needed to be done more though - it was a bit cold and pale - that is my only bad point. Halloumi fries were YUM

Rubbish ordered a burger and chips and the chips were small and the burger tiny other than that it was ok

Great food but I'm certain the prices are over inflated

No menu, double the price of a normal Burger King and they won't accept the the app deals.

Usual burger place very fast service

Doesn't let you use the app to get meals and the attendant was rude to myself and my partner

Really nice. Smaller than high street ones with limited seating inside, but that's not an issue as can sit outside. Staff were pleasant and polite.

Good burgers and value for money

Food was cold, prices similar to what you get in the services and had to make numerous trips to get my food to the table as there were no signs of any trays. Best to leave the resort and walk to McDonald's up the road (and that's cimico from someone who prefers a BK usually)

Burger King is part of Butlins Minehead and I was with somebody who popped in for a burger didn't personally buy anything

Food was quick, prices are up there with service station costs.

Food is out relatively quickly and offers everything any other Burger King has. The only food outlet not taken over by a butlins owned property.

Long waiting time. Not enough staff on all food was cold as the soft drinks we order. Plus got order total wrong wouldn't recommend it to anyone.for what we paid . Also got offered someone else food 🙁🍔

Every time I've gone they have give me under cooked chicken burgers but the ice cream is delightful and delicious.

I was given the drinks with ice while asked without ice. So I took the drink to the till and requested to take the ice out from it. The gentleman (!)who was serving put his fingers in my drink took the ice out and gave it back to me (14:05 pm @ 15/4/17). I could not believe my eyes !! I then called the duty manager and he replied it was "JOKE". I came here to spend some good time and indeed it was an experience. Weldone Burger King.
